- Yuanmin (7/5): not bad but the noise really pissed me off - the location is convenient for city walk. the room is spacious and kitchen is fully functioned. it's easy to access by the password than a physical key the noise from both the lift next to my bedroom and the bar below the balcony are really annoying. I cannot have good sleep as the lift kept running almost 24 hours and made me feel stay in the basement next to a metro station. Moreover, the communication with host is not like through instant message but telegram, no prompt response and not that helpful.

I traveled with my Tesla, and unfortunately, the property did not have a compatible charging station. They only had chargers for other types of electric vehicles, which made it inconvenient for me.

Enclosed balcony in the building atrium was nice to enjoy breakfast and views. Free parking Curtains need to be drawn for privacy due to sight lines. Didn’t bother us but the design of the building is unusual. 2 elevator rides to get to unit and 3 if coming from garage.

The wine was a nice touch even though we didn't drink it- Thank you. From the description of the property I didn;t get that the balcony was enclosed in the hotal atrium. We could not get the coffee maker to work. There were no filters and even when we tried to work with it the maker was plugged in but would not start.
- Dr (10/5): Breathtaking view and atmosphere - The place is spacious, trendy and with a great atmosphere. The views from the balcony, the rooms and the master bathroom are breathtaking. It’s close to the best restaurants in Brickell, I mean walking distance. There’s is upscale shopping at the Brickell City Center, also at walking distance. This place is a must. In fact we already book the next stay. We are coming back.

- Lorna (5/5): Passable - Great location in financial district if Miami with close access to Miami Beach, coconut grove, winwood, mid town, etc. Bring your ear plugs. This apt. Has windows and a balcony that look out in an enclosed and insanely loud atrium where restaurant is and elevators so lots and lots of very loud noise all hours. And whatever scent the cleaning service uses is overpowering but you can't open the windows to outside and air out because... The windows open to and indoor atrium. And the hard, thin pillows and cheap linens were a let down for the price.

WiFi was not working what was very bad because data didn’t work inside the apartment either. Bathroom doors need to be changed it is super heavy sliding door, which is very hard to move and it didn’t lock.

Paint scuffs and scratches very noticable. Missing cabinet door on TV console, toilet handle didn't work properly. No coffee in unit despite pictures of the same on booking site. Pool pictures are different as well (only 11 pool chairs at pool and no cabanas). Closet door won't shut properly.

- Jana (10/5): Overall, a nice place to stay and a great location. I would definitely recommend it - Lockbox is hard to open so I was given the key by the person cleaning. Not many towels , garbage bags, or laundry detergent upon arrival. I had to call and request the towels and laundry detergent and when I called again about garbage bags the answer I received was if I wanted more of these things I would need to additional. Renting an entire apartment for 4 people for 5 nights one would think these things would be included.

- Karsten (8/5): Spacious, bright and very clean apartment in the heart of Brickell - Very clean, bright and spacious appartment in the heart of Brickell. Huge Bathroom! Two Amazon Fire TVs. Communication with the host was very friendly and we received all required information well in time; access to the appartment via key box was as easy as it can be. A very nice surprise and a great welcome was bottle of wine with pre-chilled glasses in the fridge and the dinner table already set with plates, glasses, cutlery etc. - ready to have an order-to place meal after a long day travel. The appartment was very clean and contained almost everything required for a longer stay. Due to our short stay (just one night) we did not make use of the hotel amemities (e.g. the restaurant), but their availability is a great surplus compared to some other appartments/condos in the area. While the appartment was extremely clean and tidy, it shows some signs of wear and tear (e.g. marks at the doorframes, a broken corkscrew,...). The owner had informed us upfront that the wardrobe doors require careful handling to prevent damage. I am very grateful to have received this info in time, however it created some concern that we accidentially might cause some damage; in consequence, we didn't use the wardrobe at all, which was absolutely fine for one night could would have been a limitation for a longer stay.

