And in advert there is mention private bathroom which is not private because it is shared bathroom also the kitchen is shared with others. And it would really be time to put some money in renovations and cleaning. Kitchen is very messy and wasn't cleaned properly for a long time.

- Taras (1/5): Worst experience - Nothing When I arrived, I was shocked: Dirt everywhere, cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling. Walls full of stains, wet as if something was spilled. The bed torn, stained, the bedding unwashed, smelling bad. I couldn’t sleep. The floor was sticky. Only one socket—heating or phone. Hairdryer broken, low ceiling like a basement. Outside also dirty. I asked for a refund for one night since I couldn’t stay. They refused. This is my worst experience on Booking. I would love to upload more photos. Check it on google Maps.

Unica cosa favorevole, perchè anche il parcheggio si è gratuito, ma cortile lasciato aperto alla strada, e chi ha la motocicletta sa cosa intendo. Non la consiglierei neanche per una notte, ho sempre pensato che per quanto economica una casa/letto è sempre meglio della tenda da campeggio.... e siamo motociclisti abituati al campeggio.... ma questa volta avremmo preferito piantare le nostre tende. Di due camere matrimoniali prenotate, la 3 e la B La camera 3 era stata lasciata usata sporchissima dai precedenti ospiti e lasciata aperta così i gatti di casa ci hanno girato dentro lasciando i loro peli dappertutto.... comunque i gatti girano per tutta la casa. E se ci fossero allergici ??? La camera B non si spegneva la luce, dormito con luce accesa. MA SOPRATTUTTO: ho contattato l'host che per 1 ora e mezza di messaggi CI HA PRESO IN GIRO dicendo che sarebbe arrivato lo staff a sistemare, MAI ARRIVATO NESSUNO.... tanto avevamo già pagato.

Na początek zepsuty zamek drzwi wejściowych do domu, nie da się nawet zamknąć. W pokojach i na korytarzu muszki małe gryzące, w pokojach pluskwy. W łazienkach grzyb, pleśń. Ogólnie mega syf!!!!
- Moťka (4/5): - Very good locality. My overall impression of the accommodation and the room we stayed in was rather average. The room was extremely small and dirty for two people. Dirty walls, low ceiling, it was obvious that the room had been converted from a hallway or something. There was no storage space at all, just one small bedside table. I didn't like the room very much. The other facilities were OK, although it was clear that the area around the house was not well maintained. Overall, the environment was not very cozy. The grass was uncut, and the outdoor areas were untidy.

The house is full of junk, and the wifi didn't work at the beginning. My room had no light, and the TV didn't have a plug as if it was just there for show. I contacted the customer service all day during Saturday, but they tricked me and told me a lot of lies about sending a technician to fix everything, but he never showed up. Toward evening, the host tricked me again, telling me he'd give me a new room. I finally accepted the request on booking.com, but the host never gave me the PIN to access the room. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was truly awful and I definitely learned a lesson not to book ever again from private houses and I paid 80 euros for a room with no light or TV

The bedding smelled of smoke, and the bathroom and showers were not clean at all. The shower cabin on the first floor was old and discolored. A proper deep cleaning would make a big difference.

First of all, I waited in front of the house for a long time to receive the information for check in, then when I entered the house on the 2 hallways in front and on the left there were many men in an advanced state of intoxication who started whistling after me and calling me to them, when I got to my room number 3 I found 2 people in my room who were doing drugs, smoking prohibited substances, there was so much mess, the socket at the end of the bed was hanging so there was a huge risk of electrocution, they told me that they could leave if they bothered me because they were there too. I announced on WhatsApp, I sent pictures of the room, to the person who gave me the check in details and said that he would investigate, after 2 hours he told me that there was no one in the room and I could go and use the accommodation room. I made it clear that I am not going back to that house because there is a big party there and many drunk and drugged people and me and my 2 year old child are not safe, they refused to refund the amount I paid without giving me any reason. I sent messages to the booking site in the hope that they will help me and will not tolerate such illegalities on their accommodation platform.

- Laima (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Horrible place. So dirty, 5 hours was asking for bedding for third person (we booked for 3 , but room was made for 2) no toilet paper in wc, and very dirty. Kitchen very dirty is well , not even want to use it because looks so bad. Rubbish under bed in the room, wc wasn't even cleaned in 2 days. Places like this shouldn't be in short term letting businesses.
- Durák (2/5): Very poor - Nothing full trash cans and a mess at the entrance. broken entrance gate. only one electrical socket in the room. televisions did not work. poor soundproofing of the rooms. everything could be heard, it was impossible to sleep peacefully.

- Annasyva (1/5): Fraud - The room was extremely dirty, it has not been cleaned for months, and had spiders in it. The shower was also extremely dirty, had a layer of mold everywhete, the drain was clogged and the shower was always overflowing and flooding the bathroom and the corridor. No reaction to any request for cleaning or anything. The room in the pictures and the real room have nothing in common

- Faustas (5/5): Passable - The bedroom was clean enough, despite under the bed. Other rooms than bedroom were very dirty. It looks like house is cleaned once per month.
- Olena (7/5): Good - The house was good. All that you need at the kitchen (plates, cutlery, cups, microwave etc.) The restrooms bathrooms on the 2d floor was big. In the room there are not bedside tables. The terrace has not been cleaned for a long time. General cleaning in the house was bad. Dough parking for three cars.
- Zlejsi (1/5): Horrible experience, the place shall be removed from booking.com - Don't book this place. The photos of the place must have been taken long time ago. The entrance door lock was obviously damaged by force and didn't match the instructions. The door to terace was damaged too, locked by scotch tape only moving in the wind. We entered suterain where no light was working using phone light only, the smell of the mold was very intense. Room was looking good, anyhow mold was present in the corners and it was parfumed a lot to cover the smell. We were terrified by the experiemce and left quick the place.
- Jakub (1/5): Scam - Dont get fooled by the price. Pay the extra 100€, even if you are a student. It's worth it. The pictures lie. Bed sheets not changed. Spider webs all-around the room, we had a spider in bed. We slept in "room for 3 people". There was one bed and a couch no one was able to sleep on. The password into the villa did not work. The whole places was one big mess.

- Mena (1/5): Bad - Very bad place i don't recommend it to anyone It was a very bad experience. I booked for 5 days. Once I arrived, the room wasn't ready. After some back and forth, they gave me another room, which was very small and didn't match the photos provided on the booking. Also, the hot water wasn't working, and I had to take a shower on the 3rd floor rather than the basement. I slept outside for 2 nights. The first night was because they changed the door locks without any notification, forcing me to stay with my friend. The second time was due to a power outage; the electricity wasn't working. I informed the owner, who promised to bring someone to fix it, but then he turned off his phone. Finally, i don't recommend anyone to stay with this one

- Khalid (2/5): Respond with no actions - there was only one towel in the room and it was wet we don’t know if it was washed or used one, we asked for more towels the reply was to search for it in the villa, I informed them that I didn’t find any and yet they didn’t provide, and the heater was not working so we couldn’t even dry the towel. the electricity went off in the morning so there was no Wi-Fi.
