• समीर (9/5): Superb - Modern apartment facilities were all available. Washing machine, cooking stove and utensils, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The apartment was completely air-conditioned. 2 Keys were provided for elevator access. Great view of the city at night. 24-hour convenience store nearby. Away from the attractions which are mostly in District One. But this was not very inconvenient as taxis were readily available. Laundry service is not nearby.
• Esther (8/5): Lovely appartment - Apartment was comfortable, clean and seemed very new. Staff was very quick to respond and happy to help although english was limited. There need to be a few extras in the apartments such as cutlery, clothes hangers, and spare blankets/pillows.
• Mr (7/5): Beautiful apartment - but checkout was a nightmare. - I would have given this Apartment 10/10, if it were not for the problems with payment. I had booked 3 rooms for my party, and I was first to check-in. As planned, I was was met by the agent and checked in without any problems. Vehicles can be parked in the underground car park, but the charge and pass key system was not explained, resulting in me giving the key to security on exit, only to find it was needed to exit the barrier, and the Car Park Gestapo would not bend any rules - just caused another delay in the checkout process. It also appears to be charged each time you exit/enter so don't assume its a 24 hour charge. The apartment itself was well appointed, with many amenities inc. washer & dryer, Netflix TV, full kitchen etc. I have no hesitation in recommending it. However what detracted from the pleasant experience is that on two occasions before I left, I requested to settle my bill. We had an 8.30 am departure, and on the final day, still nobody showed to collect payment. We could not delay our departure any longer, but as 2 of our party were staying an extra night, we left the issue with them, assuming they could use a credit card, which I was told was an acceptable form of payment. I had some harsh messages from the agent (who evidently could not get out bed in time), stating his boss was angry he had not collected any monies. That was hardly our fault ! Finally we had to get the 2 ladies remaining' to cover our entire bill in cash, which wiped them out of their holiday money, forcing an unplanned early visit to a bank. They do not accept credit card payments over the phone. So if you stay there, and I do recommend the apartment, make sure you settle the bill well in advance with the agent. The apartments do not have a "reception" as such so without his presence, you are pretty much on your own. Payment arrangements

• Angelina (8/5): Good place to stay near city center with good value for money - Close to the city center. Good view of HCMC skyscrapers, one with a light show at night. Apartment was spacious for 4 pax with 4 XL luggages + 4 small luggages. Space is clean and felt like we were staying in a hotel, I believe it's newly furnished. Complete house amenities, especially washer & dryer considering we were there for 5 days. Kingfood Mart & Highlands Coffee beside the lobby and nearby street food stalls. An apartment staff was kind enough to check us in and help us bring our luggages upstairs, and the owner let us check in early which helped a lot coming from a morning flight! We were awoken at 5am to someone trying to enter the unit (knocking loudly, trying to enter the incorrect code, murmuring foreign words), but according to the security video it was a drunk, foreign tourist that went to the wrong unit so the property wasn't really the one to blame. Same incident happened again a few days later in the late afternoon, but with a different situation I think.
