• Christos (9/5): Superb - A great choice to book, will certainly try and stay there again given the availability. Almost everything was ideal, which is rare! Location perfect, 5 Min. on foot from Plaza de Armas or Museum Bellas Artes, 5-10 Min. from Lastarria with the many restaurants. Just outside the door is the Metro L5 Station Bellas Artes! Many people in the cafes and restaurants around, so even at night, you are safe. The room might be a bit small (that's why 9 and no 10) but for one person that i was, was more than enough. Everything i needed was inside (coffee machine, plates, knives, refrigerator etc.). The bed was comfortable, the lights strong, big window watching the side street, freshly renovated apartment, always warm water (sometimes would finish if you take too long, but like more than 15 Min. so it should be more than enough, then it recharges with warm water after you wait some minutes). The check in with the passwords worked without problems, the fact that there are 2 outside doors adds an extra feeling of security. Not to forget the aircondition, the very good and fast internet and the good price for a newly renovated room. In overall, a great choice, i recommend strongly. The size of the room might be somewhat small for a couple. There is no changing or cleaning of the apartment during the stay. The contactless check in, despite that it worked perfectly, is exactly that. Contactless. It might have been nice to see the responsible person/employee at least once.
• Kelsey (2/5): Nice place with a terrible host experience. Not a pleasant stay with the current managers. - The room was very nice. The experience dealing with the host was a nightmare. While the property itself was very nice I would not recommend staying her under any circumstances due to the poor behavior of the hosts. Did not give me the entry instructions for half an hour once I arrived. They were rude and scolded me for no reason. The entry in and out of the apartment was too complex and there was no key available. It was not comfortable and I was nervous to make a mistake and get in trouble by the managers as they were very hard to deal with.
• Jose (8/5): Clean and safe. - Clean and loved the air conditioning. Quite narrow. The distribution could be better.
• Ievgeniia (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and clean, the room was little bit small but had everything required No possibility to store luggage after check-out, also no tips/ideas given where could we go (perhaps owners could be a little more supportive). The room might better had less storage space / wardrobes / furniture and rather leave more open space to make room more spacious. But these are not a dealbreaker, we had a lively stay overall.
