Joanna (1/5): Very angry customer/ guest - The location All of it. Firstly, we were given the wrong house number! There was no one there to check us in. The code they eventually gave us for our room was incorrect. It was difficult to get hold of them. Secondly, the house was dirty. The hallways and staircases were run down and shoddy. The carpets both, in the room and the hallways, etc, were dirty and grubby. The room itself hadn't been cleaned for our arrival, even though we arrived during the agreed check-in slot. The bedding looked grubby and slept in (however, when we arrived back later that night, the bedding had been changed). There was something sticky all over the bedside table, and it all looked shoddy. The mattress was too small for the bed, and therefore, it was uncomfortable to sit on. The only light was the ceiling one, and the switch was by the door, not the bed. Thirdly, the blind in the bathroom wouldn't pull down. Overall, this property is shocking! They would have to pay me to stay there again, and even then, I think I would decline!!!
Katherine (5/5): The lady that I talked to was very nice, the location is very nice, nice and calmed neighborhood. But the room didn’t ha - I liked the location. The room didn’t have a lock from inside, which I think it’s pretty necessary if you’re sharing an apartment with a completely stranger. I think a lock is a MUST be to be honest.
