• Wade (9/5): Nice place , close to main attractions, good value. - Close to all the main attractions , restaurants , tourist stuff. Little noisy on street in morning Stair way leading up to room door needed more lighting as it was dark at night.

• David (2/5): Aufgrund der Mängel mussten wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut und zentral. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und wies mehrere Mängel auf (u.a. mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad, ein undichtes Waschbecken, defekte Ausstattung wie ein beschädigtes Kochfeld, eine verschimmelte Kaffeemaschine sowie eine sehr alte Couch). Trotz sofortiger Meldung wurde keine Lösung angeboten. Die Antwort des Betreibers lautete lediglich: “The apartment always delivers as it should be.” Daraus ergibt sich für mich, dass dies offenbar dem (unterdurchschnittlichen) Standard entspricht. Zudem war die angegebene Telefonnummer trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht erreichbar und nur per WhatsApp kontaktierbar, wodurch die Kommunikation faktisch ausserhalb der Booking.com-Plattform erfolgen musste (ich habe meine Nachrichten aus der Plattform dorthin kopiert und dort auch Fotos und Videos geteilt, da dies über Booking.com nicht möglich war). Zudem befanden sich in den Schlafzimmern dauerhaft eingeschaltete Notausgangslichter, die den Schlaf störten und deren Notwendigkeit in diesem Bereich fraglich erscheint.
• CATERINA (9/5): Estupendo - La relación calidad precio y la ubicación. Estaba muy limpio, las camas eran cómodas y el hecho de tener dos baños completos y un aseo facilitó la estancia para nuestro grupo de 6 personas. La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente, contestaba muy rápido. Sólo dispones de un juego de llaves y no es práctico si sois varios y queréis hacer planes diferentes. No se puede tirar papel en el inodoro por temas de alcantarillado, pero ocurre en la mayoría de bares y restaurantes que visitamos.

• Pilar (9/5): - El apartamento es muy espacioso. Estaba muy limpio. Y la ubicación está genial. Cerca de todo el casco histórico. Cómo pega, lo único que pondría es que no tiene microondas y la vitro no funcionaba muy bien.

• QI KAI (1/5): Sin agua caliente durante toda la estancia. - La ubicación No tuvimos agua caliente en toda la estancia que pasamos allí. El alojamiento no hizo nada por solucionarlo y ni siquiera intentaron arreglarlo. La casa no cuenta con menaje ni con condiciones para pasar una estancia agradable. No hay microondas y a la cafetera le faltaba el mango, lo que indica la falta de cuidado que ponen en hacer cómoda la estancia a los viajeros. No lo recomiendo para nada, creo que es una tomadura de pelo
• Agata (8/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja-blisko do metra na lotnisko oraz do wszystkich atrakcji zaledwie w kilka minut na pieszo Wszystko było bardzo fajne, może z wyjątkiem kuchni, która ma kiepską kuchenkę więc zapomnieć można o samodzielnym gotowaniu. Ale w okolicy są rewelacyjne restauracje i kawiarenki.

• Marzia (8/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta. Le camere da letto sono accoglienti. La cucina è molto semplice e dotata di poche pentole. Adatta per la colazione meno per la preparazione dei pasti.
• BLANC (8/5): Dommage ! l'expérience aurait pu être meilleure - Très bon emplacement à côté de l'Acropole Métro et maxi-market proches Appartemment spacieux et propre 3 Chambres agréables même avec le bruit de la rue et literie de qualité Bonne qualité de WiFi Échanges faciles et rapideq par booking avec les propriétaires Plaque de cuisson non fonctionnelle (50mn pour faire cuire des pâtes) et pas de micro-ondes, poêle en très mauvais état et inutilisable, heureusement il y avait le four 2 salles de bain mais une sans lumière et l'autre avec une fuite importante du lavabo (pas d'intervention pendant les 5jrs de notre présence !!) Pas de prises électriques dans les sdb

I told them about leak in bathroom sink. They didn't do anything about it. Electrics in.kitchen dont work and plugs looked dangerous. And not working anymore. Again no action taken. Only one set of keys for 3 people.
• Luigi (8/5): - Appartamento molto ampio e luminoso in una zona molto vicina al centro (a pochi metri dall'Agora), in un quartiere distinto ricco di ristoranti L'appartamento necessita di maggiore manutenzione. In un bagno non funzionava la luce, in un altro il lavandino perdeva acqua e la doccia era parzialmente intasata. Il piano cottura riscaldava molto lentamente

• Jessie (10/5): Loved the place! - The apartment was amazing and a perfect choice for big groups! A building from 30s looks like it carries the history of Athens! It was clean and really comfortable! Everything was close too! The host was friendly, responsive and gave us a lot of infos! We will choose it again for sure! Nothing! We loved it!

