• Martina (2/5): Dunkle Wohnung nach Norden und zum Innenhof. Schimmel im Bad. Nur verkratzte Teflontöpfe, aber in netten Viertel gelegen - Gute Lage Schimmel im Bad. Zigarettenrauch. Entweder funktionierte die Heizung gar nicht oder das ganze Treppenhaus roch nach Heizöl.
• Richard (8/5): Great location and reasonable cost. - Great location, clean and efficient. Air conditioning and water pressure were excellent. Easy walking distance to everything. Patio door was inoperable. Everything else was fine.

• Carl (7/5): Comfortable apartment near city center - The location was very good. Also very friendly staff who answered any question prior to our arrival. Check in and checkout process was not complicated and well organized. Unfortunately no "special" view.
• Cate (8/5): Lovely place in an amazing location! - We loved how close it was to everything. Great restaurants and bars around. Having 2 keys for a larger group made it way easier to navigate the city separately. The ac was great after coming back from a hot day. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating. One issue we had was having 5 people on wifi made the connection very weak. We often had to avoid the wifi for our stay.

• Ilona (8/5): enjoyed staying in this nice apartment and perfect location (all is in good walking distance) - location is perfect, nice apartment, good beds, clean, warm water on solar panel, good wifi some minor things to improve: tap in the bathroom and towel hooks need to be fixed, both balconies may be cleaned as well. It would further be helpful to provide an instruction manual for the airconditioning.

• Alessandro (8/5): It’s ok for the location - Locations It’s a bit old and ran down. It deserves some maintenance, especially the bathroom (that is extremely small). It is fine, but, being multiple times in the koukaki area, I would say that this accommodation has not the best price/quality ratio.

There were lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. there was a funny sewer smell in the bathroom. When closed up the apartment took on a musty smell.
