• Fabienne (8/5): Super emplacement, rapport qualité prix imbattable - Communication facile et réponses rapides. Emplacement top, top, top. Petit studio où on trouve le nécessaire pour quelques jours ( y compris four, table à repasser) La literie de l'appartement 13 est vraiment à changer. C'est dommage car etre bien reposé c'est important dans un séjour.

• Miriam (5/5): - Die Lage ist top. Man ist schnell an der Station South Kensington und damit schnell an den beliebtesten Spots. Wir haben auch einiges fußläufig erlebt. Der Inhaber der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und immer schnell hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist eine Vollkatastrophe und das ja offensichtlich schon seit Monaten. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler, obwohl angegeben. Im Badezimmer riecht es immer unangenehm. Allgemein ist vieles leider abgenutzt. Es ist auch leider immer ziemlich laut.

• Michael (8/5): - Good location to travel around London. Apartment good and hist very helpful. The door constantly rattles as it looks like someone has tried to break in previously. Apart from that, no other issues.
• Michel (7/5): Studio sympa au calme. Un bon compromis. - Studio sympa à l'intérieur d'un hôtel mais indépendant. Equipement correct pour un prix plus bas que la moyenne. Très calme, dans un beau quartier, pas loin d'Arrods et d'une station de métro. Mériterait d'être rafraichi. Le débit faible de l'eau froide dans la cuisine rend l'utilisation de la machine à laver difficile.
• Robert-Jan (10/5): We hebben het heel fijn gehad - De ligging. Op loopafstand van de ondergrondse en de bussen waardoor je door heel London kunt komen. Daarnaast is de gastheer/vrouw goed te bereiken en reageert meteen bij vragen. Het bed. Het matras was niet heel comfortabel en eigenlijk wel toe aan vervanging. En daarmee ook de enige kritiek. Als het bed beter was geweest had ik op alles een 10 gegeven ook al is de studio overall wat gedateerd. Je hebt er een heerlijke priveplek voor op een goede lokatie.

• Nasia (7/5): - Great central location, clean bed sheets and towels , equipped kitchen, shampoo and shower gel available. Easy to communicate with the owner. Uncomfortable bed , the carpet has never been cleaned, the door lock does not work.So , when you leave your apartment you just close the door which makes you feel unsafe.The owner should fix the door 🔐 urgently.
• Nikke (8/5): AirBnB style great location in South Kensington in a managed block of flats - Overall a good place to stay. It looks and is what you see from the photos. We received a discount of 32%, which made it great value for money. Nothing to complain about. The flat is exactly what you see from the photos.

• massimo (7/5): - L'appartamento è veramente molto piccolo però ha tutto quello che occorre. Si trova in un bel quartiere, vicino alla metropolitana e a due passi da un supermercato. A causa delle piccole dimensioni l'appartamento non è molto comodo ed è un po' trascurato. Il letto, come già detto da tante altre persone nelle recensioni è molto scomodo perché pende da un lato e dormendo si tende a scivolare giù, inoltre la serratura della porta è molto rovinata e non consente alla porta di chiudersi bene per cui sbatte frequentemente provocando un fastidioso rumore, soprattutto se all'interno le finestre sono aperte. Quando l'abbiamo detto al proprietario è rimasto sorpreso ma al ritorno ci siamo accorti che le recensioni indicavano questo problema da mesi.

• Catarina (7/5): - Bem localizado! Muito perto da estação de metro e com serviços perto (um supermercado mesmo ao lado). A possibilidade de fazer refeições no apartamento, sobretudo ao pequeno almoço! Check-in e check-out fácil. Comunicação com o anfitrião muito boa! A fechadura do quarto não dava muita sensação de segurança. Quando havia alguma corrente de ar, a porta batia e dava a impressão que estava aberta, por não fechar bem na totalidade. Apesar disso, tivemos uma óptima estadia e voltaria novamente!

