Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Elena (3/5): - Ubicación cerca del metro El lugar donde tuve que ir a buscar las llaves queda alejado del departamento, cuando fui tenía que hacer un check in y cuando quise pagar con efectivo, me dice que no tenía cambio lo cual le exigi que ellos consigan el cambio para darme la plata, trabaja de eso... Además llegue a las 5 de la mañana y tuve que esperar hasta las 15 horas el ingreso, pregunte si podía entrear antes y no me aceptaron. Nos dieron una habitación en subsuelo y no funcionaba el ascensor, cuando bajamos parecía un depósito vestíbulo. Al día siguiente nos piden de entrar al departamento para arreglar "algo" del baño.. una perdida de la cañería o algo así...obviamente yo estaba afuera conociendo la ciudad y tuve que dejarlos entrar, sin mi presencia, lo cual ya es incómodo por nuestras pertenencias... el lugar es útil solo para pasar pocas noches para dormir.. nada más

Youssef (4/5): - L'emplacement a Barcelone , pas très loin de la plage et des grands magasins Quand nous avons récupéré les clé du logement,il nous a pas était indiqué que nous serions au sous sol comme des rat ,donc pas de fenêtre ou de vue dehors ,en plus de sa la douche était cassé, la porte du congélateur casser aussi donc pas la possibilité de congeler des aliments .

Khalid (1/5): The poorest time of this trip is staying at this apartment - The poorest apartment where I’ve been before. Lake of need all tools and things described in description. I was ill because of temperature very cold there and absence of central hitting. And the air conditioning is very bad and useless. Staff is layers, and don’t resolve problems at a time. The apartment is underground and this is not advised at description. The not recommended for all. I’ve made mistake and didn’t read review. So don’t be like me! This host is near to be a scam! They make you deposit €400 as a guarantee and then they take it from you using unacceptable excuses. finally, the apartment you book from booking is not the one they give you in the facility. we had even taken an apartment with a balcony and found ourselves in the basement. this also happened to other people who were there. BAD EXPERIENCE
Elodie (4/5): Disappointing property with undisclosed features - Great location, very central. Flat is in the basement (floor -2) but this was not indicated in the description. There are limited opportunities to get fresh air into the property (1 window) which does not make it very comfortable. You can literally see the neighbours above walking in one area which again was not disclosed. Seems like the property was renovated in a hurry and could be much nicer. There are quite a few handy little things missing to stay for a short week there. And basic information also missing. Should we have known all of this we would not have rent this place. We invite the rental agency to update the description.

The company also took 400 eur as a deposit on the top of everything else and did not return it without any explanations. Did not match description at all. Dark dirty basement without windows
