- Guest (1/5): Dachte, ich buche Tessin – bekam Gruselkabinett international - Nichts. Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft in unzumutbarem Zustand. Schlüssel hätte jeder entwenden können. Auffällig: Bewertungsbilder werden gelöscht, der ursprüngliche Name des Apartments geändert und unter derselben Adresse taucht auf Booking.com plötzlich ein neues, scheinbar harmloses Angebot auf. Achtung!!!! Ekelhaft und völlig unzumutbar, nie wieder!!! Schon der Eingang zur Unterkunft war abschreckend. Die Haustür war kaum zu erkennen, das Treppenhaus war dunkel, extrem schmutzig und wirkte mehr wie ein Abstellloch als ein Zugang zu einer Unterkunft. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir von einem Skorpion an der Wand "begrüsst", absolut abschreckend! Beim Betreten des Apartments die nächste Katastrophe. Direkt hinter der Wohnungstür wimmelte es von Insekten... der Ekel war sofort da. Drinnen ging es genauso schlimm weiter. Ich habe mehrere Fotos hochgeladen, aber leider habe ich keinen Einfluss darauf, welche davon Booking.com anzeigt. Ein überquellender, stinkender Müllsack stand mitten in der Küche. Der Teekocher war mit einer schmutzigen Wasserpfütze gefüllt, Putzlappen lagen unordentlich herum, als sollte man selbst sauber machen. Alles war ungepflegt und dreckig. Fenster standen offen, das Licht brannte. In allen Räumen flogen Insekten herum. Spinnen hingen von der Decke. Die gesamte Wohnung war verdreckt, schmuddelig und hatte nichts mit dem auf Booking.com dargestellten Standard zu tun. Im Bad warteten Kakerlaken und andere Krabbeltiere. Die Badewanne war mit Ablagerungen und Dreck überzogen. Zusätzlich lief im Haus laute Musik. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Da es mitten in der Nacht war, mussten wir in unseren Kleidern auf dem Bett schlafen. Ein alternatives Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Am nächsten Morgen wachten wir mit Insektenstichen auf. Wir haben die Unterkunft sofort verlassen und Booking.com informiert.
