• Abigail (3/5): Mr Ng is a lovely man. He was efficient and always quick to respond. However, will not be booking this place again. Kept - Nothing. I was on my own and the place looked old and like everyone had left. The location if you didn’t have a car is hard to find. We checked in really late close to midnight and it was so quiet and dark. Would not go there as a single female traveler.

• Sean (9/5): Enjoyed it very uch. - Ease of communication. Traffic going into the place was quite bad, probably because of our arrival time. Travelling out was also a problem. It could have been due to the fasting month and people headed home to break fast.

• Nuraliyah (6/5): Pleasant - I was quite impressed when i entered the room because it was very clean and well equipped. Host was very helpful and responsive. The lobby is quite smelly and not properly maintained. One time when we were on our way to the room, there was like funky smell at the corridor. Also, few suggestions i could provide: 1. put rubbish bin in the toilet so easier to throw used tissue 2. maybe try to use white bedsheet to make the room look much “cleaner”.

• Yueee (8/5): Comfortable stay in a simple studio condo - The host responds promptly. Place is very clean and comfortable for 2 persons. It is quite easy to get around using Grab. The condo looks dated. The TV is very small, probably around 32", not used to it and it does not have option to log in to Netflix.
• Havewingswillfly (7/5): Mixed experience - *The host is an exceptional communicator. * The host provides toilet paper, tissues, toothbrush & garbage bags which is nice. * Washing machine is a great inclusion. * The air conditioning is excellent (looks new). * The accommodation seems good value. *I was happy with the location. * When keycard is in power slot the fridge is super cold which is great. *The building/ground/pool maintenance is poor. I didn't use the pool, sadly, as it & the glass fencing panels looked dirty. *The building has water ingress problems. * There needs to be a bedside small table.

• Jean (6/5): Pleasant stay. - The studio is quite spacious and clean. Bathroom and toilet. The shower head is not flexible and hard to manage. The toilet bowl is too near to the wall in front. Not a great location to go to Mid Valley even though it's near due to the unfriendly road structure.

• Thorsten (6/5): Pleasant - Mr. Ng is a perfect host. We arrived earlier and he did anything, that we were able to check in earlier. He is even giving some hints for places to go. The key handover procedure was easy, at arrival and departure. The apartment was clean and comfy. Sadly our apartment haven‘t had a bayview. The facilities around the pool urgently need some maintanence, it doesn‘t invite you to stay there. The house/apartment is not really soundproof, but maybe as a European we expect to much, when coming to Malaysia.

I booked the room facing the city view and it was super great. Such a nice view to see from the top floor. Mr Ng, was very nice to accommodate me to the very same floor as I booked previously. Room was near the lift again, which was great. Love the room and Mr Ng is a great agent. Would definitely book the resort room again in next trip.
