• Daniel (9/5): "Room - with a view" mitten im lebendigen Navigli Quartier - Perfektes Self Check-in mit Videoanleitung. Sehr gute - eigentlich* - sehr ruhige Lage im Navigliquartier. Viele grosse Fenster, lichtdurchflutet. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Weitblick bis in die Alpen. Dort oben den ersten Café zu trinken ist wunderbar, natürlich auch die Stimmungen morgens oider bei Sonnenuntergang. Praktisch: Durch ne zweite Türe unten im Haus in die Via Gola ist man nur 20 Meter von einem der Kanäle entfernt. P.S.: Nette Aufmerksamkeit: 4 Flaschen Mineralwasse rim Fridge. Wir "jammern" nun auf ganz hohem Niveau, doch dies könnte man verbessern: Lichtkonzept in den Zimmern: Es gibt nur ganz helle Deckenfluter mit grellem Licht. 2/3 Lampen welche man dimmen könnte würden dem Ambiente gut tun. Es fehlt eine Garderobe oder Wandhaken für Mäntel/Jacken im Eingang. Und hier die Auflöung des *eigentlich betr. ruhige Lage: Vielleicht wichtig für die absolut Ruhe suchenden: Die Region an der strade Via Emilio Gola ist eine lebendige. Ein Grossteil dieser Häuser ist besetzt und es finden immer wieder mal Konzerte, Partys der linksalternativen Szene direkt auf der Strasse statt. Uns war dies nicht bewusst und nun sind wir schlauer, denn wir befassten uns mit der Thematik, gibt ja ganz viel zu lesen drüber.... Trotzdem würden wir wieder dort buchen, wenn wir zu viert unterwegs wären.

• Sophie (10/5): - Super localisation, l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le toit terrasse offre une jolie vue sur les toits de Milan. Les informations pour accéder au logement étaient très claires. Si je reviens à Milan, je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau cet appartement !
• Natasha (10/5): Great stay! - Great location in a lively district with plenty of food spots nearby and easy access to metro and tram. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious, with a comfortable bed, lovely balcony, and access to a green yard and rooftop. The host was responsive and communication was smooth, with helpful video instructions provided. Would definitely recommend!

• Alice (1/5): Bad - The hot water didn’t work and it took 2 days to be fixed. I don’t believe I was taken seriously when I first reported it and hot water is the most basic facility you would expect to be working. I had to take 2 freezing cold showers, and on my last day when it was finally fixed, the heating was put on full blast and it was boiling hot in the flat when I had previously asked for air con. All round incredibly uncomfortable trip.
• Nick (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable spot in Milan. Great local scene but the rest of Milan is on your doorstep - Location. Close to a buzzing area, but also quiet. Great roof top area for when the weather is fine. No bed side lamps. This makes a bit of a pain when someone wants to read and the other person wants to sleep.
• Maarten (5/5): Apartment is not easy to reach, no heating available. No bottle water or tea bag. Wifi does not work - It is very difficult to find the apartment in the complex entry- in a dark rainy night after whole day of travel, it is quite a work

