Fabulous apartment, great location, close to everywhere and a little gem - This is a great apartment, perfect location with tram access outside the door. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable bed with a beautiful L shaped couch in living space for relaxing. The apartment has everything you will need and also has tennis court, gym and pool. Best stay in Melbourne, will definitely return. Nothing.

We will definately stay agin when heading to an event around Melbourne. Our Host was excellent with communications and very informative. I would happilerly recommend this place.

- Steve (10/5): A lovely stay with this apartment definitely worth booking if it’s available. - Location was phenomenal. Was close to everything I needed. With plenty of food options around and convenience of the tram stop right outside the apartment gave me even more options and activities to head to if I needed. I didn’t get to make the most of the booking as I was out for long periods of the day.

Fantastic - Perfect central location, away from the noisy city area, in a leafy part of St.Kilda Rd close to the Botanic Gardens. We loved having our own balcony to sit and relax after a big day's walking and attending events. We have found our city home away from home. The area feels safe to walk at night and the tram stop is right outside the front door. Woolies Metro is close by: a well-stocked smaller version of the big supermarket. Having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment is really handy, as is the full-size fridge. We didn't use the TV, but synched our music to the soundbar in the lounge.
