Claudio (2/5): Soggiorno bollente!!!! - La struttura è posizionata nel cuore di Roma, quindi da la possibilità di muoversi in autonomia verso le varie destinazioni. La casa è ben tenuta e pulita. Al nostro arrivo ( agosto ) il condizionatore nel salotto non raffreddava , il condizionatore nelle stanze da letto inesistente! Vengono forniti solo degli inutili ventilatori che con il caldo asfissiante ben poco possono fare! Siamo letteralmente morti di caldo e nel 2024 non è possibile. Altra pecca a mio avviso è quella di non avere a disposizione neanche una bottiglia di acqua fresca all’arrivo( con tutti i soldi che vengono pagate queste strutture …), non ci sono tovaglioli, carta igienica ( ne viene fornito un solo rotolo…se basta per cinque giorni per una famiglia ?), detersivi vari ( anche per lavare i sanitari); insomma andrebbe più curata sotto questo punto di vista. Detto questo almeno mi hanno rimborsato la mancanza di aria condizionata.
