• Khalid (3/5): Unbearable - Excellent location. Large room - The main entrance door. You need WiFi to enter. - Difficulties to get hot water for showers : we could not take appropriate showers as it takes too much time to get hot water and it stops in few minutes. - Lack of instant help when you get to the apartment and you can’t find WiFi and only cold water. Additionally, We were unable to get into the apartment as the door system was not functioning. Our first night was a nightmare.

• Oumaima (7/5): - L’emplacement est excellent, idéal pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est très bien passé et nous avons passé un agréable moment. Seul petit point négatif : la douche mériterait d’être revue. L’eau chaude est un peu capricieuse et le pommeau de douche tient difficilement, ce qui rend son utilisation un peu limite.

Colazione nessuna. In 4 giorni nessuna pulizia ne cambio biancheria. Acqua calda a singhiozzo. Info poco chiare e insufficienti. Tutto per messaggio, host non presenti.
• Constantina (7/5): Pleasant stay, fine if u want to explore the city - The customer service was always ready to help, the location amazing, close to all sights except Vatican, café, supermarket 1 minute walk, comfortable beds and pillows, the kitchen has everything u need. The elevator was broken and we had to go from the stairs everytime very hard for us, the water in the shower was on off the hot water and it was very unpleasant, the smell from the bathroom was very bad

• WINFRIED (9/5): Großes und schönes Appartement mit - Das Appartement ist stylisch und gediegen eingrichtet. Holzvertäfelte Wände, moderne Küche, allerdings mit sehr wenig Arbeitsfläche. Vollwertiger Herd, gute Mikrowelle, Tiefkühler. Ausreichend Tisch- und Kochgeschirr. Zwei große Sofas, ein Tisch für 6, Flachbildfernseher mit HDMI-Anschluss (Kabel vorhanden). Auch Netflix, Amazon ist vorhanden, wurde aber nicht benützt. Alles glatt und sauber, Holzfussböden. Sehr schnelles und stabiles Internet. Die Heizung (Klimageräte) sind - angeblich wegen Behördenauflagen - auf beim Heizen auf etwa 21°C begrenzt. Das Warmwasser ist zwei mal ausgefallen, wurde aber am gleichen Tag wieder instandgesetzt. Die Via del Tritone ist stark befahren und besonders die Einsatzfahrzeuge hört man durch die Doppelscheibenfenster. Im Schlafzimmer ist es aber ruhig. Das Gepäck muss man über einen Halbstock zum Lift tragen und vom Lift einen Halbstock ins Appartement. Es gibt ein elektonisches Türsystem, das mit dem Internet verbunden ist und uns anfänglich Probleme gemacht hat. Ein Mobiltelefon mit Internet ist dafür notwendig. Armaturen im Badezimmer und Duschabfluss sind nicht sehr funktionell.

• Veronica Lilia (5/5): Dto hermoso y muy bien ubicado , no funcional para acceder al dto y para poder para descansar - La ubicacion es excelente. Pague para que me vengan a decir como entrar y me dejen las llaves ademas de explicarme todos los pasos, ya que era complicado, hace falta la llave para pasar por un porton , luego para subir por el ascensor y habia que conectarse con internet para poder entrar al dto. El dto es hermoso, el problema fue el ruido constante de afuera de sirenas las 24 hs, las bocinas de los autos constantes, etc, La cortina del comedor estaba rota al igual que la persiana vieja de madera y entraba luz, el sillon cama muy incomodo para dormir y no lo cambiaron para poder estar algo mejor, pedi que pongan colchas o algo mas pero no lo logre. La atencion por whats es excelente pero solo de dia. Una noche se corto la luz y hasta el otro dia no pude comunicarme para solucionarlo y se descongelo toda la comida de la heladera.. la ubicacion es excelente y el dto es muy lindo pero el no poder dormir bien por el sillon cama, la luz y el ruido constante, hizo que no pudiera apreciar lo bonito del dto. La ubicacion es excelente. Saludos!
• Vanessa (9/5): - localização excelente, a poucos minutos da Piazza de Spagna, com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares e muitas lojas. Fontana do Trevi e Pantheon a alguns minutos a pe. Fomos tambem caminhando para o Coliseu. Fotos refletem exatamente a acomodação. Cozinha muito bem equipada. O primeiro acesso ao apartamento é um pouco complicado, mecessario acesso a internet, mas nada que atrapalhou a nossa estadia.

In apartament miroase foarte urat, indiferent cat ai aerisi, iar pilotele sunt foarte murdare si pernele foarte vechi, aplatizate. Este o locatie foarte zgomotoasa fiind la un bulevard mare si aglomerat, practic noaptea nu te poti odihni.

• Susan (8/5): - Location, size of room, cleanliness, they had the sofa bed made up for us already. The app for the door locks was hard to access. Could not set up a short cut to it on my phone so had to go into my email to find it every time. Did not like that the only way to access the building and the apartment was through an app. My phone had 8% battery left one day, and if it had died, we would have had no way to get into the building or into our apartment. Scary!!

• Colin (5/5): Basic accommodations with AC close to metro and sights. - The location was the best part. Close to the key sights and metro station. This property is listed as an Airbnb but acts like a hotel room. Frankly, it’s too basic to be an Airbnb. Many things missing in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tissues, hand soap to name a few essential add la. The AC in LR did not perform well even after it was checked. The door lock system is too difficult to manage, especially when they didn’t leave the keys in the lock box as described. It is like a fort to enter with keys and codes. There is also no place close by to drop luggage and dragging it to the place they recommend is atrocious.
• Gissel (8/5): Very good - Everything was how it was described. the location was greatb there was no lock I’m in the restroom, and to be honest the larger sofa bed was not confortable. aside from that everything else was great!
• Lau (4/5): Disappointing - Locatie este aproape de centru A very bad smell in this apartment. Every day I felt this sewage smell and night and day, it was very hard to bear. I found the bathroom dirty with hair on the floor. The sofa in the living room is of poor quality, it looks good in the pictures but you can't sleep on it. In the morning you will wake up with bone pain. The bathroom door does not close. I had no privacy. I announced from the first day that a bad smell was present in the apartment but I did not receive any response.
