Guest Reviews
- barbara (7/5): -
- sandra (8/5): Very comfortable - Very comfortable and handy location
- γεωργ (10/5): - The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and near the center of Dublin (on foot). The house is very comfy and has two big bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Leonard and Natalie were very helpful and kind!
- manda (10/5): Great place with a lot of room. Everything was as described. - Nice location and a spacious place. It was more than we wanted to spend. But for a family, it was much better than a hotel.
- Ihab (8/5): Excellent location, good amenities/space, couple of items to watch for - Location was excellent, space was comfortable, fireplace made it cozy, various amenities in kitchen, washing machine/dryer were a plus for family. Linens and bed were very clean. The host communication was great and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Overall the space for a family is great! Overall compared to other apartments we stayed at in Europe, the apartment could have been cleaner (obvious dust in some areas, wiping mirrors and appliances etc.. you could tell there was no attention to details when cleaning) and some furniture update would be good. Another down side is the noise from the apartment above which in our case was very annoying. Lack of parking can be an issue if you are renting a car. In terms of heat, one of the bedrooms was on the closer even with the heat boosted.

- rocio (10/5): Fenomenal - Nos encantó los detalles de los chocolates, adicional que nos perdimos y pudimos contactar en horas de la madrugada y nos ayudaron.
Excelente 👌
- Alessandro (10/5): - The house is really spectacular!!! Quite, independent and full of optionals. Nothing, everything was perfect
- Paulina Hye-Jin (10/5): -
- Kiran Sandhu (10/5): - The apartment was gorgeous and really well decorated. We had a lovely stay, it was walking distance of most neighbourhoods. It was stunning! Definitely reccommend.
- Cora (9/5): Lovely property, as photographed, great location, will return! - Excellant property, and location, nice touch having waters, snacks and teas/coffees available.
Amamos! Nada.
- Stephanie (6/5): Over priced - Location Loud from tenants above, need to install carpeting upstairs or insulation in the ceiling,
damp and musty smell when entering, back bedroom cold.
- Sandra (10/5): Comfortable, quite location, clean, well equipped. - Very well equipped. Owner very helpful.
- Daniel (7/5): - The location is very good, walking distance to most of the sightseeing and lots of pubs in the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are old and dirty and must be replaced. It could be cleaner in the whole apartment too.
- Karen (9/5): Highly recommend! - Very quiet neighborhood, very walkable, not far from Merrion Park and Trinity College — near bus routes and beautiful canal a block away. We had lovely weather so it was great to have the terrace as well.
- Kevin (10/5): It was a great stay and location. - NA NA
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Theresa (10/5): 5 nights in Dublin! - Fully stocked. Comfortable. Great quiet neighborhood Occasional noise from tenants upstairs
- Lyle (8/5): Accomodation was as pictured and was a comfortable place to stay for a week. - Location was perfect for our trip, walking distance to everything. There was an issue with the heating and hot water not working. On the second day we reached out and it was sorted out that day.
- Cassi (10/5): Gorgeous, spacious apartment & centrally located - We had a great stay here. The property manager communicated very well and went out of his way to make us feel welcome by setting up a Christmas tree for our holiday stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with tea and treats provided. The location can't be beat as far as being able to easily walk or take public transportation to explore Dublin. Like many old buildings, it is drafty particularly through the big front window. Sitting on the couch was a bit chilly, but the property manager reported after we left that he added some warm throw blankets that future guests can snuggle under in the cold, winter months.
- Bojan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (7/5): A comfortable stay in a pleasant apartment. - The apartment was situated within easy walking distance (c.20mins) to Dublin city centre. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm. The apartment felt ready for an upgrade - the cabinet door under the sink in the ensuite bathroom was broken and the shower head in both bathrooms were small. The kitchen was perfectly clean, but would benefit from a deep clean. The tea towels were smelly (we bought washing detergent to clean them) and a cheese grater had been put away without being cleaned (presumably the last people were in a rush to get out, but it's this sort of thing that should be checked). The toiletries were basic and consisted of hand wash and shower gel.
