Comfy beds and plenty of space for our extended family. Awkward stairs to the upper level. A BBQ on the back deck would be nice

We would love to come back to stay again! Bedrooms downstairs had a slightly musty smell, would be great to freshen it up!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Really lovely place with plenty of space and a great big balcony. - Great location in a quiet street, if you're travelling with a car it's very close to local supermarkets and a great beach. Was a great price for the size of the house and number of beds, much better value than a hotel. Really couldn't fault it, the driveway felt a bit too steep to park in but there was space on the lawn and street parking. Some people might have issues with the stairs as they get increasingly narrow at the top so can be a little awkward particularly when carrying up bags.

• Danielle (10/5): We will be back to stay, highly recommend this home - Beautiful and spacious house in all areas, had all the facilities that we needed from bedding, linen, cooking utensils a lovely outdoor seating area on the balcony, Denise you thought of everything such a great hostess our little one loved the building blocks and baby toys and the big kids and adults enjoyed the board games, was a perfect location and home and the bathrooms were great, a baby bath and porta cot and linen were also provided. Could only get channel 7 on main t.v but this was not a big deal as the family had fun playing Jenga

Lots of toiletries and cleaning products to use as well as multiple different teas and coffee. The staircase was a bit awkward with the toddler gate at the top.

• Katie (8/5): Spacious family home - Plenty of space for a family of 4, excellent size deck at the back which essentially doubles the living space; lots of blankets and pillows provided, nice to have tea/coffee, games etc provided; good location away from busy city centre, but super close to everything with a quick drive; very quiet No fly screens so couldn't keep windows and doors open after dusk due to mosquitoes; no windows to open in the bedrooms for airflow but large doors on each which could be open during the day.

• Susan (7/5): Good - The price compared to other places was less but it was relevant to what was offered. The house had been renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. It was a nice sized space with outside verandah. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was unclean. Lots of old dust on furniture and in the kitchen cupboards. The downstairs bedrooms smelt musty and mouldy and it was overpowering. There are no flyscreens on any windows or doors, so we couldn't let air in. The bathroom windows couldn't be opened as there was no privacy from outside to look in. The upstairs shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom.
• Scott (4/5): frustrating - the property itself was okay but we stayed 3 nights and had 1 night with hot water and two nights without. shower head kept falling off, missed me twice but hit me once. very frustrating at least. when you're paying good money, you expect to have what you're paying for. would have loved to give the hosts a great review, but i can't because of the above. as above.

• Rosemary (10/5): Family Christmas. - Fabulous terrace. We really appreciated olive oil etc for our cooking. When our rental cars were hours late, the owners were kind and helpful, even though they had another booking the day we left. Nothing.

It is situated in fairly close proximity to attraction - The property was reasonably spacious and the deck was a great bonus The internal stairs are narrow and the halfway landing was a hazard - it needs an indication (like high viz) that it is on an angle. The front door continually locks and to get back in you need to put in the code. It rained during our stay - there needs to be mats at the front door to wipe your shoes.

• Laura (8/5): Very clean and comfortable property - Very clean, very comfortable beds, modern and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It is close to a busy road so it can get quite noisy to sit in the varanda. But it has good doors and windows, so you won’t hear anything from inside of the house.

Perfect entertaining deck out the back too 👏 Not enough cooking utensils... Only one wooden spoon, 1 spatula and only one frypan. ( which has lost it's teflon so everything stuck ). To cook breakfast for 6 people was challenging...no saucepans ? Instructions for microwave would be helpful. The TV doesn't work as there is no aerial attached?? I guess if people don't let you know of these issues, the owner is not aware 🤷 Otherwise it was a great property!
