• Petra (7/5): Nach dem Anfangsstress war es ganz ok - Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern,gepflegt und scheint relativ neu zu sein. Die Betten sind bequem,die Lage ist rechtlativ nah an einer Tankstelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,auch zu Disneyland und den Universal Studios sind wir nur 30 bzw 45 Minuten gefahren.Die Spielmöglichkeiten im Hogwarts Raum sind gut und die Fototapete ist nett.Die Bäder sind gut Wir haben leider schon zu Hause mehrfach mit der Unterkunft kommuniziert bzw. wurden mit Nachrichten zugeschüttet,das wir das Geld für die Kaution hinterlegen sollten.Wir brauchten dies nicht,das hat uns Booking.com versichert,da bei booking.com alles richtig hinterlegt war und automatisch ging.Booking.com hat uns da geholfen trotzdem wurden wir aber ständig weiter mit Nachrichten deshalb bombardiert,bis zu unserer Ankunft,dies hat uns viele Nerven gekostet und die Anfahrt ziemlich vermiest,da wir am Tag vorher und bei der Ankunft ständig noch Nachrichten bekamen,wir sollten zum Check in auf einen Link klicken.Wir hatten große Sorgen,das sich Betrüger in unsere Nachrichten gehackt hatte.Wir hatten bis zur Ankunft bei dem Haus keine Check in Daten,was mich sehr gestresst hat,da ich auch am Ankunftstag einen besonderen Geburtstag hatte.Wir wurden immer wieder angewiesen auf den Link zu klicken.Es hätte genügt zu schreiben,das wir bei der Ankunft von einer Dame erwartet würden.Da lief dann alles gut und diese hat uns geholfen,also der ganze Stress umsonst 🙈😡 Es fehlte eine Schere und wir vermissten Grundgewürze ,außerdem Kaffeefilter und Kaffeepulver für den 1 Tag

I made a specific request regarding a piece of furniture. It was not honored as the property owner doesn’t allow the removal of furniture. We improvised.

They answered immediately and took care of any issues we had almost - Super cute, very modern, great look Needs lighting in the front of the home for late arrivals & 1st level room has low lighting , not a big deal though! We still had a blast!!

• Brenda (10/5): Clean vacation home with all the amenities of home - The home was very clean including the pool/hot tub. They gave thought to preparing the home with all the conveniences you would have at your home. All the appliances to include toaster, coffee maker etc. were there. They even provider starter packs of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, paper towel, dish detergent, soap, that many of vacation home don’t. The beds were comfortable as well. There was enough linen and pool towels for my party of 5. My grandkids really enjoyed the playroom with the air hockey table. I really liked having one bedroom and full bath on the first floor. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was a plus. We didn’t get to use the grill as we had hoped to. But it was clean, with a full tank of propane, and a grilling utensils package just waiting to be used. I have stayed in a number of vacation homes over the years and can honestly say this was the best. They prepared as if they would be staying. You do have to have a car if you plan to go to the parks. Everything was great

Don’t second guess this p - Air hockey lights up the room all rooms has its theme.pool privacy.best washer and dryer I ever used . Beautiful bathrooms and showers so high class. An amazing experience definitely would come back here for sure 5/5 stars 🙌🏽 The property can be dark hard to see at night entering.also apartment was thru a long neighborhood in far back . also throwing out trash at night near the woods can be scary though something might pop out from there and very dark .

The location suited us very quiet and we where more than happy with the house. would love to visit again Make sure that you are told to press the tick box after entering you door code we were not given that information and took many attempts to figure out how to open pressing anything in desperation .The porch light needs to on for night time arrivals its very dark .when communicating with upstay response back was speedy however no one gave a name we find that approach cold and unfriendly . Needed basic instruction or small manual for some electric appliances .
