- Christopher (3/5): Unnecessarily stressful. Required us to take medical attention. - Good size in a good location. Terrible customer service as had issue with checkin and unable to contacting host/renal management to confirm checkin. Security team on site mentioned this had been a problem for other renters.Complained to property management about us being bitten by bed bugs, which they took several days to reply on and said they could do nothing as we did not report until after 24 hours after checkin. But we were not aware of them until physical marks and allergic reactions became self evident.
