• Emmie (8/5): - De hygiëne en alles wat er moest zijn, was er. Mooi appartement midden in Brussel, maar de trap naar het appartement is wel een ding net zoals ‘‘s avonds de muziek van de bars/ restaurants.
• Doreen (10/5): Don't miss this apartment - I have used booking.com for years and I have to say this was the best appointed apartment ever. The host had coffee and tea, creamers, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, and snacks...no other host has made it so easy to relax. You will love the location, easy to see all the sites and lots of restaurants right outside the door. 3rd floor walk up (don't forget, in Europe the first floor is 0) and a small bathroom, but seriously, if you are fit those items aren't an issue. The pluses far outweigh these two items.

• Kathleen (10/5): Beautiful accommodations in the heart of Brussels - The location of this accommodation is unbeatable. It is a ten-minute walk to Grande Place; the metro station is in the square at the end of the block. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. The accommodations themselves were exactly what we needed. The exterior door opens onto a narrow hallway and stairs - lots of stairs. Our unit was on the third floor and had a nice view of the beautiful masonry in Brussels (see pictures). It also had privacy and lots of light. The living room area is a good size, as is the kitchen. We appreciated the coffee and tea that were in the unit. The bedroom is smaller, but it accommodates a queen-size bed and a bit of space to move around. The bathroom is tiny, but I think that is common in Brussels. The beds were comfortable, and the space was clean. What sets these accommodations apart, aside from the great location, is the host. Antonio was on top of everything. He sent us the entry instructions and how to operate the appliances before we checked in. We notified him when we arrived in Brussels, and he reiterated his availability for us to ask questions. He even gave us a list of sights to see and places to eat. This host cares about his guests. I would definitely recommend these accommodations to anyone who is visiting Brussels. If you have problems with stairs, this isn't a good option. The small bathroom may be a concern for some as well. These are not really negatives for me, but things that a guest should be aware of before booking.

• christine (10/5): Séjour, super agréable emplacement idéal gentillesse du loueur - Antonio a été très à l’écoute et réactif à nos demandes. Aide à monter nos bagages , possibilité de laisser nos valises après l’heure de départ prévue. Emplacement idéal. L’appartement était au 5eme étage avec un escalier étroit et pour moi : âge et problème de genou c’était un peu difficile on ne le fait pas plusieurs fois par jour. Malgré cet inconvénient. C’était très bien .

Ezt a lakást olyanoknak ajánlanám, akik nem akarnak 1 előtt aludni. A matracok nem voltak kényelmesek.

• Adeline (10/5): Un lieu parfait pour une escapade citadine à deux ! - L'emplacement est super, très central en pleine zone piétonne. Appartement bien insonorisé par rapport à la rue. On entend les pas des gens au dessus (les sols sont en planchers bois) mais ce n'est pas très gênant. Les communs sont très propres, c'est appréciable, l'immeuble est bien entretenu. Il y a un store en plus du rideau épais dans la chambre, donc pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir c'est OK. Nous avons pris un stationnement dans un interparking (sur internet) tout près et c'était pratique. Il ne faut pas être trop costaud. Pourtant fins, on doit rentrer de biais dans la chambre (peut-être supprimer une table de nuit pour reculer le lit ?) et on ne peut pas se déshabiller porte fermée dans la salle de douche car c'est très exigu mais on ne peut pas tout avoir (la douche est spacieuse). C sont les seuls bémols, l'appartement est très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et les petites attentions vraiment super (lait et café dans le réfrigérateur, petite épicerie et dosettes de senseo). Il y a même des chaussons fournis ! Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

• ines (10/5): - El apartamento tiene todos los detalles que puedas imaginar a nivel de cocina y baño. Nos dejaron cafe, leche, galletas y otras cosas para desayunar. Tele internacional. Muy bien ubicado, a nada de la Bolsa y a unos 5-10 minutos de la Grand Place. Pudimos dejar las maletas tras la hora de salida, facilidad para la entrada. El anfitrion estupendo con muy buena comunicación , lo que compensa los detalles menos positivos. No hay ascensor, las escaleras son bastante angostas. En el salon se escucha el ruido de fuera ya que hay muchas terrazas debajo. Los suelos son de madera, por lo que se escuchan todos los movimientos del piso de arriba. El baño es muy muy pequeño….

• Kinnaird (10/5): - Very central location. 10 min walk from Le Grand Place and all the fabby shops and restaurants. The flat has some great restaurants around the corner so dont forget to turn left to look for food when you are going out for the evening. Metro entrance is close by. The flat was very well organised, everything you need on a city break. The bedroom is quiet and the sofa bed was a double one that was very sturdy, spacious and comfortable. The flat was well stocked from sweets to coffee to soaps and hairdryer. Stairs up to the flat weren't too bad for me...I'm 65 and have a bad knee! Bathroom was compact and bijoux. Antonio was a great host, there when you need help via text. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow and he was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money. No real down side. Antonio's description was accurate.

