- Veronika (1/5): - Wir haben die Unterkunft nicht bezogen, da die tatsächlichen Zustände in keiner Weise den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprachen. Zunächst konnten wir nicht einmal sofort in die Unterkunft. Als ich schließlich mit meinem kleinen Kind eintreten konnte, befanden sich mehrere fremde Männer im Haus – ohne dass dies in der Anzeige erwähnt wurde. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um eine Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbad handelt. Der gebuchte Bereich befand sich im Untergeschoss. Dort herrschte ein starker, modriger und urinartiger Geruch. Auf dem Boden stand Wasser, teilweise lagen Handtücher auf dem nassen Boden. Die hygienischen Zustände waren für uns absolut unzumutbar – insbesondere mit einem Kleinkind. Die Darstellung in der Anzeige ist aus unserer Sicht irreführend. Wir haben die Unterkunft aus Sicherheits- und Hygienebedenken nicht genutzt. Keine Empfehlung.

- Mohamed lamine (10/5): Das war sehr schön 5 Tages bei Ali Villa sehr ruhig und sehr angenehm Personal. - Die schöne Villa sie haben zwei Küche und jeder kann seiner Essen vor bereiten. Bei mir hat alles gepasst wie zuhause. Der Besitzer ALI es ein Mensch mit großen Herz es einfach hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich mit seiner Gäster.

- Michael (2/5): Geht hier nicht her nicht Mal für 10 Euro - Der check in war relativ einfach Es war versprochen das man eine ganzes Haus bekommt und nicht nur ein 2 m2 Zimmer ohne Fernbedienung und ohne WLAN dafür mit Schimmel überall im Zimmer. Das Bad war glaube ich auch noch nie geputzt worden.

- Lucy (4/5): - Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Just a sketchy feeling place, although everything was ok. The person working there and her friends i believe were super loud at night. You hear everything in the house, so froday night was suoer loud. Saturday was more quiet. dirty towels were left in the closet of the room. The house is not taken care of and there is mold and things are falling apart. But ya know, it was the cheapest option i could find in Vienna. Soo it was ok, but dont expect much. Also the smell wasnt great….

Personale totalmente inesistente, igiene scarsissima, una mia amica ha per sbaglio fatto cadere del trucco a terra in bagno e quando abbiamo chiesto una scopa per pulire la signora delle pulizie ci ha trattato malissimo, fatto pulire con carta bagnata e lo sporco rimasto non é mai stato pulito, per 3 giorni non é mai stato pulito il bagno. Le lenzuola erano sporche e sotto il letto ho trovato oggetti di persone state lì prima pieni di polvere. La tv era rotta visibilmente (lo schermo era rotto e si vedeva anche senza accenderla). Il wifi non funziona. Le foto non coincidono con la realtà! Sono diverse da come é realmente la struttura. Nelle poche richieste fatte siamo state sempre ignorate. Siamo state 3 giorni e il bagno non é mai stato pulito (nemmeno per terra), nell’aprire l’armadio per 2 volte mi é quasi caduto a terra.

Rummet motsvarade inte på något sätt bilderna i annonsen. En enda väggkontakt i hela rummet. Sovrummet var trångt med något sjabbigt intryck. Ingen sängbelysning. Dåligt städade toaletter och badrum! Inte särskilt välstädat i övrigt. Bristfälliga instruktioner beträffande var avfall skall slängas samt övriga skötselanvisningar. Gäster lät disken stå kvar i diskhon. Ingen diskborste. Dåliga anvisningar om vart man hittar påfyllning när saker tar slut. Inget duschdraperi i duschen på entrėplan. Ytterdörren gick inte att låsa inifrån. Ingen påfyllning av toalettpapper. Nedslitet intryck i helhet. Boendet verkar inte ha någon regelbunden tillsyn. Jalusier i fönster mot altanen nedrivna och höngde på sned. Som ssgt boendet skulle må bra av personal som tittar till då och då.

- Valentin (5/5): I was lucky to spend only one night there. - I was able to park in one of the two parking spots in front of the building for free. Guest support via WhatsApp was quite fast. The room had a nice temperature and pleasant smell. The bed was cozy and clean. The light has a remote control and options to change temperature, color, and intensity. The room lock made a loud sound when closing. When I tried to turn on the light using the switch on the wall it did not work. I had to contact support to get the information that I have to use the remote control on the bed to operate it. Wifi did not work even after a couple of hours of communication with support. Some guests smoked, drank, and played guitar in the main living room and made unpleasant remarks. Two younger female guests from another room said that the wifi had not been working since they arrived 10 days ago and the owner at that time also did not do anything about the disturbing guests. Also, the toilet on the ground floor constantly poured water and since the drain went to the basement where I was staying it continually produced the noise of running water. The toilet room in the basement was missing the holder for the toilet paper and the paper roll was positioned on the towel holders. The light above the mirror did not work so I was not able to see my face very well while shaving. I woke up first at 3 am due to a couple of minutes of closing and opening doors in the hall. Then I woke up at 4 am due to the noise of someone cooking and washing dishes in the shared kitchen.

- Michaela (4/5): Needs improvement - So you can park there for free, which is great, also the location was convenient in my case, but it's very far from the city center. The house itself was very warm and the common area seemed relatively clean. The house itself has great potential, also it has a quite nice kitchen, washing machine and everything you need. Also you check in yourself, every room has a keybox. At first I was accomodated in an absolutely horrendous room with lots of mold, and they gave me a different room immediately. The communication was pretty good via WhatsApp Chat. The front door cannot be closed, which is not very safe. The first room I initially got was absolutely disgusting, with lots of mold on the wall and looking nothing like the pictures. In general the whole house is kind of run down, a lot of things seem to be broken. I didn't see any other guests so I had a quiet night. The other room I got was way better but I had a queazy feeling sleeping there, also the sheets had lots of holes. I mean it was super cheap, so I cannot really expect much. Would not sleep there again, I only needed a place to crash for a few hours, so it was fine. I just really hope I didn't catch any bedbugs from there