And the best of the best: the condo is located in a building where there is also a hotel and the employees of the hotel treat you exactly the same way as they do for other hotel visitors. SO RARE in Brickell. Nothing.

- Nicolo (10/5): Top premium place! Super recommended! - The property was really excellent, in a super nice location, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Brickell skyline and the harbour. It was spacious, well furnished, nicely decorated… washing machine, dryer, kitchen and household appliances fully functional and included. Free parking was also included, but we didn’t use it. Wi-fi was included and well functioning. We found the apartment clean when we arrived. Communication with the real estate agency and check-in & check-out instructions very clear and effective. Top premium place, super recommended. There’s actually nothing we didn’t like about the property itself. The only thing which disappointed us (and that’s not strictly related to the property itself) is that since the property is located in a shared building with a hotel, people at the reception refused to accept our luggage when it was delivered, since we were not hotel guests. Background: our luggage didn’t come together with our flights, but with another flight the following day and it was delivered at our apartment address. We were not available when the courier arrived, but we had asked the hotel reception to kindly take our luggage at courier arrival and they agreed. But then I guess different employees were at the reception when the courier arrived, so they just rejected luggage pick-up, which resulted in us having to travel all the way to the airport to look for, find and finally retrieve our luggage (half day wasted).

Bumped into her to ask for trash bag and paper towels, she immediately came to provide what was asked. - Alpinechick (4/5): Good location but not worth the money - The location of the apartment is great. It is downtown with easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarket and high brand stores. The Miami Trolley, which is free, stops right outside the apartment. The size of the apartment is great for 2 people or a couple with small children as there is only one bathroom and toilet which is accessible via the bedroom so not ideal for 6 people as they state. There is a very good (but very expensive) restaurant on the 25th floor. The pool is really nice. The pictures look promising but the quality is very low--cheap furniture which is showing signs of wear (cupboards, tables). The mattress sags in the middle so constantly fall in the middle. Above all, the apartment was far from clean. The bin, placemats, surfaces in the kitchen, cutlery, water dispenser in the fridge were not cleaned for ages. Grime encrusted or covered in dust. The filter in the tumbler dryer was clogged with lint. The agency asked for feedback which we sent but there was no acknowledgement of receipt or a response. The apartment faces the street which has a main intersection and all the noise carries, including airplanes and drag racers at 4am. Definitely not worth the money!

- Demenx (10/5): A luxurious apartment in a prime location - This apartment is located in one of the best areas of Miami, safe and central. We stayed in apartment 2901 at the corner of 1395 on Brickell (Aka Hotel). The two bedrooms are spacious, well-lit, with enormous beds and incredible sheets and pillows. There are a total of 3 FireTVs, one in each bedroom and in the main living room with Netflix. The two bathrooms are phenomenal. They feature a jacuzzi and a divided bathtub with glass walls, almost like mini spacious rooms. I must mention that it was fully equipped with coffee, towels (enough for 4 people), soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. It also had salt, garbage bags. You can wash and dry your clothes; you just need to buy soap. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare a meal, in case you want to save some dollars. There is a Publix supermarket near the site. One block away is the Financial District station with the Metro Mover, and it's completely free. From there, you have the option to take the other metro with more connections, but this one requires payment for access. The rooms are high, spacious, and easily sleep 2 people and even your child (3 people) comfortably. The living room is large with a spacious L-shaped sofa where easily 6 people can sit comfortably. Initially, it might be a challenge to get to the apartment because you have to take 2 elevators and move through the lounge on the 25th floor, but Susana provides a video explaining from the entrance of the Aka hotel in a very clear manner. Susana is always attentive, checking in to make sure everything is okay and if you need anything. Highly recommended. Nothing bad I can say.

The tub os nice and deep for a lovely soak❤️❤️❤️The views are amazing❤️❤️❤️ Stainless steel appliances❤️❤️❤️Gorgeous❤️❤️❤️❤️ The Lock was tricky that holds the card, easy to get to hard to put back... Really didnt want to put it back🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣could be why it was so hard!!!!!
