- Paula (1/5): AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! - Lovely apartment in a good location The hosts were very rude and slow to help when we were locked out of the apartment at midnight, pretty much saying what do you expect us to do about it BECAUSE it's midnight! 2 woman in a dark street alone on a Saturday night after being out at a concert all day was not acceptable! It took nearly an hour to get it sorted. Someone had deadbolted the lock on the inside which is why the code didn't work.
When there is a problem with any service that you may have it is how it's handled that is important. These hosts clearly felt there was no rush to help us, kept cutting the phone off when we were trying to ring and scared about being locked out with hardly any phone battery left . Such a shame as the apartment is lovely but stay here at your own risk because they won't help you with any urgency!
- Lee (10/5): Dublin Character - Love the spacious room with Character and the location is handy to many great restaurants.
- Barbara (9/5): The property manager was not quick to respond. He said he’d meet us at the apt then finally gave us a code to get on sit - Everything was beautiful. We loved the old architecture. I loved the property
- Sarah-Louise (9/5): - Spacious and full of character. Very easy self checkin instructions. Very good value for money Nothing.
- Patrycja (8/5): Very good - Old building with beatifull hall. Large 2 rooms with a bathroom. A shared kitchen next to the room. Walking distance to the center. A nice pub on a corner of the street. The room is located on the last floor, no elevator. It was no issue for us but may be for those who carry heavy luggage.
- Frankmcginn (9/5): Henrietta St Apartment - Beautiful location Lots of stairs as it was on the top floor of an old building. There wasn't a TV and there was a shared kitchen.
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (2/5): Not happy with the broken heating (in middle of winter) - Well located, lovely period building. There was no heating essentially during our stay - the apartment was freezing cold on arrival evening, and each morning. The owner said the heating had broken down and they were trying to fix it
- Emma (7/5): Historic location - Lovely spacious rooms. Shared kitchen was perfectly located to our room. It had all we needed. Noise levels were high with guests coming in at 2am! Katie Taylors fight was also being viewed by the sounds of it!
The building was a little chilly, but the duvet and blankets were warm.
It was lovely to stay in such an historic building
- Calix (9/5): Superb -
- Connor (9/5): Superb -
- Nick (8/5): Very good - Check-in very straightforward. Lovely flat, great location.
- Alina (9/5): Superb -
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good - location was nice and central, room was beautiful with lovely period features. perhaps a TV would be nice as an option as weather wasnt great you can spend more time in room but it was fine. stairs alot to climb so to bear in mind
- Sue90 (8/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect and the apartment itself was spotless. The bed... it was like sleeping in a cloud! So comfortable! Exceptional value for money overall, will definitely try to return here! Wasn't too much of an issue for us but the stairs may be an issue for some but small price to pay for the fabulous apartment, location and value for money.
- John (9/5): Great place to stay as long as you can handle stairs - Wonderful period property
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nky (7/5): Good - Beautiful building interior and exterior.
A lot of room and a very spacious, clean, apartment for our mid week break.
Host was friendly and helpful.
I would recommend staying. Wasnt clear from the images that the kitchen wasnt part of the apartment that we booked.
A lot of stairs - manageable, but wouldn't be accessible for someone with mobility challenges.
- Thesell (9/5): Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at a beautiful, historic property, perfectly located to central Dublin. - This is an incredible property, so gorgeous and historic. These Georgian townhouses were originally owned by wealthy Dubliners but during the famine, housed many families of poor Irish. The restoration of this house is beautiful - don’t miss an opportunity to stay here. Also, you can take a historic tour of one of these homes across the street at 14 Henrietta, which we didn’t discover until we were leaving.
Centrally located easy access to sites, there’s a pub at the end of the street and convenience shops nearby for food/necessities. The common areas are beautiful and shared kitchen was great. I felt safe in this neighborhood.
The property manager, Nicolas, was very accommodating when the water pump broke on our floor. He moved us to a (nicer) room and was very apologetic. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing.
- Lisa (9/5): Amazing! It is definitely a part of our mission to make memories! - The value of the huge rooms was incredible. We are a family of four, but our daughters are 23 and 17. It was perfect for all of us. We were right next to the kitchen. Our suite had difficulty ( not anyone’s fault) and Nicolas( the manager) put us up in one of the other incredible suites. This will definitely be our choice to stay next time we are in Dublin! Stairs. Worth the long trip up the stairs.
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Parking - the walk from the public car park isn't great and there is plenty of street parking at night
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - Extremely convenient location, large spacious rooms, easily accessible communal kitchen, very comfortable beds. Only the fact that the price doubled over a weekend, but that is obviously their prerogative. And it would have been nice to have a cloth to dry dishes used from the communal kitchen.
- Gavan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivia (10/5): The accommodation was really amazing and in a good location!! Will be back again -
- Cellastina (9/5): Superb -
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ftb (10/5): Exceptional - Location fantastic and spotlessly presented Only downside was no tv,I know not everyone wants them but the option to use it or not was not there
