• David (10/5): The property was in a good location, near the city center (about 15-20 minute walk) and near a Metro - It was very easy to collect the keys as the property management provided a video to show where the key box was located. Combined with the code, it was very easy to collect the keys and return them at the end of the stay. The property was very clean and well maintained.
• Bashar (10/5): - It was so clean when we arrived, the location was perfect close for everything, even on Friday next to the apartment there was so big and nice open market . The neighborhood was so quiet specially for family. To be honest nothing to tell . Just one thing and it was not so much important… the elevator was a bit narrow
• David (7/5): Recommended. - Good location. Never saw staff but exchanged texts to get access to the building and apartment. Shower head needs descaling but otherwise it was a good apartment. Was a little noisy outside Saturday night. But otherwise it was good. Convenient for transport and into the local neighbourhood as well as metro to town centre.
• Sara (6/5): Nice home with a good location but not helpful host at all - Very spacious house and very nice location The worker that are working on the facade feom 8am are very noisy and u cant open any of the windows as they are right there. Easylife staff are not responsive and even when they answer they don’t solve the problem
• Radu (9/5): Great two bedrooms apartment close to the metro station. - The location was great, close to the metro or tram station, many dining or caffes in the area. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, which is pretty rare for the area and it was offered at a decent price. The apartment is in an old building but it was ok and really clean. We were not informed that the building is in renovations and that there will be a construction site on all sides or windows, we were there mostly over the weekend so this was no noise, only discomfort was that the view was blocked. We received only one set of keys and we were four persons visiting, we could've used another spare set of keys, especially since the gate from the entrance is not opening only with a key, including from the inside.

• Vladimir (5/5): Nice apartment, but impossible to live because of the construction (8:00-16:00). - Hello! The location of the apartment is very good, close to the subway, supermarket and local restaurants and bars. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything you need. First of all, the manager Rommi from Easylife was rude and unresponsive. Our family moved into the apartment on the 14th of September and right next to the elevator we saw the notice of construction works in the building starting from the 16th. Rommi never told us about this before the move in, because he was simply unaware. On the 16th of September the hell started with the workers coming into the building at 7;30 am in the morning. The doors into the building were open for the whole day, there were people coming in and out screaming all day long and there was an endless sound of drilling into our wall every single day of our stay!!! It was a disaster, the apartment is clean and nice, but everything else just makes the stay extremely uncomfortable.
• Kıvanç (9/5): Professional accommodation management - Location of the house is great and the house is also very comfortable .Alll the equipments in the kitchen are new and in good condition. Check in proses was also very easy. Easy life is a professional team when I come back to Milan I will prefer them again All rooms and living room have AC but we had some issues sometimes to turn on. They sent a guy to repair it but we had the same issue one day later. didn't care too much if we care I believe they can solve it.
• Çağla (10/5): Very nice location close to little restaurants and supermarkets yet away from the noisy crowd - the location close to very nice restaurants in the streets and very close to train stations. We had a minor problem with the electrictiy cut and the host fixed it immediately. They are very approachable and happy to help. We drank our prosecco in our little balcony in the evening. It is also very close to a supermarket if you want to buy some food. The apartment seems a little old at first from the outside but this is always the style of the houses in Milan, the inside is very nice and space is used wisely.
• Busra (9/5): It was a comfortable stay in a good location. - Its location was good. It was clean and very comfortable. We had problems with air conditioning. A chair in a balcony would be nice.
• Christina (9/5): The best choice for Milano - The apartment was super, in the best area, very close to metro, tram, bus, everything perfect The price, but we understand that milano is very expensive, so we are happy to find this perfect apartment to stay
