- Enrico (8/5): Buono -
- John (9/5): Loved our stay excellent location excellent management of the apartment - Location location location Just a little bit dated in parts
- Mario (9/5): - Nice place

- Marina (9/5): - The apartment was very big and comfortable. We were 7 people there and didn't even bump into each other. It is an old apartment so it was a bit cold.

- falah (10/5): - First, Ms. Rosa's treatment from the time of booking until departure. She communicated with us via WhatsApp. The apartment is clean and close to all the landmarks in Rome. Thank you very much, Rosa.

- Alison (9/5): Great location for a city break in Rome. - Great location with all the main attractions in Rome and the Vatican City accessible by foot or by bus. Spacious flat with three bedrooms and sofa beds. Decent kitchen although we most ate out in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Property is right next door to a small supermarket for supplies.

- Denise (9/5): The apartment was large and close to a square that had restaurants, markets, and street performers. - Communication was through Whats App which was not communicated to us before hand. Did not contact until the last minute bout ow to get keys and the code for the lock box. A little frustrating after a longs day travel. Also taxes had to be paid though paypal which also was not communicated beforehand.
- Cheryl (10/5): Great for a large family, great location! Host very accommodating and answers questions quickly - Location

- Stephen (10/5): Brilliant accommodation, location and communication - The location was excellent, about 30mins walk from the Vatican in one direction and the colloseum in the other. it was near a small piazza with lots of restaurants and has a little shop next door. we couldn't of asked for more. The communication from the host was excellent and helped with a lot of different things to make our stay in Rome easier. We would highly recommend this accommodation. 2 double bedrooms with TV's, two shower rooms, large entrance hall, with dining room with TV, with a single bed in and a lounge, with a sofa and TV in Struggling here, we only stayed one night, but suited us to the ground
- Saravanan (8/5): Very good -
- Mindy (9/5): Beautiful apt. comfortable spacious. The AC worked well and was essential for the hot season - One of the nights there was loud banging from (upstairs?) - we were aware that there was construction going on but this was in the middle of the night and disturbed our sleep.
- Grossi (5/5): Passable - The location it’s good The water pressure and the Landry Machine don’t work good
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional - Central location, large apartment with all the amenities. Nothing
- Pepe (9/5): Superb - The host is super friendly and the location is excellent The pressure of the shower was low
- Cafer (8/5): Was a comfortable and clean environment. Close to the center and transportation. - Was clean. In the center of the city very close to every location. Helpful staff No balcony.
- Ezra (8/5): unbeatable location, large apartment, comfortable beds, but some drawbacks - It would be nice to have a regular living room with sofas but not possible with the layout of the apartment. The combo bedroom/living room was small and dark. Kitchen was dark and unattractive, washer left clothes dripping (could be user error but did not try it again). Very little natural light (only two rooms had windows).
- Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ona (9/5): Superb - The location couldn't have been better! The apartment was very big and the bedrooms were very silent, no noise from outside. The host Alessio was great and very helpful. It's an excellent base to explore Rome
- Helen (7/5): Apartment was great and host asked me to let them know of any issues. When I reported the washer not working the host ig - Large and spacious, central location Washer left clothes soaking wet that took 2 days to dry
- Rodrigo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Temi (7/5): Great - The place was very spacious Ventilation was not too good, had a weird smell realised later that they were draining the sewage in the area
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and the host was communicative and responsive right away! The apartment was large and spacious.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. One shower was small.
- Will (9/5): Superb -
- Ludo (9/5): excellent - location is excellent - very central - walking distance to all main things to visit
- Penny (10/5): Excellent location and great air conditioning. - The location was excellent, we can walk to most sites within 15-30 minutes. There were lots of restaurants, grocery, and shops nearby. There was strong air conditioning in all rooms which was the most important during the summer we were there. The apartment was very spacious with three big bedrooms (we had 6 people). It had old charm character but modern. It was very clean. The washer worked and we were provided with small shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was on the first floor so only one flight of stairs. You can enter the apartment by key or by mobile phone. The host sent instructions on the address and how to open the apartment early so you don't have to wait until the day before. We would definitely book again. Very minor issues - we almost ran out of toilet paper, the dishwasher wasn't working and we couldn't find the dish washing soap. Water pressure for shower only allowed one person to shower at a time (there was two bathrooms).
- Bernardo (10/5): Super good - All was perfect
The hostess was incredible
We recommend this place and definitely we will return soon
- John (8/5): Very Good location near to centre of everything and good price -
- Laura (10/5): Amazing spot in Rome for lots of fun adventures and to stay cool on those hot summer days. - This place was amazing. Alessio sent clear directions on how to get in and left us cold drinks to welcome us (it was HOT out). The apartment is very large and we had lots of space (two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room and dining room. We only had 3 people but you could have had 6 or 7 there. Both bedrooms, dining room and sitting room all had an air conditioning unit and they WORKED. Kept us nice and cool even when it reached 40C out. (A/C is worth staying here by itself). The location had a nice area right around the corner that was a market by day and a plazza with restaurants and music in the evening (be sure to check out the man who does spray painting art at night). Close to the bus line so easy to get to things once you figure out the Rome public transportation system. The neighborhood was safe and fun to walk around and explore. Our host checked in on us and was available for any questions but didn’t bother us. We spent 18 days in Europe and this was our favorite place to stay!!
- Iliana (10/5): Great location& spacious! - Very spacious
- Theresa (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome! - This was in the perfect location, central to everything! We would definitely stay here again! The entry was simple as it was sent to us in advance. Love this place! So happy we had the chance to spend our nights here! Nothing to complain about at all! Everything was perfect!
- Marita (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and the location was great as it was close to lots of historic places worth visiting - The air conditioning was fantastic. The size and layout of the apartment was also fabulous for us as we had a toddler with us. The location in Rome was great. The entrance was awful. Always an untidy mess. There is a long dark staircase up to the property internal door. Once you get inside it’s fine but they really need to do something about the entrance and stairway, it’s awful.
- Luca (7/5): Spacious apartment in convenient location - Location. Space. Not many windows in the bedrooms. Steep and narrow stairs.
- Eugene (9/5): Superb - The apartment is absolutely stunning. We absolutely loved it. It's huge (and I mean huge), 3 bedrooms, but you also have a rollaway extra bed in there ( you can easily sleep 6-7 people) and 2 full bathrooms. Furniture in the apartment is gorgeous. The location is absolutely excellent. You are steps away from Campo Di Fiori with the morning market. 5 minutes to Piazza Navona, 7 minutes to Pantheon, and a bit longer to other locations (or short cab ride away). Alescio (host) was just a call or text away (i.e. they forgot to leave the key for AC and extra bed linens (miscommunication between us), and he dropped it off first thing in the morning.
This was absolutely perfection. Walls are thin, so we can hear what's going in in other apartments, and the neighbor likes to have the TV on from morning to midnight. Starting at 7am, there was some kind of jackhammer work going on. The main (red) bedroom, instead of putting a large mattress, they put 2 mattresses together, and they kept coming apart and it made it uncomfortable at times
- Mattia (9/5): Tons of space and perfectly located - Lots of space, quiet at night, super central, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great place Facing an inner yard, the flat is quite dark. But at the same time, this is what makes the flat so quiet at night despite having lots of bars and restaurants and life aroud.
- Christian (10/5): Very good place in the heart of Rome. - Great location, very large space, comfortable rooms, very clean
