- Ashley (7/5): Great cozy accommodation, with only some issues - This accommodation was very nice for my friends and I. The bedrooms especially were very cozy and comfortable. Owners were very clear with their instructions. The accommodation was slightly dirty with dirt and black handprints over the walls when we checked in. The sofa bed also completely collapsed when sitting on it, which after some investigation had looked like it had been recrewed and glued multiple times over. Thankfully it was an easy fix but this issue could potentially arise for future guests and It's slightly unsafe.

- Suehe (8/5): Great 👍 - Beds were comfortable pillows where soft amazing shower head in main bathroom also great height for tall people. Lounge seating could do with a compact l shape lounge suite as the seating except for the day lounge were not enough or comfortable with the guests. Furnishings are lovely but uncomfortable. We had booked for 8 people and their was on 7 beds. Bookings problem though not the guest house
- Amy (8/5): Very good - Good location, good value for money. Got harassed by the neighbours on arrival when trying to park. Exchanged words with neighbour, wasn’t impressed with being approached when we had only just arrived.
- Jayne (8/5): Great 3 bedroom house in a quiet location and short drive into Melbourne. - Roomy house with 3 bedrooms allowing our family to all have a bit of space. Spacious main bathroom and kitchen well appointed. Double secure garage a big plus! Nice and quiet location. Driveway was a bit tricky to get into the 2 car garage. A full length couch would be more helpful with a large number of guests.
