• Paula (6/5): Comfortable but issues - Location was excellent for where we needed to go each day. Beds were comfortable. Neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Supplies were not as advertised .. no coffee, sugar, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets, shampoo, conditioner.- host was not willing to help with these things when told on the Thursday, claiming cleaning staff didn't work weekends??? Cobwebs everywhere. Dirt incorners of the floor. Maintenance not being done - towel rail kept falling off and shower head kept wanting to fall. Host was slow to communicate.
• Alan (7/5): We stayed there last year and that is why we stayed there this year. It suits our needs very well. But needs an update t - Good location, enough room for 5 people with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Mouse droppings thru out the house. No bowls to put a salad in. TV too small. No vanity plug in the ensuite. Fan didn’t work in ensuite bathroom. No good with pictures on floor, they will get damaged.
• Samantha (10/5): Nice and quiet stay, our family really enjoyed the space and relaxed atmosphere. - It was comfortable and quiet, and our whole family really enjoyed it. The space was just right for us, and we appreciated the warm atmosphere. A great place for a family stay!
• Anthea (8/5): Worked well for why it was hired. - The house was comfortable and provided us with a location close to where our event was.. layout of house was easy to navigate around and heater worked well. Appreciated the use of internet also. It's not about dislikes, more suggestions.. if the house was to be rented during warmer weather and people wanted to open windows, it may be worth fixing up flyscreens so that air flow from outside could be used. In bdrm on left (not "master") there was a little visit of ants, and we did look for bug spray but couldn't source any.... I would also add some more bedside tables, generally a home like that being rented there would be a couple or 2 and each would have a mobile... so the ability to have any devices next to them would be good... also best to assume always if it's bigger that a single bed, provide 2 towels per bedroom.
• Stacey (10/5): It’s been comforting to find this place that’s clean and have everything we need. - Very Clean, convenient location. Home away from Home. Can’t fault it.
• Alan (8/5): After we cleaned the house ourselves, bought some tea towels and hand towels, we enjoyed our stay there for the 3 nights - Good location, enough room. It was not clean, had not been vacuumed, no tea towels, no bath mats. Very basic.
