• SuuzV (9/5): Great location, good value, very nice people! - Top locatie, pal tegenover Camden Market. Zeer vriendelijke en gezellige 'huisbaas'! Een top appartement voor mooie prijs. De bedbank is wat klein dus niet handig voor lange mensen. Het tweepersoonsbed kraakt een beetje.
• Francesca (8/5): - Beautiful house, central location. Almost everything you need. Beautifully furnished, clean kitchen and bathroom. Very nice. We never got the TV code from the owner for Netflix etc, so couldn't watch a bit of telly when we got back. Only other couple little things was there was only 1 fork and no glasses.

• Waddington (10/5): Easy to find, friendly welcome and very nice room and facilities - Loaction was great and easy to find, the property was lovely and had everything we needed. We couldn't find any information on accessing Wifi or instructions on how to work the heater. Also, we couldn't find any working TV channels but it didn't really matter as we weren't in the property for very long.

L'host è stato di grandissimo aiuto, super veloce ed efficace, anche molto educato e gentile, cosa non scontata già che oggi giorno gli host la maggior parte delle volte sono lontani e non disponibili. L'appartamento avevo tutto il necessario, ampio e accoglievole. Il rumore esterno è inutile menzionarlo, se non sai in che quartiere prenoti non ti puoi lamentare. 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro più vicina.

• Valérie (9/5): Hôte très accueillant - L’hôte est aux petits soins pour vous et vous réserve le meilleur accueil. L’appartement est très bien et idéalement situé. Café, thé, sucre sont à votre disposition. La rue est un peu bruyante la nuit mais c’est le revers de l’emplacement.

(8/5): Very good position, but consider noise (unless not sensitive) - the position is very handy, circa 6 minutes walk to camden town tube station, the facility is also very close to camden lock. you can see that the host is trying his best and communication runs very good! it's an old building, hence all the cons. It's very loud (even more at night due to the area), unfortunately it's practically not sound isolated, I'd definitely recommend some ear plugs (I tried my airpods, but battery couldn't last the whole night) unless really heavy sleeper. The bed is victorian style, so it creaks by every movement, the sofa bed is short, doesn't fit an adult (unless shorter than 150 cm), but the host offered an air mattress (but then less space in the room)

Centrally located right in the heart of Camden, near the markets. Apartment is within easy walking distance to a variety of great food and drink options and also close to public transport. It is a central location, so if you’re a light sleeper bring some earplugs as you will hear some noise. Would recommend and stay again. Bed is a bit small (but this appears to be a cultural difference, double beds appear to be quite standard in the UK where as a larger King or Queen Bed is standard in AUS).

Great location, amazing host, clean, safe. So so noisy, it could really do with some double glazing. No soap or wash in the bathroom. No sockets by the beds for phones.

• Jordan (10/5): Unreal stay, amazing hosts! - It’s in a fantastic location. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and clean. The thing that puts it above the rest is how good Jafar is as a host, how hospitable and personable he really is! Made our stay the very best.

• Uri (9/5): Would stay again, central location. - Great comfy bed, beyond excellent location and they let me check in early. A little hard to find the place, but honestly you meet someone at the store downstairs and that made it easy. I guess it was loud sometimes but I don't mind that personally. It's literally across the street from Camden Market. So, if you're a seriously light sleeper maybe it's not for you but frankly it's worth it for the location. This is not a negative in my mind.

Few issues need fixing - Apartment was spacious and very clean Air conditioning didn't work - the temperature in the room didn't come down for the entire three days. As a result the room was too warm. Could have done with some teaspoons! Mattress on the bed is old and needs replacing.

Felt very safe (I am a solo female traveller) and the host was always available to answer any questions or assist if you needed help. I stayed 7 nights and I would’ve liked to cook a bit more - there is only a stove, kettle and toaster.

• D'arcy (6/5): Really perfect location for staying in London in general as it’s close to main part of Camden and public transport, gene - Great location as right in the heart of Camden- only a 10 minute walk from the underground, and a 7 minute walk from the Roundhouse Theatre. Comfortable bed. Had its own decent little kitchen. The biggest downfall for me was the shower- if it’s consistently as bad as it was for my stay, and you like to shower every day, don’t even bother. The water switched from boiling hot to freezing cold every 5 seconds, and the water pressure was effectively non-existent- really made it impossible to shower at all. You’ll also have to bring your own body wash and shower if you can brave the experience.

Room heated quickly. It isn't quiet but Camden isn't supposed to be! Love the city noise especially the trains. • Matthews (10/5): Solo trip - Beautiful place perfect for a solo getaway. Host was exceptional and very kind and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and cozy. I had everything I needed to cook as well. Towels were provided. I really enjoyed my stay it's so close to everything in Camden. Would definitely stay here again. The location was different than advertised and was on the high street instead but I didn't mind as I felt safer being closer to more people. It was quite noisy being on the high street but I slept fine. Everything else was excellent.

The main bed was too soft; due to typical British windows, it was quite chilly in the room (we visited in December), and it took a while to heat it up.

The apartment itself was pleasant and came with basic necessities like towels, mugs, and cutlery. The air conditioning was a much-appreciated feature during the hot weekend we stayed. The host was friendly and easily reachable. The address provided after booking differed from the apartment's actual location. The actual address is much closer to the market, which could be a positive or negative aspect depending on your preferences for the stay.

• Johanna (1/5): Horrendous. Disappointing. Never again. 👎🏻 - Absolutely nothing. The whole stay was very disappointing. First, the location was different to the address provided on booking. It was right next to a very busy main street which we did not know. Also the apartment was very cold and only had an aircondition to heat which was not enough. Also there were no towels. Not even a small one for drying our hands except a used dish towel. We had to ask for towels repeatedly until finally they were deposited in front of the apartment in the middle of the night. They were completely new - not even washed prior and smelled of plastic. The linen provided looked slept in and i fear they have not been washed before our stay which was really not okay. Also there was hair on the walls of the shower which was really disgusting. I also asked if we could leave our bags before check-in. The owner assured me that it was no problem since he himself was responsible for the bags. When we got there he said we could leave them in a store nearby but they did not open before 11am so we had to wait for an hour to drop off our bags. The cashier in the store did not seem to know about us and had to call his supervisor who said we could only leave the bags until 3pm - mind you we had to pay 4£/bag. The whole stay was very disappointing and i don‘t understand how booking could give this apartment 4 stars. We only booked this stay because it was rated highly by booking and the whole experience was horrendous.

Willing to get us what we needed, such as towels and toothpaste, great communication! He even introduced us to our neighbours who turned out to be going to the same event, we had a great time! *really great location, so close to where our activities were planned. (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper as London traffic can be loud, but we slept fine.) *very spacious and bright apartment with good heating and air con system. *includes kettle and fridge, plates and cutlery to make tea and bring back food (but wouldn't advice staying in to cook here as there are no cooking utensils, toaster etc) *make sure to bring your own hair dryer, body wash, towels, snacks, milk for tea and coffee for a good stay.
