Еда на уровне, что не типично в целом для Китая относительно Европейской кухни. Достойная еда при заказе доставки в номера. Приветливый персонал, несколько раз приходилось переносить дату отъезда, все делали быстро. Отличная СПА зона. Бассейн, сауна, замам и джакузи. Все, что нужно для релакса после насыщенного дня.

KELLY (8/5): Great hotel will stay again. - Location to the furniture places was a great Not really a complaint but I ordered club sandwiches 3 times each time was made difference once with no chicken at all. Still nice though. Room service took over an hour that was only down fall.

В номере не было кофемашины, хотя отель позиционирует себя как 5-звёздочный. Сервис — максимум 2 из 5. Во время нашего выезда сотрудник на ресепшене громко ругался с кем-то по телефону прямо при нас — это было крайне неприятно и недопустимо для отеля такого уровня. Завтрак оставил слабое впечатление — ничего особенного. К сожалению, после такого опыта мы больше не вернёмся в этот отель.

The personels are very friendly. It was a very good experience and would definitely go there again! Very few people speak english. Without google translate, it would be a bit difficult to communicate.

I come in and I told him I have 3 reservation total 7 rooms , he start to shout on me who am I to tell him . Never see like this in my life . If the owner and the management will not react fast , they will not get return customer .

Remi (10/5): This place is excellent. - This hotel is beautiful, clean, and service is amazing from the moment you step out of the car! The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent with a proper high ceiling for the rain shower. Soaking tub was also relaxing with the surrounding settings after a long day. Breakfast buffet was wonderful every morning with more food than you can imagine and the restaurants were beautiful in the evening. We ate 2 nights in the Allegria restaurant and enjoyed the evening view and especially the food. We were especially pleased with the service we received from Ms. Phoenix Jia the assistant front office manager. She was lovely when checking us in and out of the hotel as well as assisting us with some travel issues even going as far as calling us when we check out to make sure everything went well. We look forward to many more stays at this hotel. Nothing
