• Roula (9/5): Δίπλα στο μετρό - Ήταν όλα υπέροχα καθαρά και ο ιδιοκτήτης υπέροχος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ότι θέλαμε πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.....Το σπίτι δίπλα στο μετρό. Πάρκινγκ βρίσκαμε σχετικά εύκολα....αλλά όλα τέλεια ❤️

• jose luis (10/5): - La atención de Alexander y la señora que hizo la limpieza. Súper atentos. Hicieron rápida la limpieza y pudimos entrar antes de la hora. Nos dejaron una cesta de fruta y agua mineral. Nada.

• Олейник (10/5): - Отличный сервис, приятное общение с Александром. Александр нам организовал трансфер из аэропорта и а аэропорт. Встретили на бусике люкс, ожидали, пока прилетит самолёт, хотя он опоздал на полчаса. Разрешили оставить багаж, пока мы осматривали Акрополь. Если буду в Афинах, буду останавливаться именно там. Всем рекомендую. Все хорошо.

• Michał (6/5): Quite good, but needs improvments. - Good localization, nice building, and well-equiped apartment. Elevator is very helpful for people with big luggage. One big problem: COCKROACHES in the kitchen!

Shutters on all windows. Small balconies to sit outside. Alexander bought in drinking water which was thoughtful. Cold air-conditioning.in each room. Beds were very hard. Lift did not always work and had a very sharp edge on floor so it ripped the bottom of my duffle bag as I was trying to get it in.

• Aditya (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable. - The location is very close to a Metro station and also not far from the city center and that is a big plus. Enroute from the Metro station is also a bakery and a grocery store to collect any breakfast supplies.

• Csgabor (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very close to the metro, so this is the best way to explore Athens. You can reach the city centre in ten minutes. The airport is cca 1 hour from here. It is on a relatively quiet street, on the first floor. Well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. AC, smart TV in every room, strong wifi. I travel to Greece several times a year, but this is one of the best places I've lived. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, everything was fantastic. First and foremost, the communication with Alexander was excellent. he was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, making me feel at ease before even arriving. The apartment was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need during their stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location couldn't have been better. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to the metro station. I was able to easily explore the city and return to the peaceful retreat of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
