• Hristo (1/5): - I have been traveling for over 10 years and I have never visited such a miserable apartment before. The bathroom was quite dirty and uncomfortable, absolutely all the electrical appliances in the kitchen do not work. The glasses and cutlery are dirty and there is no way to wash them unless you go and buy dishwashing detergent. It absolutely does not correspond to the price in any way and as for luxury as it says, there is nothing to comment on. There were broken bottle glasses on the terrace, and the bed in the bedroom creaks so much that sleep is impossible. I do not recommend

• Cristina (1/5): Poor customer service - The location is great, and the flat is ok. The flat is advertised as a luxury flat, but the customer service is really poor. When we arrived the electricity wasn’t working properly, we couldn’t cook, watch tv, have a hot shower, etc. But what we couldn’t understand is that we were not given any solution, alternative or even compensation. Really disappointing.

• Kuçi (4/5): - The location was good. The bathroom door didn't close. It wasn't cleaned properly ( we found m&ms and artificial nails ). We used the cooker and the lights went out twice. One of the beds made a terrible noise we had to sleep on the ground.

Las ventanas son antiguas, los ruidos de la calle se escuchan perfectamente. Una de las camas chirriaba al mínimo movimiento. Paredes sucias, tapicería de las sillas con manchas El lavabo no tragaba el agua El agua se salía de la bañera.

• Lonneke (6/5): - Good location for exploring the city, although the street isn't very pretty, rather noisy and there were building works from early morning. The contact for the rental responded fast and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the facilities were poor. Two coffee makers in the kitchen that didn't work, not that it would've mattered because there is no power in the kitchen and no equipment to properly cook. Squeaky bed, faulty shutter so getting on the balcony was tricky, as was letting in daylight. Bathroom door not closing. The apartment wasn't very clean. Finally the heating was on full blast day and night and couldn't be regulated. Did I mention the noisy street?

• Ferenc (5/5): - Jó volt az elhelyezkedése a lakásra. Lényegében az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Arra hogy csak aludjunk mert egész nap oda vagyunk arra megfelelő. Ami hiányzott azt kellene pótolni. Nem volt takaró és ágynemű húzat. Se mosogatószer és mosogatószer.Wi-fi a leírtak szerint nem volt. Nem tudtunk normálisan mosogatni mivel se mosogatószer se szivacs valamint szemeteszsák se volt.

• Piotr (5/5): - Lokalizacja super. Blisko do przystanków. Sporo restauracji wokół obiektu. Mieszkanie bardzo stare, wszystko skrzypi. W kranie w kuchni brak wody. Zwarcie prądu po włączeniu czajnika. Właściciel poinformowany odpisał że wie o tym że są zwarcia. No to pytanie czemu nic z tym nie zrobił ? Dużo wiadomości o "karach" czuliśmy się bardzo źle gdyż baliśmy się coś dotknąć żeby nie zepsuć. Rolety nie otwierają się, ciemno w pokojach. Nie czuliśmy się swobodnie w tym mieszkaniu.
• Andrej Divoje (4/5): - Lokacija Apartman je bio prljav, krevet u raspadu, na balkonu otpadaju pločice, iskače sklopka od struje pri uporabi masšine za sude i kuhinjske ploče, proštemana pločica poviše bojlera,uticnica odvaljena od zida, nema štekera u kuhinji za kuhalo, tave ne odgovaraju indukcijskoj ploci sto onemogucava korištenje istih, nije biko osnovnih stvari kao spužvica za suđe, nemogucnost dizanja rolete u sobi jer nema trake za povuci,prljave stolice u blagavaobi, kauc u dnevnom djelu ofucan...

• Mauro (5/5): Passable - The location was nice and rooms were comfortable. Some maintenance should be done on the apartment. (Clogged sinks, Broken chairs, old electric installation, room without cord to raise the blind, no plugs on the kitchen so the Water boiler had to be plugged on the living room, etc)
• Adriana (8/5): Good value for money! - Really nice location, conveniently based near the University campus and the centre. Good transport links from the airport. Nice amenities, great communication with the hosts. Some TLC is needed with the flat, but nothing major to keep us from enjoying our stay.

• Caroline (7/5): The location was perfect, and we could easily walk to the main attractions. - Location was perfect, great to have air conditioning and a dishwasher in the flat. The fan in one of the bedrooms was broken, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The TV was not connected and their was no power socket nearby. You couldn’t run the air conditioner and heat two rings on the hob without the fuse blowing. No sockets in the kitchen and the floors were dirty especially in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was also dirty on arrival.
