• Stefania (7/5): Appartamento curato e comodo al centro - L'appartamento è molto curato e spazioso. La posizione è molto comoda in quanto situata a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Aleksandr Nevskij. L'host è stato disponibile e la comunicazione è stata semplice e veloce. Il bagno ci ha creato qualche problema perchè abbiamo riscontrato problemi sugli scarichi non potendo quasi utilizzare il WC perchè usciva acqua dappertutto. Suggerirei una manutenzione di questo. Inserirei dello spazio di appoggio perchè non c'è lo spazio per appoggiare i propri effetti nel bagno. La doccia è un pochino scomoda perchè essendo aperta, l'acqua esce e si bagna competamente il pavimento. Piccoli dettagli non indifferenti.

• Svetoslav (10/5): Short, but good visit - As a Bulgarian living abroad and not from Sofia I find the location of the apartment easy to access. The self check in system is extremely convenient for late arrivals and gives no pressure to the guest. The building is quiet and I haven’t heard any noise. The apartment is freshly renovated and very clean. Location is close to underground station and in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The price is competitive, as for these money you could get a room in cheap hotel with questionable hygiene. Nothing.

• Kristin (9/5): Everything was as described and shown on the pictures! - Nice and well equipped apartment in a residential neighborhood close to the city-centre. From the balcony you can see the mountains. There is a big LIDL market around the corner. The apartment has really all you need during your stay. The hosts are extraordinarily friendly and forthcoming.

• Gergana (9/5): Superb - It was very clean and close to the center. It was a bit noisy during the night since it's close to the boulevard.
• Janette (8/5): Well equiped, responsive staff but DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER. (Or anything other than body waste) - The property was clean and well equiped. Masses of storage. Air conditioning worked well on the hot summer days. Staff responded very quickly to a plumbing issue we encountered. Flat walk of about 15-20 mins to town, but there’s a lid’l across the road, so you don’t have to haul groceries very far. I know it’s an old building and individual owners can’t change the plumbing for the entire place, but toilet paper is not flushable here, nor were we told that. This lead to a big issue the morning after we arrived. Which was attended to quickly, but still, for the rest of our stay, in temperatures over 30°c we had to put used toilet paper in a bin, and no additional bin liners were provided to enable daily emptying of the bin. We had to improvise 😩 as the smell from upset tummies in a new country was getting a bit much. Shower only has half a screen so the whole bathroom floods when you use it. But there is a squeegee provided to push it all back into the drain. (Also came in handy on toilet overflow day)

The apartment, though old, but was clean and nice. The last two days were hell. The apartment next to ours started demolishing and made lots of noise. Except fo rthese two days the rest was great.

• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable and well furnished apartment with good views of the mountains from the rear balcony. The location is very convenient with supermarkets and the city centre an easy walk. The building itself is quite old but the apartment has been well renovated as per the pictures. The entrance door is opposite the middle of the exterior ambulance parking bays.

• Stiliyan (9/5): A clean, comfortable and secure apartment - The building has a new door and overall feels very secure. It was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full set of kitchenware. It is immediately next to an Emergency Care Unit, location is not ideal if you rely on public transport, not much of a view from the balconies.
