- Claudia (8/5): Tolle Lage - schöne Wohnung - aber es gibt einiges zu verbessern - Die Lage war fantastisch - mit kurzem Weg konnte man die tolle Fähre in die Innenstadt nach Hamburg autofrei nutzen - einfach grandios - die Wohnung selber war wohl mal die Wohnung des Gastgebers und ist so hinterlassen worden. Inklusive Kinderzimmer. Alles sehr modern, aber die Anweisungen in der Wohnung, besonders in der Küche, sind sehr unfreundlich. Das geht alles etwas netter. Die Situation mit dem angegeben Parkplatz ist nicht einfach - er ist dauerhaft besetzt und man muss warten und erst durch einen Anruf beim Gastgeber kommt eine Person und räumt den Parkplatz. Ist uns jedes Mal passiert, nachdem wir mit dem Auto weggefahren sind. Ansonsten kann man in dem Gebiet nirgendwo parken. Man braucht diesen Parkplatz. Die Hausbewohner im Erdgeschoss sind schrecklich. Sie mögen die Vermietung nicht und sind sehr unhöflich zu den Gästen. In beiden Fällen sollte der Gastgeber eine bessere Regelung finden.
