Right a good neighbourhood with coffee shops, izakayas and the mandatory konbini It was dated and while right by a bus stop it wasn’t that close to Shinjuku and so felt like a bit of a trek back home sometimes
• Andersen (10/5): All in all perfect apartment and best host - Everything. Location and size off the apartment is very good compared to other apartments. We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. The host was also the best we have ever had. Was really helpful and gave us great advice and recommendations so we could enjoy Tokyo as much as possible. 10/10 Everything was good! Nothing negativ to say

• Ninh (10/5): - Family by 4, the accommodation was compact for us. The beds are comfy to get a good sleep after a long day of walking. The bathroom and AC are in good condition. There are bus stops to Shinjuku and Shibuya very near, the train station is convenient too. Overall quality is true to its price. The host is surprisingly friendly and very supportive during our stay. His recommendation is superb. You can really trust him 👌 10/10 experience. However, this place is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it may not have many things to go for during night. Take this into your consideration. It was more than enough for resting.

The place was very clean and have everything you would need. Highly recommend this place and would book again when I come back to Tokyo.

Le propriétaire était super, réactif et de bon conseil pour les visites. Je ne peux pas critiquer le lieu lorsque le gros du soucis était le manque de civisme des autres locataires…. Lave linge a 2h du matin le 1er soir, bagarre de couple le 2d, adolescents qui font du catch du 3eme au 6eme jour…alors que tout est expliqué avant/pendant /après. Ras

• babouit (9/5): - Bel monolocale in zona ben collegata. Bagno minimalista, con sola vasca, wc e lavandino in una unico vano. Presente shampoo e sapone corpo. Cucina con mini frigo, microonde de. Phon, bollitore. C'è 1 letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto. Se aperti tutti i letti, l'armadio va lasciato aperto o non potrete accedere, bisogna fare un po' di tetris :) C'è un lavatrice comune a disposizione ma manca posto per stendere. Family mart e ristoranti vicini con buona scelta. Metro per Shinjuku ( ma sappiate che non rientra negli abbonamenti 24/48/72 ore, vi consiglio di usare la suica). Molto utile: ci sono bus comodissimi diretti a Shibuya e Harajuku, facili da prendere. Siamo stati bene, la strada è residenziale e poco trafficata.

Very thoughtful details included such as potable wifi, wet wipes, room deodorizer, cleaning supplies, etc. A little on the small size, especially bathroom for family of four.
• Ria (10/5): Location is great, the host is superbly very nice and helpful, neighbourhood is quiet and safe. - The location is very comfy, very close to bus stops both to Shinjuku station and to Shibuya 109. A family Mart is also very close in front of the bus stop so it is very comfy to drop by the fam mart to buy food for dinner and / breakfast in our room after comeback from sight seeing. Although the room is not spacious (like the most common condition of the apartment/hotel room in Japan), turns out it is just fit three us with three luggages very well.

The free portable WiFi helped a lot. - If you mainly rely on the subway to get around the city, be prepared for a short walk from the station to the apartment. However, if you are familiar with taking a bus, it would be easier to catch a bus at Hsinjuku station and save some commuting time. The host was extremely hospitable! Not only did he give us a detailed room tour, but he also shared many local travel tips with us, including some hidden gems. It's a great opportunity to stay here for a few days and truly experience how the locals live, what they eat, and what they do. The local shopping street has a nice vibe - not too fancy, but very cozy. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a more immersive travel experience. If you are traveling with kids, make sure they can lower their voices at night as the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

• Mtncole (8/5): Hosts recently acquired the building and are very attentive. - Host was extremely communicative and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Great bakery 5 min walk away. The bathroom and kitchenette are older. The location was not as close to Shinjuku as we thought, felt a little out of the way. 10-15 min walk to the Hatsudai subway under the Opera City Tower, then a ride to Shinjuku station. Bus options may be better depending on where you want to go.
