The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for lots of people to stay comfortably. The internal lift made access so easy, particularly for two of our group who had mobility issues. The house was very functional with the main kitchen and living area adjacent to the balcony (first floor) offered fantastic water views towards Melbourne. House contemporary and new in construction. Lift available from ground level to 2nd level master bedroom. Easy access for luggage transport and shopping/groceries. 8 people (4 couples) easily and comfortably catered for. Nothing not to like. A little frustrating for some that no hairdryer supplied other than in master bed suite.

• Helen (10/5): A luxurious beachhouse in a fantastic location - A spacious, modern and spotlessly clean beachhouse in a superb location overlooking St Leonards beach and pier. Very comfortable on all fronts with high quality amenities and generous supplies. It was a perfect place to enjoy with our family of multiple generations. The lift was a bonus for those less abled. Thank you Dianne for sharing your beautiful beachouse and for being such a wonderful host who is accomodating, caring and kind. One of the best places we have stayed in and hope to be back. No shade on terraces. We were however aware of this and understand how tricky it can be when windy.
• Christine (10/5): Fantastic house for up to 8 people and we would all stay again . Dianne is lovely. - It is a beautiful place to stay. It was immaculately clean. The view from the balconies are stunning and the lift is a definite bonus for anyone with disabilities. Dianne was in contact with me during our stay and was very easy to speak to. The only issue was with the air conditioner on the top floor but Dianne rushed out with 2 fans as it was the Australia Day long weekend and very hot.

Dianne was very pleasant and helpful and would highly recommend dealing with her. The whole house is really luxurious as mentioned on the AD. If there is a negative to say it's only a bit pricey , but we knew when we booked so no complaints

The property was new and well equipped with modern appliances and very clean. The lift (elevator) was an added benefit. The house was very comfortable and well-located to explore the Bellarine, Geelong, Bay ferries and the Great Ocean Road. It is also perfect also as a place for pure relaxation. Wi Fi was fast and reliable. I am not a barbecue person but would have liked to use it if there were easy to follow instructions. The front security door did not close easily.
• Pru (10/5): Fantastic home in a great location - This home was a perfect place for us to stay with our family- the bedrooms are across three floors allowing for a level of privacy. The open plan living/ kitchen and dining was spacious and had a great view to the sea. It is in a very short walk to the Main Street, across the road from the beach and pier. The host, Diane, was very lovely to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home.

Ideal for people with extra needs due to the internal lift and large bedroom and bathroom options. Also such a good price for such a lovely space. Much appreciated. Nothing at all.

• Ashaweesh (6/5): Pleasant - The location, the house and the facilitates available were all amazing and we enjoyed the stay in general. We would recommend the house of anyone interested, but below, we would like to share our experience in communicating with the owner. The owner seemed to have prepared everything for your comfort but forgot to turn the alarm off. We were waiting outside the house for at least 15 minutes not knowing what to do when the alarm went on, the kids were scared with the ear-damaging noise and we were embarrassed in front of all people and cars passing by. The owner responded after 15-20 minutes and told us what to do to set the alarm off. The main lounge AC went off due to a circuit tripping, we know this could happen and we are not blaming anyone for it. Although we tried to leave the house as clean and tidy as expected from the owner's end, the owner was not happy with the house status in the end. There was a list of things we were blamed for regarding the house cleanliness on departure, but mostly none of them applied to us. The owner wanted to take $50 off the bond toward that but then they waived that when reminded of the house alarm complaint. In summary, the house is stunning and amazing and good value for money, however, there was a great deal of communication problems with the owner that we had to encounter.
