• Jason Yen (9/5): 前庭園有沙發及烤肉桌可以很舒適的休息，後園有一棵檸檬樹，跟屋主說一下，可以採幾顆檸檬做下午茶，很棒，唯一缺點是房子有一些老舊，並不好維護，在這裡認識一位來過台灣的朋友，很高興，希望能有機會再見，台灣見 -
• Hugo (10/5): - La ubicación es magnífica en el centro de barrio Italia, rodeado de muchos restaurantes y bares. Es un entorno seguro y tranquilo. Las instalaciones son amplias con un estilo muy bien logrado que hace que te sientas bien recibido.
• Elpidio Gonçalves Machado (9/5): Maravilhosa - Conforto das camas e localização, agua quente nos chuveiros e na pia da cozinha, geladeira nova, sala aconchegantes, área ao ar livre maravilhosa para ficar com os amigos. Da Sala dá pra ver as cordilheiras.
• Maria (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, el barrio es lindo para caminar y pasear por bares y cafés, y es muy accesible con el transporte público. El living/espacio común del alojamiento es muy lindo, amplio y luminoso, perfecto para trabajar o tomar un café. Los anfitriones son muy cálidos y amables y están atentos a tus necesidades particulares. Detalles mínimos, como falta de agua caliente en los lavabos del baño, o falta de shampoo o jabón en los contenedores de la ducha. En algunos espacios la limpieza podría haber sido más meticulosa, pero en general todo estaba muy bien y muy agradable y cómodo.
• Milena (9/5): Muy buen lugar y excelente ubicación - Ubicación, personal amable, habitación amplia y limpia... Todo lo necesario en la cocina para ocupar sin problema y un jardín donde se puede compartir. Sólo un día, habían unas personas hablando muy fuerte, no tenían cuidado al abrir y cerrar las puertas... Mucho boche y super temprano.

• Muñoz (7/5): Muy linda experiencia! - La casa es muy linda, accesos cómodos y excelente ubicación. Se descansa muy bien porque el entorno no es ruidoso. Limpieza, muy bien. Toallones y sábanas perfectas!! Muy buena atención y muy agradables sus anfitriones! Puede que a las habitaciones les falte un poco de calefacción.

• Cassie (8/5): Nice space - Comfy bed, very well equipped kitchen (with sharp knives!), several shared seating areas inside and out. A bit far from subway, about 18 minutes.
• Eliah (5/5): Doable to stay here under normal circumstances - Spacious, and a nice garden. Spots on bed sheet. Kitchen sink and bathtub looks indelicate. Whole last day was unbearable due to shoot of music video. Had to barricade myself in my room.

The owners are incredibly friendly and have created a fantastic atmosphere in this townhouse. We spent a lot of time here and felt right at home. Everything is provided, the location is excellent, and the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it. Nothing, everything was perfect.