• Martina (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt in Athen mit kleinen Abstrichen. - Die Lage ist sensationell und ziemlich zentral. Die Wohnung grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Sehr vorteilhaft such die Anzahl der Bäder bzw. Toiletten. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Tavernen sowie Apotheken, Bäcker (direkt gegenüber) und zwei Supermärkte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allerdings defekter kaffeemaschine. Den Kaffee haben wir also ggü beim Bäcker holen müssen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche ist als mangelhaft zu bewerten. Alte gebrauchte Spülschwämme , eine völlig versiffte Steckdosenleiste mit defektem Schalter. Keine bzw kaum Steckdosen für Toaster und andere Geräte.

• IRENE (9/5): Great location, good size - Great location, just two minutes from the metro station, large size, reasonably quiet street, wifi. The kitchen lacks some basic tools. There is no microwave nor any saucepan to heat up milk for breakfast. A microwave is a must. The coffee maker's handle is burnt and the kettle also needs replaced. We found several cockroaches in a bathroom and (lots) just outside the little washing machine cupboard downstairs.
• Justin (8/5): 價值比很高 - 地點很方便，近地鐵站 洗手間和浴室夠足夠多 洗澡熱水不穩定，最後一個洗澡可能熱水不夠了 房間靠近馬路，晚上可能外面車的噪音也是會有一點影響。最起碼每天有兩次垃圾車在深夜收垃圾🫣
• sol (10/5): - Es muy grande y cómodo, con 3 baños fabuloso para familias grandes, estaba todo impecable y la ubicación es espectacular, desde el techo hay una vista hermosa a la acropolis, quedamos todos encantados. Solo a modo de sugerencia, pero que no influye para nada en mi calificación es que a las puertas del baño les hace falta pestillos y lo otro es que podrían poner una letrero con indicaciones para usar la lavadora, ya que solo tiene dibujos que no entendimos y si bien la ropa se lavo, no conseguimos que centrifugara bien la ropa. Fuera de eso el departamento es maravilloso

• Xavi (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene 2 baños completos y un aseo, ideal grupos. Es una primera planta con balcón. Falta lavadora, microondas. La terraza/azotea está descuidada y podría aprovecharse. Un segundo juego de llaves es necesario. Los aires acondicionados hacen MUCHO ruido, aunque funcionan.
• Raffaella (9/5): Ottimo per grandi gruppi - L’appartamento è molto grande (3 bagni, solo due con doccia) e confortevole (a parte il divano letto un po’ duro). La posizione è ottima quindi qualità prezzo per grandi gruppi è eccezionale. Piccola chicca: salendo dalla scala a chiocciola fuori dalla cucina c’è una bellissima vista partenone. Nessun contatto con l’host perché viene usata la keybox.
• Fabrizio (7/5): Un ottima posizione ma poteva andare meglio - Molto bella la posizione, a due passi dal centro e dalle zone più turistiche e da bar molto carini. I letti erano comodi e c’era tutto il necessario per passare una notte. L’aria condizionata era molto vecchia o mal mantenuta, faceva un rumore pazzesco con il quale era davvero difficile dormire inoltre non funzionavano in maniera ottimale dato che alla massima potenza ci metteva davvero molto a raffrescare una piccola stanza. L’ host inoltre in seguito ad una mia richiesta di poterla lasciare per solo un ora ma la risposta è stata negativa, quando poteva tranquillamente dirci di poterle lasciare nell ingresso del palazzo o sul pianerottolo dato che ha solo due appartamenti ed entrambi sono due case in fitto suppongo dello stesso proprietario.

• Filippo (6/5): Overall ok, but we would not repeat it. - Great location, apartment very spacious that felt like home immediately. The hosts was responsive, but not helpful on a series of issues: they could not provide for a second copy of keys (which I assumed was a normal request for an apartment for up to 8 people occupied by 6 people) and they did not do anything for some facility issues (shower drain broken, bathroom sink leaking, bathroom door handle broken). I also need to mention that out of 4 TV in the apartment, only one had the cable needed to watch it. It would have been nice from the hosts also to provide a minimum of water/coffee as “welcome” to the apartment, but I guess it would have been too much to ask. Last, there are construction works in the apartment downstairs that woke up us Sunday morning at 8 am, Not pleasant.

• Ashley (10/5): Good stay! - Lovely stay and a comfortable apartment! Three nice bedrooms with double beds and two singles! There are two bathrooms and a wc! Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi connection which is rare in Athens. The host was great! We will choose it again! Nothing to mention!

• Syed (1/5): Think twice before booking this property - Location. Very close to the historical places of Athens. There was no hot water facility, despite several reminder they didn’t repair the water heater of bathrooms and kitchen. Huge sound of construction from early in the morning, but the owner didn’t inform us about this issue. No microwave oven in the kitchen. Kitchen and living room area is extremely cold. Tried to reach them over telephone. But never picked up the phone . Total wastage of money.
