• Rossella (1/5): Appartamento da INCUBO - Non ci è piaciuto nulla La casa è sporchissima e veramente tenuta male. Moquette mai pulita, le piastrelle che mentre cammini, appiccicano terribilmente. Vetri della casa perennemente bagnati tanto è alta l umidità! Colava l acqua. Puzza di muffa insopportabile in tutta la casa. Nella cucina mancano dei pezzi di mobili, il forno è lercio da film horror. In un mobile c era un pezzo di muffa gigante. Le sedie in tessuto erano sporchissime...per sederci abbiamo usato delle salviette. I bagni allucinanti....wc sporchi, una puzza di muffa, e poi un lavandino grande quanto un catino dove non ti conveniva guardare il buco che porta allo scarico...un soggiorno allucinante pagato caro. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso e su 8 persone, quindi 2 famiglie ci offrono 138 euro totali! Un soggiorno terribile! Una casa da incubo!

• Francesca (1/5): Mai più mai più mai più!!!! - Posizione buona L’appartamento si presentava sporco, privo di qualsiasi forma di igienizzazione. La cucina era impraticabile sporca, cassetti rotti. L’odore era nauseabondo. Abbiamo trovato capelli, polvere ovunque. Un bagno era completamente non funzionante, dalla doccia non usciva acqua. Il proprietario non é mai stato raggiungibile e anche l’assistenza di Booking non é stata assolutamente d’aiuto. Davvero tutto pessimo.
• Annalisa (6/5): Ottima posizione, ma casa con bagni poco confortevoli - La posizione è perfetta a due passi dalla circle line che porta nei posti principali di Londra. Anche il quartiere è carino e a pochi passi ci sono diversi ristoranti carini Purtroppo i bagni erano troppo piccoli, incrostati e maleodoranti e si trovano al piano di sopra mentre le camere da letto si trovano al piano di sotto. Inoltre gli spazi sono molto ridotti soprattutto in uno dei due bagni il lavandino é posto tra la doccia e il muro ed è davvero difficile utilizzarlo.

• molina castell (1/5): - Lo unico excepcional ha sido la ubicación y el barrio, tb la comunicación con el propietario para encontrar el apartamento ha sido correcta. La ropa de cama y toallas parecia q venia limpio d lavanderia. Para empezar no cuenta con ascensor y hay varias escaleras y puertas antes d llegar al apartamento, la limpieza ha sido nefasta, estaba muy sucio, paredes, sofa, cojines sillas... sin olvidararse de el mal olor que desprenden los sumideros de los baños y la cocina. Sin contar la incomodidad del tamaño de los baños y el poco espacio q te limita su uso. Hay muebles estropeados y las camas hacen mucho ruido. No volveria a repetir.

• Joanna (9/5): Great stay! - The property was perfect for our needs, with three double bedrooms and a comfy sofa in the living room. It is spacious, well equipped, with plenty of towels, tea, coffee and a welcome pack, which was a nice surprise. Smooth pickup of the keys upon arrival, and communication with the host was perfect, all our requests were promptly met. The location is unbeatable, close to Notting Hill, with the metro station just around the corner and also convenient bus connections to the centre. We were in a group of five and all of us were happy with the choice. A big "thank you" to the most helpful host. It is true that some equipment is a bit worn, but it didn't bother us in the least. Both bathrooms are very small indeed, but we knew what to expect and were prepared to accept some inconvienience in return for having 2 toilets and 2 showers. As it turned out, it was a good decision and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
• Iago Gecé (5/5): - - El piso es amplio y bastante bien equipado. - La localización está muy bien, muy cerca de la estación de metro y en una zona muy buena. - Rápida respuesta del anfitrión ante mi reclamación. - La limpieza de los baños un desastre, aunque al protestar al anfitrión volvieron a limpiar enseguida y mejoró algo, desde nivel horrible a nivel regular tirando a malo. - Las escaleras crujen mogollón y hay que ser muy cuidadoso para no despertar a todo el mundo si vas al baño por la noche. - Si eres sensible a los ruidos por la noche, tienes que saber que el piso está justo detrás de la estación de metro y en esa zona van en superficie, además, una de las habitaciones tiene unos tubos de calefacción que hacen ruido de agua corriendo las 24 horas. - Nos hemos encontrado con varios cajones y una silla rotos, no es muy importante, pero da cierta sensación de abandono.

