• Gombert (3/5): Catastrophique ! - Lumineux La propreté médiocre(couvert, poêle, verres, ustensiles de cuisine, four micro-ondes,....), le clic-clac cassé, le lit double dur, douche difficile à régler en température, vêtements douteux dans un tiroir, panne d'électricité en milieu de séjour car électricité pas payée(aliments dans frigo jetés à la poubelle!), 2 chaises sur 4 de cassées, miroir de la SDB ne tient que par une fixation,....
• Dea (6/5): Good location and amenities, but needs better maintenance and support - I stayed at this apartment for 15 days, and overall the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the apartment was clean upon arrival, well located, and equipped with all the essential kitchen amenities, which made day-to-day living convenient and comfortable. There were several downsides that significantly affected my stay. The biggest issue for me was the lack of a dedicated parking spot. Parking is public and shared between nearby buildings, and it’s on a first come, first served basis. This made it very stressful every time I returned home late, and I often had to cut outings short just to secure a parking space. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator, which made the stairs quite tiring, especially for families with kids or elderly guests. Inside the apartment, there were several issues. The bathroom window was broken. The living room floor was in poor condition and needs repair. The sofa was broken and couldn't be used in a proper sitting position. It only functioned as a bed, and even then it was slanted and uncomfortable. Two out of four dining chairs were broken, which we didn’t notice at first. Unfortunately, my daughter fell while sitting on one of them. The hot water in the bathroom was very inconsistent. It would turn cold after a minute, making showers quite unpleasant. There was only one working fan despite the apartment being very hot during my stay. I requested an extra fan from the host, and while he said he would try to provide one, I never heard back from him during the entire 15-day stay. I eventually had to buy my own just to get through the heat. In short, while the apartment has potential, the lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. That said, it's still a decent option for me if I come back to London again, but I do hope the points I mentioned will be addressed.

• Aimee (2/5): Very poor - Nice location and place looked nice During our stay from the 7th to the 9th of March we encountered a few issued that made it so we couldn’t feel completely safe and the general living conditions were not met. This included not having any hot water or heating for the complete duration of our stay, which we contacted the owner about and had no reply to. As well as the door handle being broke meaning we got stuck in the apartment 2 separate times, which led to us shouting someone off the balcony to come and let us out. As someone with claustrophobia this was very distressing and led to us not being able to enjoy our stay.

• Peixiong (10/5): Nice！！！！！！！！！If I come to London again, I will choose this place again. - The accommodation area is very quiet. The bed is relatively soft, but not too soft. It supports the waist very well and is very comfortable to sleep in. The room is very clean. There is a washing machine, toothbrush, shower gel, facial cleanser, etc. There are also pots, refrigerators, stoves, etc. The heating in the house is quite good. When it is very cold outside, the house is still very warm. I am very satisfied with this accommodation. I had a happy holiday here these few days. They don't provide slippers so you have to bring your own. But I don't think it's a big problem.
• Vasillaki (7/5): Good overall - Decent place, not expensive, and can host from 1 to 4 people. About 30 minutes from central whith tube ,and lost bus around big sayntbury supermarket 10 minutes waking ,or 5 minutes with bus More efforts for cleaning, the rest ok

• Michael (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay at the place, it was well decorated and clean. The apartment was newly refurbished, I'd say about 98% complete as there were bits here and there that weren't finished such as the wall mirror not yet mounted in the bathroom, but wasn't a major issue for us. Everything was new including cutlery and cooking utensils/equipment. Nothing to do with the accommodation, but felt a little uneasy walking back to the place around the neighbourhood in the evening.