• Ingvar Orn (10/5): Lovely little flat in central Brussels with lots of restaurants nearby - Great central location, plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Plenty of little necessities included, like coffee pods, milk for coffee, toilet paper, soaps and shampoo, etc. WIFI very fast. Two english speaking channels on TV, CNN and BBC. The host Antonio was very responsive and helpful. I recommend 100% and would rent this apartment next time in Brussels. Not a major issue but 35 stairs up to 2nd floor can be a challenge with heavy suitcases :-)

Had difficulty connecting with the Netflix..despite extra helpful information & instructions from host .. but WiFi good so watched via our own apps / computer The 90 steps up to 5th floor was described in the apartment description.. thankfully we had followed advice to travel light as carrying suitcase upstairs is a challenge!

• Catherine (10/5): Fantastique le meilleur que j'ai fait à ce jour ! - Emplacement de rêve et calme dans l'hyper centre, accueil formidable via messages d'Antonio (renseignements heure d'arrivée, code, photos reçues pour accès code, photo de la porte ou utilisation des différents appareils de l'appartement comme chauffage), possibilité offerte de bagagerie) et à l'intérieur de l'appartement à la propreté irréprochable tout a été pensé pour un accueil chaleureux (café, lait et petits gateaux pour le petit déjeuner) il y a même une cafetière italienne la classe !) documentation de visites, cable de recharge si oubli, chaussons d'appartement à disposition (extraordinaire), et dans la petite salle de bain mais suffisante il y a tout en cas d'oubli, évidemment sèche-cheveux mais aussi shampoing, gel douche, coton démaquillant, tampons ou serviettes hygiéniques etc.... Très belle literie dans la chambre et canapé convertible très confortable. Les échanges avec Antonio ont été chaleureux, efficaces et parfaits. Ce logement est le plus abouti que j'ai pu louer et j'en ai fait beaucoup ! Bravo Antonio vous êtes fantastique Absolument rien !

• Erman (10/5): If Anton were the tourism minister of any country, millions of tourists would flock to that country. - The property owner, Antonio, contacted me as soon as I made the reservation, even before I left my country, and provided all the details. The apartment's location is incredibly central, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are very functionally furnished. The kitchen shelves are generously stocked with snacks and cleaning supplies. I wish Antonio ran all the properties on booking.com....

• Veronica (10/5): Super consigliatissimo!! - Appartamento accogliente, completo di tutti i comfort, comprese le coperte aggiuntive (molto apprezzate) pantofole, e tutti i beni di prima necessità che solitamente non si trovano durante i soggiorni brevi. Ambiente molto pulito, materasso comodissimo. Malgrado si trovi in una posizione centralissima, accanto a diversi locali, dall’appartamento non si sentono rumori, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci siamo sentite come a casa! Indicazioni sul check-in e check out dettagliate e alla portata di tutti. Antonio è davvero un ottimo host, efficiente e disponibile. Ogni piccola attenzione è stata tanto apprezzata. Soggiorno perfetto! Se prenotate un viaggio a Bruxelles, anche per soggiorni lunghi, vale la pena alloggiare qui. Consigliatissimo!

• Susanne (10/5): Sehr schön! - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter Antonio, war super aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Heizung/Wasser und es wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit von Antonio behoben. Auch gab es sehr hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten von ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber daran kann man nichts ändern und für ein paar Tage ist es völlig ok.

• Unai (10/5): Excelente ubicación, en un espacioso apartamento. - La ubicación y la espaciosidad del apartamento son los mejores atributos de este alojamiento. Muy recomendable. Muy cómodo el código para entrar. Ya no hay llaves que se puedan perder. La cocina muy bien equipada. Ofrece papel de cocina, papel higiénico, un montón de utensilios, sal, especias, aceite, tés,... Dos cuestiones de difícil solución: Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento no son cómodas. El baño es un poco pequeño. Una cuestión de fácil mejora: Poned algún cubierto más, ya que después de cada comida, había que fregar los tenedores (solo había 2). Y si se puede, intentaría poner una mesa para comer más grande. La que hay se queda pequeña.

The flat is comfortable and very well stocked with all the necessities and more. Sincerely recommend it! You may struggle with stairs if you have a heavy suitcase. If you are sensitive to the noises of city night life it may be a problem for you - but why would you stay in the centre if not for for a bit of fun.

Et aussi tous les condiments, des choses pour le petit déjeuner, etc à la cuisine. Papier ménage, papier toilette et mouchoirs à volonté. Sens de l'accueil et une grande générosité. Lait, café, épices, jetté sur le canapé, produits pour nettoyer, parapluie , deco qui rend l’appartement accueillant et un entretien de l’établissement évident et sans oublier l’hôte. Antonio répondait dans les secondes et toujours avec des suggestions, nous laissant jamais dans le doute Après 60 jours en Europe, plus de 25 établissements et 3 pays, c’est notre top 10 De notre côté rien à dire, mais je peux comprendre que certains éléments peuvent être dérangeants pour d’autres. Oui 3 étages à monter, le quartier est st animé mais pas violent, nous sommes pas de Veilleux et nous n’avons pas le sommeil fragile. La salle de bain peut être un inconvénient pour les personnes hors norme, le lavabo est entre la toilette et la douche, donc très peu d’espace. Pour nous ça ne change pas notre opinion pour un 15/10, mais en connaissant de cause
• Anita (10/5): Fabulous - We booked two apartments for a family of four, so we had great space to spread out. The apartments are very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Very minor - A little noisy between the floors, but that is what you get in these older buildings. Would not stop me from booking again.
• Gee (9/5): Lovely Stay - Amazing location, right by the metro lots of stores, very walkable area. The home is cozy has all you need. The host is very kind and thoughtful in what is provided. There is soaps for the shower, slippers when you arrive, snacks, and a comfortable bed. Nice shower, great water pressure and temperature! Bathroom is small but was no problem.

