• Susan (8/5): The room was adequate for what we needed, clean and safe. Spacious enough for 4 adults in 3 beds. We enjoyed our stay i - The location was good. The room was nice and clean. We were surprised by the daily maid service! That was very nice. Everything slanted so the water in the shower ran into the hallway-we learned to put down a towel to catch it. Hence being very happy about the new towels daily! The toilet seat was on its last hinge and smelled really bad. Also, the safe in the room didn’t work.

• Chengalath (5/5): It was good for a night.. - The host were accomodating of our late check in and checking out with luggage storage for the day Water leaking from the bathroom floor .the water kettle didn’t work and we couldn’t make coffee in the morning even though there was coffee powder in the room.milk in the fridge can be an option to consider having as kids need it early morning.
• Alice (5/5): - Posizione molto centrale, comodissima per visitare la città con affaccio sul ponte di Rialto molto bello La struttura in cui si trovano le camere è molto vecchia, sporca e non curata. La camera era molto più piccola e buia di come mostrato nelle foto. Il livello di pulizia molto basso, (abbiamo trovato capelli in terra al nostro arrivo) e la zona anti-bagno aveva un tavolino molto sporco. Il lavandino del bagno è molto piccolo, inutilizzabile se non per lavarsi le mani.
• Alain (5/5): Bel emplacement mais confort inégal. - Très bon emplacement près du Rialto. La remise des clés est très simple. J’ai pu changer de chambre quand je l’ai demandé. Les chambres bien que très simples ont du charme. Le personnel est sympathique. La situation à mon arrivée était catastrophique : la chambre était un sauna, il y faisait une chaleur folle, et ouvrir la fenêtre ne servait à rien car elle donnait sur une petite cour où se trouvaient les appareils de climatisation qui dégageaient du bruit et de la chaleur. J’ai pu changer de chambre le lendemain et la situation s’est améliorée. Mais les prix, pendant la semaine professionnelle de la Biennale, restent totalement disproportionnés pour un confort assez rudimentaire.

Le palazzo est présenté avec une terrasse, fleurie, donnant sur le Grand canal mais on n'y a pas accès. Elle est privée, pas pour les hôtes.

• Murilo (7/5): Hospedagem bem localizada mas logística complicada impossibilitando pessoa com deficiência de subir ao quarto . - Localização Check in pouco prático por ser em outro local , apesar de parecer uma prática relativamente comum nesses locais , isso incomoda demais pois vc já chega cansado no local e ainda tem esse incômodo . Sem elevador e impossibilita cadeirante subir até o quarto , pois escada bem íngrime . Não havia um simples blackout na janela , que por sinal era imensa . Quando você chega no local do quarto não tem ninguém você se sente num local fantasma .

Optimal für Unternehmungen. In den unteren Räumlichkeiten befindet sich ein Restaurant. Die Besucher haben sich teilweise draußen aufgehalten, dadurch war es recht laut. Die Wand zum Nachbarzimmer ist sehr dünn und leider waren die Gäste bis spät nachts sehr laut.

Un buen sitio para una estancia corta - La ubicación, a un tiro de todo, la amplitud de la habitación familiar, las vistas, la calidad de las camas, almohadas, sábanas, toallas, nuevo y muy limpio. La ducha renovada moderna y la amplitud del baño. Temperatura muy confortable. La salida justo a un muelle del Gran Canal en un campeggio precioso. No tiene ascensor pero nos tocó un primero así que sin problema. Que el WC amenazaba con no tragar y a ratos olía mal. Poca luz en el baño. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en buenas condiciones y todo funciona pero la habitación y el sitio en general, tiene detalles de otro siglo un poco desconcertantes que no obstante, siendo Venecia y encima de un canal, tampoco se puede decir que estuviera mal, hemos estado muy bien.

• Przemysław (9/5): - Lokalizacja fantastyczna, kilka minut pieszo do wszystkich atrakcji, a nawet idąc bez celu można zgubić się w klimatycznych uliczkach. Pokój całkiem spory, dosłownie 3min od przystanku tramwaju wodnego przy moście Rialto. Z minusów, wraz z żoną trafiliśmy akurat na ten pokój ze zdjęć, bez widoku i dosłownie metr od okna była ściana z klimatyzowani, przez co nawet w ciągu dnia trzeba było palić światło i pomimo świetnej lokacji brak jakiegokolwiek widoku. Drugi minus to zameldowanie jest w innym, co prawda nie bardzo daleko bo jakieś 300m, ale po drodze trzeba pokonać sporo schodków na mostach nad kanałami, co z walizkami ważącymi po 20kg nie należy to przyjemności

We booked the family room, but when we arrived that room was under maintenance and they had to give us two rooms, however one of them had a beautiful view of the canal.

