• Rejeanne (7/5): Good - Stayed alone so safe location Collection of keys from a different location had no clue where to return keys.
• Jamie-leigh (1/5): Bad - most of our facilities didn’t work including stovetop, washing machine and our shower was leaking it was very unclean aswell, after trying to get in contact with staff multiple times they ignored the problems we had kindly got in touch with them about

• Zaferoula (3/5): I would not recommend this apartment to a couple . - Full of cockroaches . Very smelly . Kitchen saucepan and frying pan burnt and unusable . Possible other verman . We left earlier from apartment as we could not stay with these conditions . We did tell the leasing agent our concerns .
• Lynley (1/5): Did not stay due to uncleanliness - Location No response to any phone calls, messages or emails. Emailed to advise of arrival time and when arrived room not ready. Was moved to another room but the room hadn’t been serviced and still had dirty sheets from previous occupier on bed. Went back to reception and advised room hadn’t been serviced and would wait for original room. Went back at 4.30pm and checked in. There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom and the room was dirty. Tried to phone to get some toilet paper but no reply. Decided to check out and leave.

• Daisy (2/5): Very poor - the location was great When we arrived, we got into the room and it smelled awful, we thought it would go away but it still hasn’t, the air conditioning unit is barely strong enough to cool the room down and the carpet and walls were dirty and stained. although doubtful, we continued our stay without saying anything, we paid for this unit due to the facilities it offers (kitchen/laundry etc) however when it came to using the washing machine, it did not drain, and the dryer was not securely fitted to the wall, again making it uncomfortable to use. On to the kitchen, we needed a place to stay with a kitchen, we had spent $90 on groceries so we could cook our own food, upon opening the cupboards we found almost every pot, pan, plate, bowl, cooking utensil and cutlery were dirty. I put all kitchen supplies in the dishwasher and used the tablets provided however when the dishwasher finished, the dishes were still very dirty, i then hand washed all dishes. Coming to use the oven, again all the shelves and the tinfoil inside was filthy, it would be unhealthy to cook food in, and we didnt feel confident that even if we cleaned the trays, the oven would be clean enough.

• Carolina (8/5): Great location! - Great great location, The place was near of everything I believe it was a bit expensive per week to have so poor kitchen tools (like pans, souse pan etc) it wasn’t in great condition and I cook a lot so could notice the lack of updating the pans and that kind of things.
• Tina (7/5): Very quiet, nice & comfortable local appartment. - The bed was really comfortable & it was in a quiet area. The room had everything I needed for a long weekend away except there is no aircon in the bedroom which would get too hot to stay here in Summer. The pool looked grotty & is very small. Having to go up 4 flights of tiny stairs isn't that safe with big suitcases. The Airconditioning/heater is only in the loungeroom with only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. So I had to put the aircon on high with the door open & wait for it to cool the bedroom which then made it uncomfortably cool in the lounge. So not sure if I would stay here in cold or hot weather because of this. There was an open vent in the bathroom which let in a lot of noise from neighbours doing noisy gardening work & cleaners using equipment in the evenings, I was annoyed that it couldn't be sealed. The window in the bathroom had also been left open, so there were big flys in the appartment with no fly spray. The tiny lounge is quite uncomfortable, it was too small for just myself to stretch out & get comfortable on, with no cushions. I was a little uncomfortable using the blankets & sone of the pillows as I found dirty marks on them & other areas in the appartment were also dirty with stained dirty carpets & a filthy shower drain. See pics Oh & there was NO Space for me to put my things when doing my make-up & hair. The sink is tiny with no real counter tops or shelving except the tiny one under the sink. This made it really hard & awkward for me to get ready to go out.
• Selvadoss (6/5): Pleasant - The host was constantly in touch as to when we would arrive and if late, organise for late pickup stay was good. Apartment could have been bit more clean. the cooking pot was rusty. Advise replacing the cooking pot. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. Please be aware of that. Other than that, all was good
• Robyn (8/5): It was a great place for a weeks self catering and it was a nice location away from the - I liked how it had all of the amenities I needed for a short stay. It was great that there were laundry facilities within the apartment and a balcony. There wasn’t many cooking utensils to use for cooking/ preparing meals. The oven too was certainly older but worked.
• Daniel (5/5): Poor stay and poor assistance from the property. - Location. Cleaning. Property was dirt, dishes were dirt, poor communication with manager. Missing towels, missing soap for wash machine.
• John (5/5): Passable - Location was ok Parking spaces ok North facing verandah A mould smell Pool was not heated and uninviting Dirty and needs a good clean especially on the outside We were at number 96 not where we thought we had booked We have been staying in similar accommodation on the island for over 20 years but this time it was a little disappointed

• Remy (1/5): Very disappointed with my stay! - I liked the location Carpets were stained, broken curtains, so no privacy at all and light gets into the room. Very uncomfortable stay with no enough blankets.
• Robert (5/5): Comfortably close to the Broadwater; nice bicycle paths - Warm sunny apartment with peep view of the river. No towel rails in bathroom; no bedside tables or lamps; worn out paint spattered carpets; washing machine hot tap threads had been painted over by workman and rendered unusable.

• Brendon (8/5): Do recommend this place hopefully they fix the small things it’s be even better and would be happy to stay there again - location was excellent for a short walk to the Gold Coast and nice quiet area when no construction work was being done Nice apartment well suited to my partner and self Locked under cover car park Room was cleaned before we got there and didn’t look to be vacuumed the floor was still dirty and especially under the bed had food under it and the bed sheets had stains in them so we went and brought our own The misses was uncomfortable with the window curtains missing parts so you can see through them in areas
