• Nicolette (10/5): Relaxed, comfortabel, luxe. - Schoon, leuk ingericht, alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig. Bed lag lekker. Twee tv’s, luxe! Prachtig uitzicht over de Moezel. Echt perfect. Gordijnen lieten zicht en al het licht door. Lawaai van de weg was heel erg.

• Lisa (10/5): - Top Lage und Ausblick, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Sauber und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Daniel (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum, mit dem Bodentiefen Fenster zur Mosel. Wer die Landschaft liebt kann hier sogar Regentage trocken verbringen. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus erschließen sich so viele Wandermöglichkeiten, gerne kommen wir wieder.

• Anna (9/5): Geräumig und schöne Lage an der Mosel. - Sehr geräumiges und gemütliches Apartment. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt die Spülmaschine ausgefallen, was kurzfristig nicht reparierte werden konnte. Wir wurden aber darüber informiert, keine kritik an den Anbieter, der diese nicht so schnell ersetzen konnte.

(leicht behebbare) Mängel würden wir jederzeit wieder dort einchecken - Super Lage, Parkplatz am Haus, Barrierefreiheit, schöner Balkon mit herrlicher Sicht, Innenstadt leicht zu Fuß erreichbar und trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße nicht zu laut - Kein frisches Bettlaken (deswegen schlechte Sauberkeit!) - Total verdrecktes Blech im Ofen, Kaffeepad vom Vorgänger noch in der Maschine, zuwenig Besteck - Boden in der Duschkabine rutschig, Dusche ausserdem nicht wasserdicht

• Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional - Despite my limited and rusty German knowledge, the information provided by the host Kevin was clear and thorough. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped,it felt like we were at home. The must and the best part of it is the balcony with a beautiful view of the castle of Cochem overlooking the Mosel. The only thing that was missing and that is probably temporary is that the main lamp in the kitchen didn't work/was broken but we used the one from the lobby,so no major issue.

Located very close to the center of Cochem (5-10 minutes on foot), the apartment has a private outdoor parking. The view from the apartment/balcony is very beautiful. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and precise. Thank you so much for the little gifts, they were a pleasant surprises for us. We enjoyed staying in this apartment, and next time we will definitely come back here. (if it will be available, of course)

• Μαρία (10/5): Exceptional - everything was amazing . we loved the house , it had all the amenities, it’s own parking spot right in front of the building , the view was beautiful. we where welcomed with a bottle of great wine . also to note that the neighbourhood and the apartment is really safe ! it had all the equipment needed including also your own private laundry and dryer inside the apartment. the host (Kevin) was by our side for anything we needed at any time . his response time was super fast . we recommend it 1000% we will definitely be back . thank you for all Kevin .