O cuidado dos mínimos detalhes desde chinelos na entrada do apartamento, cozinha com várias comidinhas , banheiro com vários itens de higiene pessoal, realmente me surpreendeu. Accommodation is for 2 people only but contains all modern facilities and spotlessly clean. Loads of bars and restaurants in the area but felt a very safe district No street noise in the apartment. The host Antonio was really helpful and friendly. bathroom quite small , but again spotlessly clean

• Gonzales (10/5): Great apartment close to it all. - Convenient digital check-in and a great apartment with lots of amenities in a fabulous location that was literally a 2 minute walk to Grand Place and a 10 minute walk to the Brussels Central train station. The host, Antonio, was super communicative and helpful. We highly recommend. The building did not have a lift which was not a problem for us since we didnt have suitcases but feel others might need to know.

• patricia (10/5): Brussels apartment - Perfect flat for a stay in Brussels. 20 mins walk from the Eurostar terminal and right in the centre of town. Close to bars, restaurants and tourist locations. Very well equiped and very clean. Antonio provided detailed information and was very quick to respond to questions in Whatsapp. We were able to leave our cases early until the apartment was ready. The flat is on the second floor, so might be inaccessible to some people. I would highly recommend a stay here! There was loud music from a local bar on Friday night, luckily I had good ear pods! This wouldn't stop me staying again.

• Albert (10/5): Wonderful location and unit. - excellent location, just steps from the main square. Very large unit with a well stocked kitchen. new soundproof windows kept most of the noise outside but was perfectly quiet in the bedroom. The TV gave you the option to watch Netflix, which we did for an hour or so each night The owner Antonio was very prompt in answering any questions. Only now negative about the unit was the SMALL bathroom. In all my years of traveling this was the most efficient use of space I have ever seen. But to be honest the photos provided by Antonio are very descriptive. It is a straight down shot which saids it all. And once you mastered the space it was no problem. Also, there are several flights of steps to negotiate which may be a problem for older travelers

• Rajesh (10/5): Super equipped flat with all the amenities in historical central of Brussels hosted by a ever helping host - It’s a property at the heart of historical centre.The flat is equipped with all the amenities and the host leaves no stone unturned to make your stay super comfortable. Nothing . No lift in the flats but the super host arranges a person on request if you have heavy luggage.
• Jovanovic (10/5): - Stan je odlicno pozicioniran u samom centru grada, na 5min hoda od glavnog gradskog trga i svih desavanja. Takodje je na par minuta hoda od glavne zeleznicke stanice, odakle mozete uzeti voz do obliznjeg Genta ili Briža. Osim sto je veoma cist i moderno uredjen, opremljen je sa svim uredjajima koji vam mogu zatrebati na jednom putovanju. Kuhinja je takodje odlicno opremljena, a tamo mozete naci i sve vrste zacina, kafu, mleko, keksice i kolace koje je vlasnik ostavio gostima. Antonio je najbolji domacin kojeg smo do sada sreli, dao nam je detaljno sva uputstva, predloge restorana, kafica... Na poruke odgovara odmah, tako da smo u svakom trenutku bili sigurni da ako nam nesto zatreba imamo kome da se obratimo. Prezadovoljni smo!

L'accès par code est bien, on ne risque pas de perdre sa clef. Attention, pas d'ascenseur. Petit studio au salon agréable, coin cuisine bien équipé. Beaucoup de détails (chaussons, lait pour le thé, crème pour le café, huile...). Lit confortable dans une chambre petite. L'accueil est géré par une intelligence artificielle du nom d'Antonio. Je n'ai pas su accéder aux programmes télé. La télécommande m'a emmenée sur des visuel Tube.
• Andrea (10/5): 4 notti nel cuore di Bruxelles: la capitale del Belgio e dell' Unione Europea. - Posizione centralissima, a 600 metri dalla stazione centrale e a 100 dalla fermata della metropolitana. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Le vie adiacenti sono piene di bar e ristoranti. Mancanza dell' ascensore, tuttavia mi rendo conto che in una palazzina storica e' difficile aggiungerlo.
• KYOKO (10/5): 最高です - 清掃がきちんと行き届き、ケア用品から調味料、ビスケットやミルクまで準備されていて、もちろん設備も全てが整っていて、完璧でした！ 周りにもレストランが沢山あり、グランプラスまで５分くらいでロケーションも最高です。 エレベーターがなかったので、重いスーツケースの上げ下ろしが大変でした。周りのレストランが遅くまで賑わっていますが、寝室は道路から離れているので全く気にならなかったです。
