• MARIA ASUNCION (8/5): - La localización es fabulosa Tuvimos una incidencia puntual,el edificio se quedó sin luz,y enseguida nos ofrecieron cambiar de apartamento e intentaron solucionar el problema ofreciendo alternativas. Finalmente,no hizo falta,pero la atencion fué óptima Nada en realidad Únicamente,por decir algo, en el baño he echado de menos ,alguna balda para poner los neceseres

• Diana Pan86 (5/5): Nice apartment in a great location but the host doesn't follow Booking's rules. - The small apartment had everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is well equiped though you may have to search through the cabinets and drawers to find everything. Look under the oven if you are missing something. The bed was comfortable and the small heater/air conditorer regulated the temperature well. The apartment has a very noisy neighbor. Each morning he was singing at the top of his lungs, almost screaming, for 30 minutes. If you plan to sleep late, you will not have a chance with this neighbor. The host also was difficult to work with and doesn't follow all of Booking.com's rules. We asked if we could cancel the reservation 30 days in advance after our airline cancelled our flight. The host said we needed to talk to Booking customer service and Booking customer service repeatedly told us that they were waiting on the host to respond to their emails and messages. In additon, before checking in, the host asked us to send them our passport numbers which Booking specifically advises against.
• Sánchez Conde (10/5): Perfect - We had a really nice stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and all the facilities worked perfectly. It was comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He was attentive and available if we needed anything, and always replied quickly. The location was also very convenient, close to the metro and well connected to the rest of the city. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.
• SHIR (9/5): - The staff was excellent and answered right away, the location was good near the center, and they also had a place to hang the laundry. A cute place and well decorated and equipped A mop in the bathroom would be nice, otherwise all was great

Хозяин квартиры в ответ на наши жалобы присылал нам инструкции по перезапуску раутера🤦‍♀️ Ну и душ не отделен ни кабинкой, ни занавеской, вода заливала пол во всей ванной комнате

• Nevena (10/5): A great stay - The place is excellent. Spotless clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious, with a work station, couch and TV. The kitchen seemed well stocked (I did not cook). The location is great, close to metro station, tram and trolleys. The apartment has new furnishings and is tastefully decorated, with a city view of Sofia. I would definitely stay there again.

• Paolo (7/5): Struttura bella ma con qualche piccola cosa da rivedere. - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale e l’appartamento é moderno, pulito e con tutti i comfort. Per il riscaldamento é presente solo un climatizzatore, durante i freddi intensi non è sufficiente a riscaldare l’appartamento. La struttura si trova in un palazzo vecchio e al quinto piano, é necessario prendere un ascensore un pó datato. Inoltre, come mostrato in foto, la doccia è walk in quindi tocca fare attenzione per evitare di allagarsi.

• Ciambrone (10/5): Pulizia impeccabile, tutti i comfort come a casa tua - La casa era perfetta, pulitissima (ci ha infatti impressionato il profumo di pulito appena siamo entrati) senza un briciolo di polvere, dotata di tutti i comfort dalla macchinetta del caffe dolcegusto (con capsule incluse 😍) lavatrice Miele silenziosissima, phon potente, condizionatore ecc... Posizione ottima, fermata tram sotto casa ma si puo raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi zona. Che dire, sicuramente dovessi ritornare a Sofia ricontattetei questo host!! Nulla da segnalare
• Narita (9/5): Overall the stay was pretty much perfect and I really liked the personality of the host as well!! - The host was so courteous and friendly, with all the willingness to help. Also easily reachable by WhatsApp in English. The building looked (and actually is, I'm convinced) old, but the apartment room itself was really clean and neat, nicely renovated. It is maybe not necessarily located in the city center, but this time the location was perfect for me. Upon arrival I found bottles of water, which I appreciated a lot. There were enough outlets everywhere in the room, also on both sides of the bed. First of all I had difficulty in finding the right building with the address. Google maps didn't lead to the right entrance/direction so I was wandering around the area for a while. Maybe it would have helped a great deal if some pictures had been shared in advance. Then I couldn't correctly understand how to get the key of the apartment. Maybe this was more because of my ignorance, but maybe a little more detailed explanation could have been provided. My personal preference is to have a separated shower space, so that the splash wouldn't get the floor and other neighboring equipment wet.

• Boyadzhieva (7/5): Good - The apartment is very nice, amazing location (I'm saying it as local), we had everything needed for our stay.Plus point: the bed is comfortable and soft, which I find very important. Due to the location is very loud, sometimes is really hard to sleep. The windows are new and good isolating, but it is impossible the sounds from motocycles to be stopped. Also the bathroom shower drain was full with hair and the bathrooms was overflowing.Needs to be cleaned more often.

I love the big window and the sunlight entering! The bed Is very comfortable! I didn cook but the apartement has everything to prepare something to eat! Very Happy with my stay here!

• Rea (10/5): Exceptional - Very nicely decorated apartment, comfortable with everything one needs for relaxing, cooking, reading, working. 10' minutes walking distance from the central library and the University, 4 min from Alexander Nevsky, spot of departures of cars for daily excursions. Very nice view of Sofia and some small old houses with tiled roofs. Just downstairs a small restaurant held by 2 nice woman serving delicious home made plates.

• Julieta (9/5): Superb - Location was great, everything walking distance. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, very nice and clean and perfect for a getaway. There were also many touristic leaflets which were helpful. The warm water in the morning was very limited which meant cold showers. It wasn't a big deal due to the warm weather but it can definitely prove more challenging in the colder months.

Kitchen has everything you need. Bedroom is comfortable. The host is very friendly and available. It's really a great place. I enjoyed it. No comment. All good.

The building itself is really old with poor lighting and the base to the lift needs to be repaired. I arrived late at night so felt a bit uneasy but the apartment itself is really nice.
