• Iva (9/5): - Izvrsna lokacija, blizina željezničkog kolodvora, tramvajske stanice i autobusne stanice, svega par minuta hoda od apartmana. Nekoliko tramvajskih stanica i u centru grada ste! Dovoljno parkirnih mjesta oko zgrade (plava zona), svega par metara dalje zelena zona. Preko puta zgrade se nalazi i podzemna garaža, no mi ju nismo koristli. Sobe u apartmanu prostrane, kreveti udobni, sve čisto. Dovoljno jastuka, čiste posteljine i ručnika. Kuhinja jako dobro opskrbljena. Kontakt s domaćinom zadovoljavajući. Jednostavan ulazak u apartman. U blizini apartmana se nalaze trgovine špecerajem i restorani (preporuka za izvrstan doručak, restoran Granola). Bilo bi super kad bi apartman imao dva wc-a, obzirom na broj ljudi koji može primiti (Apartman ima jedan wc i jednu kupaonu).
• JULIAN DANIEL (6/5): - Muy buena ubicación !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Estuve en los apartamentos de TAMliving y en general la experiencia fue buena, pero con un detalle que me dejó inconforme. Al inicio éramos 3 huéspedes estudiantes y nos asignaron un apartamento adecuado para tres personas. Sin embargo, al segundo día, sin razón aparente y solo porque tenían otros huéspedes, nos cambiaron de repente a otro apartamento mucho más pequeño e incómodo. Tener que mover todas las maletas de un lado a otro fue bastante molesto y poco profesional. Fuera de ese inconveniente, la estancia estuvo genial y el lugar en sí me pareció adecuado. Espero que no vuelvan a ocurrir este tipo de errores con futuros huéspedes.

• Robert (5/5): Nice apartment but hot in the summer - The apartment is generously big, nice furnitures and good equipped kitchen. The staff is really nice and the apartment is really close to the main train station. Please install a microwave. An apartment has to have one. The big problem with the apartment is the lack of air conditioning. We had arrived at the end of a heat wave and although the outside temperature was ok after the rain, the building was like an oven, it radiated the rest of the heat inside and unless you have open windows, you'll be cooked inside. Opening the windows however, lets the noise of a 3x2 lane main road in and again, you can't sleep. I know it's not exactly the fault of the property manager but still, if you cannot sleep because it's either 30°C or the noise, it is a problem.
• Krisztina (10/5): Exceptional - We travelled for a family vacation (6 perons+1 baby) to Graz. The location of the apartment is great, only 5 minutes walk from the green zone parking (cheeper parking with no time-limit). The rooms are spacious, the kitcen and the living room are modern, clean and give possibility for being together. The whole apartment is newly renovated and equipped. If I must tell something I would say only one thing: as the house is on one of the main roads of Graz, the apartment is quite noisy by open windows.