• Sergey (10/5): Great apartment for a child-free vacation. - Accommodation, the apartment itself was very good, we really liked it. Very beautiful view, just like in the photos. A really nice apartment. The host seems indifferent to you. They send many messages, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. The broken glass of the kettle (which you couldn't use) is not critical, of course, but please keep that in mind. A much more serious problem - the air conditioner was locked with "loc" on the main panel. I tried to do everything the apartment host told me to do, but nothing helped (I sent videos and photos, but nothing). The apartment host promised to look into it but didn't do anything. In bad weather, it was quite cold, and when the weather got better, it was hot. If the air conditioner problem is resolved, the apartment deserves a rating of 10/10.
• Gipici (9/5): Nice Apartment for Milano. - Apartament very nice, between two Navigli. In a very nice and safe compund. Big windows, nice balcony and a roof terrace. Close to restaurants and bars. Public car parking just underground the apartment. Pichi Navigli car park. Heathing system very difficult to understand and we where lucky that even in February this year was not really cold. One more problem was to book taxi for pick up us, first because is difficult to arrive then because in the street below the apartment outside the compaund there is a crossroads with drug dealers. Finally on the last day an Uber driver who fortunately knows the place, told us that taxis don't want to come to this area because they think the call is coming from drug addicts. He told us never to call for pick up in the street below the apartment, "Via Emilio Gola", but to go to "Via Ascanio Sforza", or better to "Viale Gorizia", even Uber drivers refuse calls from this area, if they are not locals. I think these instructions should be left written inside the apartment for customers who stop here for the first time. We have to say that even there are always drug dealers, we never felt unsafe walking down the street at any time. One last thing on the apartment door it's written to throw the garbage when you leave the apartment, we were unable to find any explanation where to throw it. In the end we left it at a friend house who live in Milan.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Everything was provided for a short stay (small packets of oil, washing detergent, shampoo etc). Clean and nice apartment, beautiful view, friendly host, available. In the beginning it was confusing how to get in because description said that there is a video how to enter but there was not one. In any case we found the place. The apartment has two entrances and around a corner there is a small shop. We could not change the temperature in the living room, so it got cold in the night.
• Lascae (9/5): Superb - Very nice neighborhood, very close to a lot of good places to visit or restaurants. Nice view from the apartment, everything that you need in the kitchen. It was very warm during cold days Unfortunately, the terrace was not abilable for use. It was blocked
• Vultee (9/5): Superb - Good localisation close to city center. Relatively new building. Great terrace on the roof! Very comfortable apartment even for longer stays. A little bit confusing to get to for the first time.
• Eugénetet (6/5): An apartment with a very good potential. - Security was good becouse the yard was't accessible to the "uninvited". The apartment's location was also nice, top floor and close to the market what we visited. The apartment was clean. Oj, sorry but we wished the sofa in the kitchen had more comfortable cushions. The instruction for axesss to WIFI was not so good. There was not enough kitchen equipment, e.g. there was no wine opener and wine glass. The location of the ventilation in the kitchen was dangerous because I hit my head on it several times. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels. The bed was quite hard and the bedding was quite old which should be renewed. The jalousie on one of the windows could not be closed. A little too bright light that should be dimmed in today's situation.
• Barbara (10/5): loved this apartment and would completely recommend. Especially for a long stay. - Loved the location and size of the apt. Was beautiful. The balcony and the terrace were wonderful. Complicated entry. too many keys and instructions did not work at first. Eventually we got in but have no idea how.
• Wandee (9/5): nice and comfortable - I like the environment of this building because it's very nice and clean. the appartement is nice and I like the rooftop. I was enjoy breakfast time there.
• Charlotte (10/5): Cool and spacious flat with an awesome roof terrace! - The accommodation was light and airy. The air-conditioning was very much needed as it was super hot! Location was awesome and the flat and surrounding communal spaces were kept super tidy and clean. The owners even provided things like coffee and tea, soaps, shapmoo etc. It was very well equipped. The roof terrace was cool! Roomie who met us at the door was charming and very accommodating - he carried my suitcase for me and gave us excellent recommendations. We would highly recommend this to others who are looking for a comfortable stay. The price was high and after 9:00pm check in you're charged £30 which seems very steep. After 12pm it's £50.
• Katarzyna (10/5): The best terrace in Milan - The terrace was exceptional. I don’t think we could find a better one in any Milanese bar or restaurant. The flat is also quite spacious and extremely clean. I liked it a lot. An exceptional place. The check in info was shared only 1 day before the arrival and I had to upload IDs of all the guests to the host website (outside of Booking) beforehand. I don’t know if it’s a standard procedure in Italy or not but it felt scary. Fortunately, everything went ok and we were very happy with the flat. It would be amazing to have one big mirror at the entrance as right now there is only one in the bathroom.
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was great. The balcony was very spacious plus a bonus terrace on the roof with a view of the street and the whole of Milano. It also connects well to the center. The apartment was clean and nice. I missed the kitchen oven there and it would be great to have a grill on the terrace.
