Cátia (2/5): Não recomendo. - Casa grande sem manutenção, como, por exe, em questões elétricas que mereceriam revisão, mas são resolvidas quando o hóspede reclama. Limpeza duvidosa nos espaços coletivos. Espaços externos (como a varanda mencionada na locação) não são acessíveis e demonstram não ter manutenção ou limpeza. Porta da frente da casa com dificuldade de abertura, enquanto a porta da cozinha permanentemente encostada. Confesso que não me senti segura no ambiente, e não pretendo retornar ou recomendar.

O atendimento quando ao acesso à acomodação foi excelente, o responsável mandou vídeos e mensagens. Existem algumas áreas compartilhadas como cozinha e sala, é possível cozinhar no local. O bairro é tranquilo e perto de padarias e restaurantes!
