• Gabrielle (1/5): - do not book!! he was asking us on whatsapp to send him money through his account the day before the reservation to confirm the reservation or else he would cancel it. We refused and he said since the reservation was the day after he would let that pass. He then forwarded us to someone else who insisted we had to send her our passport saying that it was for the building security so we could get in ( she was meeting us at the building and that was 3 hours ish before meeting and she was insisting we needed to send it through whatsapp). We said that we did not mind showing our passport but it will be in person since we were meeting at the building in less than 3 hours. The building security never asked us for identification ever and she never asked us for our passport once there. She showed us to the apartment which is very tiny and she showed us the bathroom which is very very small and was standing in it so we couldn’t really look at it. We were both feeling dizzy but thought it was because we had just landed. We went out for a walk and as we were walking out of the building we passed by the gas room that had the door open and a very strong gas smell. When we came back, we were still feeling dizzy in the apartment but not outside so we knew something was wrong. We opened the window and were feeling a bit better. We texted him to mention the issue and by the time we had gotten a better look at the apartment and the walls were quite dirty and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. We were debating leaving since we had already paid him fully in cash. We didn’t want to risk it also with how much mold there was. We were looking at other places to stay at and try to find somewhere affordable when we started to smell the gas in the apartment so we packed fast and left. We informed him that we left as the smell was getting stronger and stronger and it was becoming a health concern.

• Eduardo (5/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue indudablemente la ubicación y el precio. Es cómodo para una persona o una pareja que no estén pensando en pasar mucho tiempo dentro del departamento. El edificio es muy viejo por lo cual hay muchos problemas estructurales. El segundo día se rompió un caño del baño del departamento de arriba, por lo cual las gotas caían en mi baño y también caía mucha agua por las escaleras. Se inundó el pasillo y anularon los ascensores un momento. Desde ese inconveniente no tuve agua caliente por el resto de mi estadía. El anfitrión me reintegró el valor de 2 noches.
• Teresa (5/5): Buena ubicación. Servicios deficientes - La ubicación El baño no tenía bidet y la cortina del sector de ducha estaba con el caño que se caía. La heladera estaba ubicada como una alacena que se descongelaba y chorreaba agua sobre enchufes de pared y la mesada. El control de TV con pilas agotadas. Las pedí, dijeron que vendrían a recambiarlas pero no lo hicieron.
• Delia (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente y la anfitriona Magui muy atenta y dispuesta a resolver los problemas que surgieron Es muy chico y le faltaba mantenimiento en algunas cuestiones: el refrigerador congelado y no pude tener cubetas con hielo, se rompió la lámpara de la mesa de luz que estaba atras del sommier (tuve que pedir ayuda a Magui para que viniera a correrlo y además trajo una nueva), los tomas están lejos de los aparatos así que hay que colocar zapatillas (eso es peligroso e incómodo)

• fernando (1/5): DESAGRADABLE - La ubicación. 2 camas juntas con colchones diferentes altura.(1 todo hundido) 1 sola mesa de luz Baño ínfimo, perdía lavabo, se inundaba, sin bidet, cortina pegada al inodoro. La puerta no cerraba. NINGUN LUGAR PARA APOYAR LAS VALIJAS. 3 perchas incomodas para colgar ropa. Tuvimos que reclamar toallas porque solo dejaron 2 toallones y 1 de mano para 2 personas por 4 noches. Olor desagradable y humedad en todo el departamento.