• Rachel (4/5): Great for an emergency but wouldn’t stay again - He property itself was convenient close to the tube and has everything you need for a comfortable stay There was cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom and it was filthy dirty. There was yellow stains on the beds and the floors were filthy.

The apartment is right next to Westbourne Park tube station which is very useful. There was nothing I didn't like, the water pressure was low but that wasn't really a problem

• Mara (8/5): - The location is perfect: close to the subway station (less than 5 minutes walk) and close to Portobello road, Notting Hill area. The host is always available to help. The toilet: bad smell ( but this is not due to the owner or bad maintenance. It is due to the building itself), very poor water pressure in the shower and the sink is too small. Noisy doors in all rooms and not closing well. Besides this, the apartment is great for stays for London visit.
• Veronika (7/5): Westbourne park 3 bedroom apartment - It's called luxury but it's hardly that 😀 Nevertheless the location is superb because it's barely 100 m from Westbourne park tube station where you can catch Hammersmith and city or Circle line. The water pressure in bathrooms is pathetic. Almost impossible to shower. Sinks in bathrooms are miniature. No dishwasher. One room needs at least an open wardrobe like two other rooms have. The place needs a thorough cleanning. Has a potential though - shame it's not better taken care of. The keys were not in the locker when we arrived (10 pm) but the landlord responded quite quickly and resolved the problem. Still it's not nice to come to a closed doors late in the evening.

The door in the master bedroom could not be closed and when we open the windows for ventilation, the door kept on shattering at night. In addition, the two bathrooms were really small. Water pressure was not enough for bathing.

• Joana (4/5): Could be better, not so luxurious as the name says it - The location was nice very near the metro station. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Everytime we entered the building there was this smell of we**, someone was constantly smoking W***. The smell was really strong and not nice at all. The name of the property say "luxury" but there´s nothing luxurious about it. The washrooms are on the second floor and the rooms on the 1st floor, with someone who had a disable person, it was difficult. The water pressure in both washrooms is bad, it takes you forever to take a shower. There´s no elevators in the building, if you have lots of suitcases you have to go by stairs. The dishes were quite dirty when we arrived.
• Dmitrijs (10/5): Thank you - We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location was perfect for us, next to the underground, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Despite the building not having a lift, the host kindly assisted us with our luggage. We also received a complimentary pack upon arrival, and the host provided great local recommendations and support throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
• Delphyne (7/5): Overall a rather pleasant stay. - Good location, a pleasant flat overall, nice balcony, beds (and settee) were comfortable. Very helpful staff too! The 2 (tiny and very basic) bathrooms really let the place down. The flat was clean in surface (the team of cleaners did their job well) but the overall upkeep is not great (inside cupboard etc). Another thing, kitchen equipment was lacking (only one glass for a flat that can accommodate up to 8 people !). Finally people should be made aware that there’s a lot of noise coming from the trains as windows don’t close properly so pack your earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! it is a shame as all those things (apart from windows) could be easily fixed with a bit of love, which would make a big difference.

• Jordan (7/5): Recommended if you’re on a budget - Good location close to an underground station and Notting Hill. Neighborhood feels a little sketchy but the building is secure and residents are friendly. Parking was available and wasn’t hard to find a spot. Decent kitchen and comfortable living room. Hosts were wonderful! Great at answering questions and giving tips. Really appreciated their kind attention. Check in and check out were simple and quick. Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget. Beds aren’t very comfortable and the building is hot. You can open the windows to help but the train sounds are then extremely loud (I live by train tracks and trains don’t bother me, but this is extreme). We also had the smell of marijuana coming in through the open windows. So either way you don’t sleep well. The bathrooms need work; smelly, not the cleanest and bad water pressure. We joked it was showering in mist. The front door doesn’t close well so make sure you double check that it’s closed and secure.