• Lynn (7/5): South Ken visit. - Location was central to where we wanted to be. The interior of the premises was pleasant- reception area and corridors; marble tiles & smart. The general exterior- other than the marble pillared entrance, ie. the window frames are all in need of attention & re-paint. The apartment doors could all be doing with a 'soft close' or different type of closing mechanism. Very noisy at all hours with slamming doors. Our apartment , no.13, was privately rented & had it's own key safe. Fine in itself but this was situated below waist level & therefor difficult to see & to operate ...no reason why it couldn't be a sensible height .

• Malcolm (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good. Easy access to tube station, cafes and bars. The bed! Extremely uncomfortable. This apartment is advertised as spacious, but not for 2 traveller's with luggage. No storage space.
• Amtul (10/5): A good find! - I love the fact that almost everything one could need for the stay at the property was made available. From washing liquid to washing powder, tea bags to sugar, cleaning supplies to shampoo and conditioner. It is a good property and very conveniently located within 10 mins of walking distance from South Kensington tube station - very accessible. The property was clean and well maintained.

• Alexa (7/5): Good - The host gave clear access instructions the day before. Very straightforward. The place was really well kitted out and clean. Pretty quiet. A fantastic location. Close to many lovely restaurants and not far from museums and Hyde Park. The only issue was that the bed was not at all comfortable. Could feel all the springs in the mattress. If the host buys a new mattress I’d love to return. Would make it 10/10

• Hannah (9/5): Lovely little space - A lovely little flat in South Kensington. Easy to find and access, very clean with well equipped kitchen and everything you need. Stayed for 2 nights, quiet despite being in Central London. Excellent shower! Got a bit warm overnight as we struggled to adjust heating but a fan was provided and it was quiet enough to gave the window open. Would definitely go again.

• Jacqueline (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in this part of the city. Not too far from the tube station. I wouldn’t rate it as a 9 as very smal - The location was great. Most things we needed in kitchen. Good sized bathroom. It said this studio was spacious but we found it to be very small and no comfortable chair to sit on. No tv. It stated there was a dishwasher but there wasn’t one. Too warm, as the radiator was on 24 hours and the thermostat was broken.

Hard to find a better quality/price ratio in London The bed probably needs changing, not comfortable (on a slope on one side) Sound insulation is quite bad, so hopefully your neighbours aren't too noisy! Internet not great
• Robin (9/5): Superb - A clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing breakfast. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. During the day, we traveled around London, only staying in the apartment overnight and making breakfast. For this purpose, the accommodation was sufficient. Communication with the owner was quick; he was very helpful and responded promptly. Unfortunately, the thermostatic valve on the radiator wasn’t working, so we couldn’t lower the room temperature. However, the open window worked just fine, so it didn’t really bother us. I would recommend replacing or fixing the door lock. While we were technically locked, it seemed easy to force open if someone tried. Luckily, the apartment is located within a hotel, so the chances of an outsider breaking in are low, but I would still suggest changing the lock.

• Tu (10/5): London stay - Close to 2 train stations and multiple lines run through them, therefore it was very easy to get around London. There is also a supermarket one block down everything is close proximity. Alot of shopping around the district. The property was well kept and clean. Very enjoyable stay! N/A

• Sarah (9/5): Clean, comfortable flat with professional, welcoming owner - The owner was very professional and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble! Location was close to museums, Harrods etc- was very quiet a night time so perfect for good night sleep. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay- loved fact had no TV (who goes to London to watch TV!) Being short, nearly slipped getting into bath tub for shower…..but that’s more my issue for being short that problem with property- maybe provide a bath anti-slip mat for us short clumsy folk?!

• Ian (8/5): Very good - Nice studio apartment, which is separate to the other serviced apartments in the building. It is in a quiet area so there is no traffic noise, but close to South Kensington station. Has all you need for a few days. Everything was clean and it was good value for money, given how expensive other places and hotels are. Host was very attentive and responsive. Would stay again.

• Taylor (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the Airbnb was ideal for resting and enjoying London. It was a comfortable and convenient place to spend the night. It's a sad that there was no television in the apartment I stayed. It would have been nice to relax by watching TV after a long day.
