• Sarah Jane (8/5): Nice clean quiet apartment in the west end - It was exactly as advertised. It had good, hot water, and good water pressure. It was quiet, never heard any of the neighbors. Stairs. Most utensils you need but not all.

• Tammy (10/5): Lovely surprise. - The layout of the place, size and facilities. Carpet needs renewing and the top floor shower starts floods after only being on a couple minutes.
• Peterson (10/5): - This unit was close to everything we needed. Public transport, bus and ferry, were easily accessible. Walking along the riverside was an added bonus. The unit itself is very basic but adequate. Having 3 bathrooms was a luxury for our mixed age group family, lovely. If you want to park the car and enjoy what Brisbane has to offer, this is an ideal location. We enjoyed our stay. Clear communication and prompt response times to queries. Lack of microwave containers. Chairs a bit wobbly.

• Andriana (9/5): - Facilities well maintained. Location strategic with Woolworth and Aldi nearby.. Bus stop nearby, easy to commute to Brisbane city. WIFI coverage is intermittent in the room. No slippers were provided as it is cold weather.

• david (7/5): great place to stay - location was great-facilities were very good-very near shops/bars/transport links.also very near the river which was what we desired. the check in process-after a long journey the code on the access box was incorrect and took awhile to resolve

• Kylie (7/5): Good - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The stove top wasnt working so they supplied 2 small travel cooktops to use, but there were no oven dishes or large bowls to make proper meals. When i asked, they said they dont supply these things. Disappointing.

• Katie (7/5): Good - Microwave dishes would be great, garage remote only works sometimes, cooking was cumbersome with portable hot plates & limited cookware. 2 oven trays would be great as well as providing pepper & salt A comfortable stay, relatively easy to access and when departing early each morning (6-7am) no traffic issues. A book with map of area and good dining options/activities would also be great

Owner needs to upgrade his interior + and fix what's broken - Location Mold in the showers Mold on all the shower floors Tattered and torn chairs Not enough chairs around a dirty rusty table that only fits four people although six can sleep Garage FUULLLL of owner's private alcohol stock and other furniture Lack of kitchen necessities, salad bowl, oven dish, no grater, no cold drink glasses etc etc... Only one hairdryer between three bedrooms Paint peeling from furniture Eastern cultured interior where the photo's actually advertised a Western interior Most of the curtain rails were unhooked, derailed and curtain not hooked onto the rail Leaking shower door Leaking kitchen zink Apartment appeared unkept and customer have to pay too much for the value you get - overpriced! • Dianne (8/5): Loved it. - The location was perfect for us. Close to shopping and restaurants. There could have been more facilities. There were no drinking glasses, hairdryer or enough plates. The frypan was very small and was not suitable for our cooking needs.

• Deidre (3/5): Disappointing - The coffee shop is very close It was not in a good condition. Curtains were half hanging on rail. No glasses, a couple of plates hardly any cutlery. Had to buy drinking glasses. No hand soap no cleaning stuff. Chairs broken and others not stable. Dining room table very dirty, old food stuck on panels of table. Bad experience will never stay there again

• Abigail (1/5): Would not recommend this to anyone. - The stove did not work, there were too portable hot plates placed on top of the stove top. There were no normal glasses only wine glasses and mugs. There was one blanket in the entire three bedroom apartment. Out of the three bedrooms only one has an air conditioner. The carpet in the entire apartment had multiple stains all over. The balcony door on the top floor did not lock. The garage had bottles of juices everywhere and a couch in a box and empty boxes. There was six rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights in the entire three bathrooms. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and when asking for mattress toppers was completely denied. When checked in at 3:30pm there was still cleaners inside cleaning the apartment when I entered. I was happy to pay the $300 bond however when enquiring about this being returned I was told to wait 7 days until contacting again. I work in this industry myself so know the process, I called and asked for a copy of the receipt to take to my bank, this was refused. I then asked to speak to the manager on and was told that there was apparently no manager and then I was put on hold. Then the call was disconnected. I am now out of pocket $400 with the additional $100 hold i had to pay for another key which has also not been returned. This reservation has cost me $3000 in total and I am appalled by not only the value for money of the property but for the service provided. All staff I have spoken to have either refused to help or completely ignored any request as even prior to arriving to the property I called to enquire and was hung up on three times.
• Wu (9/5): the stay is excellent, great house , great location (bus to city)and great view (short walk to brisbane river and see pe - the property is excellent cooking is an issue, oven and microwave are good, but the electric heater is not function, mgt office ask me a video to email and found the file size too big, basically we have meal in restaurants, and plant outside garage is too spread, and make the car censor always alarming when parking, suggest to trim it.

