There were many restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as a shopping center with everything you might need. There were also plenty of transport stops that connected you to the city center, especially the M1, a charming wooden tram that takes you straight to the heart of Milan.

• Anton (9/5): Muy a gusto con nuestra experiencia en Milán y el apartamento NYE. - El apartamento es correcto, equipado con todo lo necesario y con una terraza amplia. En tranvía hasta el centro son unos 20 min aprox. Marco fue muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó con cualquier consulta. El desayuno donde Sandro muy a gusto; trabajador, amable, atento y desayuno simple pero rico. Un placer.

• Marlène (10/5): - La localisation du logement est top, à 5 min de l'arrêt de tram pour aller dans le centre et d'un supermarché, il est facile de se garer dans les rues proches gratuitement, l'hôte est réactif et arrangeant, l'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Seul bémol, un peu de bruit quand la fenêtre est ouverte, mais avec les bouchons d'oreille ça passe.

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Marco recommended tourist spots to visit. Every morning, delicious coffee and fresh pastries awaited us at the nearby café. • Nathalie (10/5): Very nice, comfortable and cosy apartment. - The host is really friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need with a nice and big private terrace. The water in the shower is pretty unstable. It switches between hot and cold all the time. And a very small amount is coming out.

• Olga (9/5): - Die Terrasse ist toll und Gastgeber Marco sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar! Die Lage ist gut, Bus- und Tramstation sind direkt um die Ecke. Bei der Tram handelt es sich um die Nummer 1 mit historischen Wagen, was die Reise in die Innenstadt zu einem eigenen Erlebnis macht. In ca. 500m befindet sich ein Shopping-Areal mit einem riesigen Supermarkt und diversen anderen Geschäften wie H&M und Decathlon. Die Schlafcouch für die dritte Person ist etwas klapprig ;)

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and was clean, comfortable and practical for a stay in Milan. The free on street parking was close by and easy to park, there was always plenty of space. Convenient location and great for those travelling with pets, as it is right opposite a lovely park. Marco, our host, was very flexible and accommodating.

• Yevhen.m (10/5): Comfortable Apartment with great host and convenient location - The apartment is conveniently located near supermarkets, and it takes only about 20 minutes by train to reach the city center. The owner is an excellent host - always responsive, polite, and ready to assist in any situation. I especially appreciated the gas-powered autonomous heating system, which made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended! The only downside is that the bathroom is not very spacious, but it’s still functional and clean.

• Ilkić (10/5): Came with a friend on concert at september, booked for two nights. Had a great short journey throuout Milano and absolut - The apartment is cozy, clean and has everything you need and more, it is fully furnitured so you could easily stay for longer period. It is on first floor with only 2 mins of walk to train so it is really convinient and saves lots of time. Owner of apartment is communicative, providing good informations and suggestions and tottaly flexibile. Definitely would recommend booking here to anyone.

The apartment was great, in a safe area, very secure, with a beautiful terrace. Tram lines and buses are super accessible to get into the center easily and the supermarket, market and shops located down the road made the location perfectly accessible to anything you may need. Would definitely look to stay here again when I come back to Milan; couldn’t have asked for a better host and better stay! Nothing, this was honestly one of my favorite stays.
