• Teodora (8/5): Туристи - Модерно и практично обзавеждане. Всичко необходимо за приятен престой е налично.(Може да се добави тирбушон в кухненските принадлежности 😉) Комфорт създава локалното парно и постоянно течащата топла вода. Леглото е удобно. Голямо предимство е частният подземен паркинг. Приеха ни с домашният ни любимец , въпреки че беше променена политиката за настаняване във времето между резервацията и деня на посрещане. Благодарим на домакина❤️ За хора с лек сън, дискомфорт би създал минаващия точно пред врата на кооперацията, трамвай.

• Rigby (10/5): Spacious studio - Lovely apartment with easy access to trams and a short walk from city center. Despite being a studio, the apartment was thoughtfully arranged with ample storage and space to move around. Secure parking used a car elevator and was easy to navigate. VERY responsive and helpful hosts. We had a great stay with our cat. Highly recommend the Sofia Archeology Museum.

• Therese (8/5): Good location, garage is a big plus - It is very central. The garage is a big bonus. The tram passes from the same street that the flat is located. For us and those who sleep deeply it's not a problem but consider it if you're a light sleeper because you can hear the noise from inside.

• Jana (10/5): Krásný apartmán blízko centra - Perfektní předání informací před příjezdem, nádherný přízemní apartmán s parkováním v garáži. Všude blízko v dochozi vzdálenosti. Byly poměrně slyšet tramvaje z ulice, ale pozitiva určitě převažují.

• Michał (5/5): Passable - The apartment is fairly close to the city center. Interiors are quite new and have a nice design. This stay was a huge disappointment. The listing said there was a patio, but there wasn’t—unless you count the view of a fence right outside the window. It was cold inside, and the AC showed an error message when I tried to turn on the heat. The shower didn’t drain properly, and when we opened it up, we found it was clogged with hair—one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen in a while. Fungus was growing under the shower. The host offered to send a cleaner while we were already staying there, which shouldn’t be necessary if the apartment is properly prepared. Parking was also stressful: you had to use a car elevator with barely any space to maneuver, risking scratches. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to live in this building, let alone rent here again.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is right in the center and was amazing! The room was clean and spaceous and exceeded my expectations. The garage door was broken and had to park on a nearby parking lot.
• Amanda (8/5): Great little apartment, walking distance to most attractions and transport. - This is a little difficult to review as we did not actually sleep in the apartment. We originally booked 2 apartments (1 across the road for family who were unable to make the trip - so we stayed in that apartment due to it being much larger) and neither apartments had free cancellation. We did go into the apartment to look around. It was well appointed but only had 1 fairly thin blanket and there were no spare blankets or pillows in the apartment for use. Private underground parking close to the city centre was a great bonus (we did use this). On the day we were due to leave a car was parked in front of the car lift blocking our exit from the car park. We messaged the owner who arrived approximately 50 minutes later and then proceeded to try and wake the owner of the car (he knew which apartment they were staying) but this took approximately another 1/2 hr. Ultimately we ended up leaving 1 1/2 hrs later than planned which was an inconvenience for our plans for the day. The outside area was really not suitable for use as there were no chairs or anywhere to relax.
• Terry (7/5): Nice Apartment next to the metro. - Nice little apartment ideal for a short getaway. Right next to the Metro so it was easy access into the city centre for all the sights and restaurants Unfortunately the shower had not been cleaned and was very dirty with clumps of hair. When we arrived the dishwasher was blocked and smelt really bad. There was a lack of facilities. - No hair dryer, tea towel, sweeping brush, iron (even though there was an ironing board)
• Vukašin (10/5): Cozy apartment, great location, highly recommended - The place was easy to find and there was an excellent communication with the host. The apartment was clean with everything you need made available. There was a coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry machine, TV, AC....The location was also great, a 10 minute walk to the city centre and a nearby shopping mall and less than 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. I would highly recommend this acommodation to anyone visiting Sofia. The only thing was that the parking garage did not work and we had to park in a parking lot nearby. There was some confusion about the payment but this was all on part of the parking lot and nothing to do with the host. The host made it easy to get our money back after we payed for the parking.

• Marina (5/5): In my opinion, this apartment is overrated. - Location is quite good. You can arrive at any time since the keys will be in the lockbox. The owner didn't contact me first with the entry information; I had to reach out to him. He responded quickly, which was appreciated, but it would have been better service to send the entry details the day before. Additionally, I didn't have a hairdryer and iron, even though they were listed as available. The apartment wasn't spotless—it had mold in the shower, women's hair on the tiles, and men's hair on the bathroom mat. There was also a dirty laundry bag with a used bathroom mat in the bathroom. The apartment was very cold, and the radiator didn’t start working until the day I was leaving and duvet was so thin. Due to the building's layout, the apartment felt quite dark,fortunately I did not spend time in apartment during a day.

• Den (10/5): The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, with a great location near the city center, attractions, and excelle - The apartment was amazing! It has a beautiful design, very cozy, and extremely comfortable. It includes all the little touches that make it feel like home, even a coffee machine. The location is incredibly convenient—close to the city center and major attractions, with great supermarkets nearby. The transportation options are excellent too—there’s a metro station just 100 meters away, and trams and buses are also close by. A fantastic option, I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed my stay!

The parking was very useful and chilly for a warm summer day. The garden/terrace was beautiful, but unfortunately there was no chair or anything arranged so you can enjoy a little time there. Therefore, you couldn't really use it.

The property is very modern and has all amenities you might need. The underground garage is amazing especially in summer heat. This is not the fault of the owner but the people above were super noisy. We could hear their steps and they made sure to drop things, move all their furniture, from 19h until 23h without taking a break.

• Bob (8/5): Comfortable, quiet and well equipped. - The apartment is as advertised. It is in a quiet location a little out of town, but within walking distance. However, the train station is very close and the metro is easy to navigate. You can use your credit card to tap on and off. The rooms were very comfortable. It was quite easy to access the property. The towels and shower were great. The dishwasher didnt seem to be working but we didnt need it anyway. Apart from that, everything was as expected.
• Miroslava (10/5): Exceptional - Right in the city center of Sofia. Walking distance to everything. The place was specious and had everything someone might need. The cherry on the top for me was the free and secured underground parking.

The host was super responsive, even later at night. Keys were easy to pick up from a lockbox. * NOTE on the parking, it is a platform that lowers your car in underground parking garages with plenty of parking stalls, but they are a bit tight, just keep that in mind. Super convenient parking, but if you have a giant SUV it might be a tight fit. I had a midsize sedan (Renault Megane) and I was able to get in and out no problem. Everything was great.
