Arne (7/5): - Goed gelegen. Te voet naar het strand is goed te doen. Er zijn veel mankementen in het appartement. De vloertegels in de keuken zijn stuk, de deur naar terras ging niet meer dicht. Het terras is gevaarlijk om te betreden, want de planken zakken door.
