• Busi (5/5): - I liked that it didn't smell in the bathroom and the bathroom was clean to be honest. The cleaning lady is very nice she's a mom indeed. . Very peacefully hotel I must add. The cleaning lady provided water bottles daily and toilet paper oh she's very nice. The gentlemen who work here are so kind very helpful, I didn't have a charge they would charge my phone each time until I bought mine. There's a washing machine but you must pay to use it. The skinny lady at reception was also very helpful but the fat one is not nice at all. She's mean literally chased me out on the last day The room itself the walls were dirty, there's literally dirt by the pillows of the bed lots of dust. Smoke from cigarettes was suffocating me and the morning noise from some ladies at reception was just a lot. It's far from city Centre if you're there for business rather book in the city Centre near the markets to save on daily transportation fees. The bed was hard not soft I woke up tired each day they need to change the beds they're not comfortable at all. They don't change your bedding you must ask if you need them changed

Обычная кровать в нашем понимании - не в японском стиле, на полу,, обычная мебель, чистота повсюду без нареканий. Круглосуточное заселение, близость к метро. Некоторые отели могут поучиться, как предоставлять гостям белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье, а для особо озадаченных - ортопедические матрасы. Я крайне довольна. Вай-фай тормозной.

• Leif (4/5): - Möblerna kylskåp och frys. Rymligt rum trevlig städpersonal. Den äldre mannen i receptionen. Störande genomträngande ljud från hissen från kl 06.00 till sent på kvällen 23.00. Ingen riktig TV. bara betala för streaming av konstiga serier och filmer. Inga nyheter eller väderrapporter. Inget Stänkskydd vid Duschen hela badrummet blir blött. Smutsigt badrum skitg vägg fick torka själv. Mögel i skarvar.. O städat utanför fönstret tomflaskor och lösa frigolit bitar Sängen saknar bäddmadrass så den blir väldigt hård men det finns ju dom som gillar det.. Hur detta hotell kan ha Tre stjärnor är en gåta. Mvh Leif W. PS.Det var en pelare i rummet som var ivägen när man skulle gå till sängen..

Although it would be better the honest pictures so not to create expectations - Great location, walking distance from few touristic sights, right in the center. Very good Chinese restaurant in the same building. Super affordable price It's much older than on photos. Very noticeable smoke smell in the room :(

• Струк (8/5): - Это очень дешево. Рядом метро. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Спать на полу еще ладно, но вот сидеть на креслах, скрестив ноги как в Средней Азии - не всем удобно. Был чайник, но кружек для чая -нет. Вода в душевой комнате и за ночь не ушла. Хотелось бы все вымыть.

• Ariana (4/5): Below expectations. If you’re asthmatic or hate smoke, dont book here. - The location was decent and 12 mins away from the station. The dimsum restaurant in the 3rd floor also good. The major issue we have is the smoke. The entire ventilation and room REEKED of nicotine cigarettes. The smell literally sticks to you. The location is a NON SMOKING area yet residences inside the building smokes and the staff as well!!! We asked them to help get rid of the smell, but all they did was spray our room with freshener to mask the smell.

• Théo (2/5): Bien mais mauvaise expérience - La chambre est bien et les autres réceptionnistes sont biens Se faire déranger à minuit en disant qu’il faut quitter la chambre car impossible de m’enregistrer avec mes papiers alors que j’avais effectué le check-in sans problème dans l’après midi, le réceptionniste va jusqu’à appeler la police qui vient une première fois et dit que tout est en règle, il rappelle une seconde fois et avec l’insistance de ce réceptionniste je me retrouve à passer 3h au commissariat en pleine nuit en pyjama. Retour dans la chambre à 5h du matin. Aucun geste de la part de l’établissement, pas même une bouteille d’eau fraîche

• sook yee (8/5): - Good location. A few food stall with cheap n tasty food. A dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor of the same building serves delicious Dimsum at a fair price. Love the dim sum there. Whoever stays at Puzzle Hotel do not miss it. Must try the Dimsum there. There's a vegetarian restaurant at the corner of the hotel that serves a variety of dishes at a reasonable price.

• Stephen (7/5): Very good location for travellers. - Very well located, 24hrs reception service and near all major outlets. Starbucks and Mcdonalds all within earshot. No one speaks English at the Reception. Had a difficult time locating the hotel on the first day. Other than that all is good.

• Davideventu (6/5): Reasonable budget option - Good positiion, helpful staff, good bed We have been offered a free room upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. - the address of the hotel indicated on Booking.com is not correct (I mean both the indications given by the app, and also by Google and Apple maps, and maps.me). We had to walk 15 minutes to reach the actual position (later indicated to us via WeChat by the staff). - corridors and common areas outside of the rooms were extremely dirty. - internet did not work in our room (we have been told it may be because of the non-chinese websites we were trying to visit). - air conditioning was not working properly (temperature control was a bit wild).

• Jagdill (1/5): Disappointing as it ruined my trip - The toilet floor was extremely slippery due to overuse of cleaning detergent. I slipped and fell which resulted in severe injuries to my elbow and a deep cut in my arm.