- Linda (10/5): Lovely Georgian Apartment in great area. - Wonderful stay at Pepper Cannister Apartment, 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, lounge, outdoor terrace garden, cosy & warm (it was very chilly during our time in Dublin). Easy to find, easy to check in with clear instructions on the day, thanks Leonard for all your assistance before and during our stay, yes even the washing machine ;) Location great, only 5 minute walk to Merrion Park and 10 min to St Stephens Green, 15 minutes to Grafton shopping street, lots of supermarkets, restaurants and pubs within minutes walk, train 10 minute walk, best part was its not right in the middle of the tourist hot spots, its in the Georgian District surrounded by beautiful Georgian buildings. Apartment was really comfortable with everything you need, even umbrellas (which were used nearly everyday!) Definately recommend staying here when visiting Dublin, its a very charming apartment. A large table umbrella outside would of been nice :)
Neighbor in apartment above was a little noisy.
- Louise (8/5): Fabulous apartment, great location and beautiful interior. We really enjoyed our stay. - Location was great, very central. Very stylish and comfortable. The noise from the building above. You could hear every movement. Car park space very close to the window of the bedrooms.
- Mcadams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maja (10/5): Wonderful apartment in great location - Amazing big, spacious, well equipped apartment perfectly located to explore Dublin on foot or using public transport. Proximity of restaurants, shops and Starbucks across the street. Can be loud due to lack of soundproofing between apartments - we could hear upstairs neighbors steps and talking.
- X3nd (10/5): Spacious, comfy apartment in a quiet part of the city centre, perfect for a family stay in Dublin. - Very conveniently located in a quiet street, walking distance (15-30 min) from both the major attractions as well as the sea. The apartment is located in a low ground-floor level, which surprisingly made it very private, with foliage blocking direct view from the street. Very good internet, nice, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a very comfy sofa in the living room. A washer + dryer combo was very useful. Helpful owners. Sound of steps of the neighbours in the apartment above, combined with a rather thin ceiling, caused a bit of discomfort to us, especially at nights and early mornings.
It can be tricky to locate the entrance on arrival - use the photos provided by the venue, they're helpful.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Felicia (9/5): Comfortable apartment in beautiful, quite surroundings, close to historical location and great food. - This location was great. It was near Baggot Street, which is full of history and great places to eat. Fortunately, we ran into a local that directed us to go to Searsons pub, which proved to be a great recommendation. In the evening, we sat outside in our little courtyard admiring the view of the Pepper Canister Church and listening to the birds singing the sun good night. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had a lot of character. I would stay here again. I was glad to be out of the hustle and bustle of Dublin, as we had spent two nights in city center near Temple Bar. This area was close to city center, but it was a much slower pace and quieter. It would have been great to have a specific location provided in the instructions. We traveled on a train from Galway and had to wait over an hour for a taxi due to an accident on the M50, then had to contend with the traffic to get to the location. Once there we got confused (may have been the long day and the lack of food). The house is located on a circular street. On one corner is a building with a sign saying Pepper Canister House, that we mistakenly thought was our location. I called our contact number, and the gentleman had a hard time explaining to me where the townhouse was, which caused me frustration, but he was incredibly nice and patient. He eventually sent me a pin. It wasn't hard to find, just a bit confusing as many buildings have a Pepper Canister sign, but for future tenants, a good description of where on Mount Street Crescent would be nice (if you are standing outside Starbucks, the building across the street on your right).
- Ifaadh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hanorah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zuzanna (9/5): Really nice place to stay in Dublin - The room was spacious and bright, with loads of storage space. The shared kitchen was outstandingly equipped. The whole vibe and aesthetics of the place make it worth visiting. Really good value for money in a city as expensive as Dublin. We had a minor misunderstanding with the cleaning crew that entered the room prior than expected, but everything was sorted out