• Ann (7/5): Great value for the money paid - Value for money Ensuite in every bedroom Lots of stairs 4 levels Beds are firm mattress Not enough blankets only a thin mink blanket on all beds No bowls to make a salad Only wine glasses no other glasses for other beverages The hobs they have replacing the stove are temperamental they switch off every minute Not enough cooking utensils suck as large saucepans The garage is full of sparkling grapefruit like hundreds of bottles I was nervous we would bump or break them

• Georgina (7/5): Good - Good area if don't need to go to city. Close to river, shops and restaurants. 10m walk to city cat, 50m walk to south Bank. On bus route which stops very close. Very clean, great all bedrooms have an en suite. Love own kitchen and laundry. Garage if have a car. Difficult to get to Wesley hospital and city as no foot bridge across river that is close. Not good for older people, young children or anyone with disabilities 3 sets of very steep stairs in unit. Need more plates and cooking dishes. Need broom and dust pan or stick vacuum Ran out of tea, coffee and dishwasher tablets due to length of stay. WiFi kept logging off and no free TV or Netflix. Limited power points. A BBQ on balcony would be great.
• Taesarin (8/5): Very good - The property was very huge. Bigger than what I expected. House is nice and clean and the neighborhood is quiet with supermarkets nearby. The wifi only works on the second floor and almost not usable on the 3rd and 4th floor.

• Anita (6/5): Doors didn't lock?! - Living space and kitchen was nice. It's very hot here in summer. Only one or the 3 rooms had AC, the others had fans but it did not help much, very hot to sleep. The balcony doors did not lock!! We messaged the accommodation the first day and they did not help much, before they stopped replying all together. 2/3 of them could not lock, it felt very unsafe, it seems like some door setting mechanism was not set up correctly. Missing AC remote, had to climb on the sofa to turn AC on and couldn't adjust temperature. Dead cockroaches in the garage.

• David (10/5): Exceptional, it was incredibly worth it. - The property was really clean, the beds were very comfortable and the washing machine and dryer were great. We couldn't find the power cord for the rice cooker. It also would have been nice to have a bit more dishwashing tablets.
• Justin (6/5): Great location and price, unfortunately the quality of furnishings, cross running through the lounge room, uncomfortable - Great location, close to shops, restaurants, river. 10 min drive to Southbeach. Good coffee close by. Good kitchen. Extension cords running across the lounge room floor. Couch was really difficult to sit on, back cushions kept falling down. Single pillow per person on the bed. All furnishings are super cheap, very very basic. Stairs were a hazard with a young baby.
• Damian (8/5): a positive experience - The property was well set up and neat and clean. I had difficulty getting my car into the garage as items belonging to the owner could have been better stacked.
• Moses (7/5): Otherwise I enjoyed my stay - Location and a Clean tidy and quiet property I have little kids so the sliding doors were not able to be locked which was concerning for me. There were no MUGs for tea or coffee …not a big deal but yeah thought I’d mention it The couch is lovely but not comfortable to sit on you just slide off and squeaky die to the leather Need to do something about the extension cords and cables running across steps and floor those are trip hazards