La distancia entre donde uno tiene que hacer el check in y el lugar exacto todo uno se hospeda. Considerar que hay que subir un monton de escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Lamentablemente se filtraba un poco de agua desde la pared que daba a la ducha y se hizo una poza de agua entre la distancia del baño y la cama. Sin embargo, lo solucionarian al dia siguiente (yo solo me hospedé ahi una noche asi que espero se haya arreglado para los huespedes siguientes)
• Rupert (1/5): Booked another hotel for the same price - Nothing Booked to say the standard room was like the black hole of Calcutta. No window to speak of when I did open it there were three air-conditioning units in place of the glass (almost you get what I mean). I was booking a view of the Rialto which is the impression you get when booking in booking.com. and all I got was an internal room with No air conditioning (advertised but not able to be turned on by a Venice bylaw until May) or draft to enhance my night.

• Adelina (4/5): - Кровать была удобной Приготовьтесь, что вас отправят сперва в одно здание регистрироваться, а ваш отель находится в другом здании. Благо, что нам было по дороге, и не так много нужно было идти с одного место до другого, но все же, было не очень понятно зачем так сделали. В квартире пахло больницей. Но что самое ужасное- это то, что в гостинице не было лифта, зато было 3 лестницы. Мы, девочки, были с 3 тяжеленными чемоданами, и нам пришлось их тащить вверх, а про выезде спускать, это было очень очень сложно и неудобно.

• Emőke (9/5): - The room was very charming and spacious, with lots of natural light, a beautiful ceiling, and an amazing view over the Grand Canal. Check-in was quick and the staff were very kind; they also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. On the downside, the water pressure was a bit low, and noise from neighboring rooms carried more than expected. There was also a slight canal/sewer smell at times. Overall, however, we found it to be excellent value for money and really enjoyed our stay.

• Isis (5/5): Never again - The location was central We had to checkin another building , 4 minutes away . Carrying suitcases. When we get to the place, has lots of step stairs to get to our room with all the suitcase, no lift and smells like fish all over the building . The room was tired with marks on the wall and a window that show horrible view .( see photo) the room was very hot if you open the window smells fishy. The bathroom had no window and it was dark.

Desde su embarcadero se ve Rialto Nuestra habitación estaba en un edificio sin personal, acceso desde un callejón, sin ascensor y dos tramos que suman 50 escaleras. No es lo que parece en la foto

Nije mi se svidio objekt uopce, prilaz objektu je zastrasujuci, osobito ako dolazite navecer, soba jest prostrana, no izgleda nespretno sklepana s neobicnim stepenicama. Smrad u sobi je bio skoro pa nepodnosljiv, a kupaonica tj kanalizacija je toliko smrdila da smo drzali otvorene prozore cijelu noc! Nesto tu ozbiljno ne valja! Soba nije bas cista, u kupaonici na tus kabini su bili vidljivi ostaci sapuna, paucine je bilo svukuda…dobro da smo bili samo jednu noc, jer u protivnom bi mijenjali hotel. Recepcija je na drugoj lokaciji…rekli su nam da recepcija radi do 20 sati, no iako smo dosli izmedju 19 i 20 sati, preko poruka su nas izvijestili da tamo nece biti nikoga, poslali su nam mailom elektronski kljuc za ulaz u objekt i rekli da bas na maloj recepciji u tom objektu (u kojem nema nikoga) ceka kuverta s kljucem od sobe i uputama. Naravno toga tamo nije bilo pa smo zvali telefonski i dosla je gospodjs s kuvertom. Nije bila bas ljubazna, najvaznije joj je bilo za reci da sutra ujutro moramo doci na tu drugu recepciji platiti turisticku pristojbu! Osoblje na toj drugoj lokaciji sljedece jutro je bilo vrlo ljubazno. Uglavnom ne bih nikome preporucila!
• Hugh (10/5): We were a Venetian merchant family for two nights in this Palazzo. - This property feels like you are part of Venice itself. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. A bonus for the kids was seeing our balcony from gondola and vappareto. We loved dicing through the narrow streets and taking pictures of the Rialto bridge from our very own dock. Incredibly high and ornate ceilings too. It is an old palace and this tempered our expectations for modern luxury. Fridge, kettle, en-suite, comfy beds… all in perfect working order.

Tiene una entrada por un callejón que el primer día que llegas parece un poco inseguro, pero al final te acabas dando cuenta de que lleva a un rincón con mucho encanto, y no tiene mayor problema. Habitación muy amplia. El baño un poco antiguo pero hace su función. Poca presión del agua

• Croci (10/5): - Quarto limpo, lugar calmo e silencioso, fica pertinho do lago para observar os barcos. O quarto é pequeno, mas para 2 pessoas foi ótimo. Tem uma mini geladeira, TV, toalhas, sabonete, uma maquina de esquentar café. Perguntem na recepção como faz para ligar o ar condicionado porque eu não achei o controle remoto, mas quando me hospedei era frio, então não foi um problema.
