• Marie-josée (1/5): Déception - Les photos ne rendent pas l’impression d’étouffer. Plafond bas et fenêtres sales fermées avec des barreaux scellés. Construction au-dessus. Donc bruyant. Et curieusement, l’étage du dessus est vide, sans fenêtre. Aucune consignes reçues pour l’arrivée. Après plusieurs appels, on a fini par avoir une réponse et des consignes pas claires. Ce n’est pas vraiment au premier, c’est entre le RC et le 1er. Difficulté à ouvrir la serrure de l’édifice. Non recommandé.

• Thomas (1/5): Zumutung durch Baulärm - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer kleinen Pizzeria La Pizzetta. Anna und Janis sind sehr sympathische Menschen, die uns bei unserem Ärger wegen des Baulärms etc. sehr geholfen haben. Der Vermieter hat die Wohnung vermietet, obwohl seit Wochen die darüber gelegene Wohnung kernsaniert wird. Die Folge: Wir haben von 7 bis 20 Uhr ohrenbetäubenden Lärm erdulden müssen. Presslufthammer, Bohrer etc. An Ausschlafen oder Erholungsphase in der Wohnung zwischen Besichtigungen war Nichtzulassung denken. Nach drei Tagen kam es zu einem massiven Wasserschaden durch die Bauarbeiten in der oberen Wohnung. Da das Wasser durch die Decke in die Wände und das Parkett lief, war die Wohnung nicht mehr benutzbar. Immerhin hat uns der Vermieter ein sehr schönes Appartment für die restlichen Tage vermittelt. Der Vorwurfist, dass er die Wohnung vermietet hat, obwohl die Bauarbeiten schon seit Wochen liefen.

Śniadanie dosłownie 30 metrów od apartamentu. Niestety przy oknie w sypialni jest latarnia, która mocno utrudnia zaśnięcie, nie ma rolet a zasłony nie pomagały. Na szczęście gospodarz dał nam dużą narzutę, którą zasłaniałyśmy okno i dało radę spać. W łazience pod prysznicem ciepła, ale nie gorąca woda, w lecie to pewnie nie przeszkadza

• Marcin (9/5): Wszędzie blisko. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. W promieniu 1 km większość atrakcji turystycznych, w tym Akropol i metro. Świetne i świeże śniadania w lokalu poniżej. Wybierając się na całodniową wycieczkę, poprosiliśmy o lunch box. Otrzymaliśmy więcej, niż potrzebowaliśmy, oczywiście zestaw był bardzo smaczny. Mocne wifi, czysto i wszystko czego trzeba na kilkudniowy wypad. Brak uwag.

Простой , но сытный завтрак в пиццерии рядом( мы воспользовались только один раз, тк ездили на экскурсии. Бесконтактное простое заселение. Нет такого

They also had tasty pizzas to take away. - Wine, water and a soft drink for a child as a compliment from the "hotel". - Elevator for the upper floors. - The studios were equipped with an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a coffee machine with coffee and sugar. One room had a microwave. All our rooms had a couch, a couch table and one chair. Two rooms had mosquito nets, the third one was with a balcony. - Clean and spacious rooms. - Good price.

Un problema è stato il lampione stradale troppo vicino alla finestra della camera, occorre una tenda che copre completamente dalla luce esterna. Per il resto veramente ottimo. Posizione eccellente.

• Michaela Kocurišinová (9/5): - We were very satisfied with the accommodation, excellent location in the city center, everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Tall people might have a problem since the ceilings were quite low, just a little over 2 meters. The bed was comfortable. Be aware of the streetlight outside the window, as it was very close and at night it felt like sleeping with a lamp on. Otherwise, everything was excellent, communication was very fast and the instructions were clear.
• Marina (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Athen war einfach fantastisch! Das Apartment selbst ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann – und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Im Zimmer, im Bad und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, inklusive Kaffeekapseln, Wein und Wasser – so fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Das Bett und das Sofa sind super bequem, und die gemütliche Atmosphäre macht das Apartment zu einem echten Wohlfühlort. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr effektiv und sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen, auch an heißen Tagen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Zwischen Monastiraki- und Syntagmaplatz gelegen, direkt neben dem zentralen Markt und einer wunderschönen Kirche, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man Athen perfekt erkunden kann. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Schon direkt nach der Buchung habe ich sehr viele nützliche Informationen bekommen – zum Check-in, zu den besten Restaurants, Supermärkten in der Nähe und allem, was man sonst noch wissen sollte. Die Schlüsselübergabe über das Schließfach war unkompliziert und sehr praktisch. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück in seiner Pizzeria: der Kaffee und das Gebäck waren köstlich, dazu gab es noch Brot mit verschiedenen Aufstrichen und Eier – ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Nach dem Check-out konnte ich sogar mein Gepäck noch dort lassen und kurz vor meiner Abreise abholen. Alles in allem war es eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft: geräumig, gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und zentral gelegen – dazu ein großartiger Gastgeber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – es hat meinen Aufenthalt in Athen wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. -

The host was very helpful, the breakfast was good as well. Only thing to note is that there is a club nearby and on Saturday night there was a party but it stopped around 12 am.

• Sara (8/5): I couldn't imagine a more perfect location to explore Athens from - The apartment was fab, perfect for 2 and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved that there was bottled water, fruit juice, coffee pods and even a bottle of wine provided, as well as some store cupboard staples for those who might want to cook. All bathroom essentials were provided. The location was superb, right in the heart of Monistiraki and felt very safe. Breakfast was good and plentiful at the owner's cafe in the same block as the apartment and it was lovely to look at the acropolis as we breakfasted. Not the owner's fault, but the street light by the side of the bed was incredibly bright and the curtains thin. We resorted to liberating a sheet of building ply from the ubiquitous skips nearby and used this to block out about 80% of the light.

High - Excellent location … 5 minutes from the heart of Monastiraki and metro station. The host was prompt in reply and communicated very well. Really appreciated that. Met one of the owners and he was extremely welcoming and hospitable … just a great guy! Excellent property and amenities. Only thing that would have made my stay perfect was the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool the room to my liking especially when the weather was near 38-deg Celsius. A portable fan in the room would have helped move the cooler air in the room around the apartment.

• Alex (10/5): A cozy place - The personnel is amazingly nice and make sure you feel very welcome at breakfast. They always have a smile on their face and are easy to talk to. The location is a good walking distance to all of Athens' main attractions. The apartment itself was brilliant with everything you need and a good air-conditioning unit. Despite a bar being right next to it, you couldn't really hear it at night. This area in Athens feels run-down and maybe the ceiling is just a little low.

From all corners, neighbors and street. It was a feeling that the bed is outside in the middle of traffic road. The walls are thin like paper and not a hint of soundproof at all. Keep it in my when you book this place to carry earplugs.

All questions were answered before they were asked and he was accessible for other questions if needed. Nothing we can think of, we enjoyed the week.

It is very noisy from the street bars around the house, so if you are planning to get some good night or day sleep, this is not your place.
